This style relies on calm, steady movements preformed by a focused user, allowing them to counter nearly anything while targeting precise points on the body. He can combine this with his control of the ki flow of his body to make his attacks more powerful. Along with this he practices making his body tougher so that he can take more punishment. (think Iron Palm combined with Gentle Fist)

History:
Hiro knows nothing of his past outside of the temple. The truth is that assassins from the very temple in which he now resides killed his parents, but one of them was a woman and couldn't leave him, and so he was taken. As far as he knows his parents abandoned him on the steps of the temple when he was born.
