Introduction

In the depth of a forest lies a large field. Once every year on this field in some unknown country, an electronic music festival takes place. People socialize, have fun and see their favorite DJs play their music. It is a fun place to be. This year the festival is especially big and some problems might occur: People taking drugs. Unwanted visitors try to ruin the event. The police show up because people in the next town feel that the music is too loud although the nearest town is more than five miles away. And so on. The festival takes place for a week in the summer. There are ten stages that feature any type of techno genre with many DJs. There is a camping area for over 20000 people and many stands where people can buy beer, energy drinks, soda or food. It is a young adults paradise.

Mikari stood at a table making music while her crew was setting the place up. She played fast music to influence the crew to work faster (http://www.youtube.com/v/oTLJK-5goZo?fs=1&hl=de_DE). Then a crew member came to her and said: "Uh Mikari. I...a..am a bit uh unhappy about my salary for my work." The crew member seemed to be afraid of Mikaris upcoming reaction. "Well." Mikari started with a sweet voice, then the voice turned serious and wasnt so sweet anymore. She grabbed the man by the neck and lifted him off the ground and said: "If you are unhappy with your salary, you should either take more breaks or get yourself a new f**king job!" She threw him to the ground. Her voice turned sweet again: "Why dont you just finish that tent and take the rest of the day off. If you dont mention anything about your salary for the next two weeks, I will raise it by five percent." The crewmember nodded and crawled away in fear.

Jeph, lounging in a lawnchair near Mikari sideways with his feet on the arm of the chair, watching Mikari's crew work, chuckled. "God, Otaku-bore, could you be any more bipolar? And would you turn this drivel down? This isn't music; Where's the grating, unpleasent noises? Where's the overly-obnoxious bass? How do you keep people coming back to your sets?" He said jokingly, reaching a hand out towards a Nalgene bottle. One of his crew, holding a snapped tent-pole, coughed as he strode towards Jeph. "Gott im himmel, man, how'd you manage that?! This is the third time you've broken my damn tent! Warum sollte ich Sie zahlen?" Jeph snapped, almost throwing the bottle at the man's head. "Uh, you should pay me because I need the money?" The man replied, struggling to translate the German Jeph spouted at him. Jeph spoke his native tounge only when incredibly agitated, and this was one of those times. "Well, you're not getting paid for the day. Get out of my sight, get out of my crew, leave. Leave, and come back when you can put a tent together." Jeph snapped again, this time throwing the bottle, which struck the man in the chest. He handed the bottle back to Jeph, and left, leaving the tent pole in his space. "How do you find your people, anyway? I can't find a single competent man alive who is fluent enough in German to understand me, and able to actually do things like this without screwing up. God I envy you." Jeph said, opening the Nalgene and taking a sip.
