Introduction

You are wearing your nicest clothes, in your district square. A hand reaches into the big ball full of slips. The fingers grip a name, pulling it out tenderly. The owner of the hand says the name on the slip. You walk up to the stage. The crowd stares, you stare. They may cheer, but it isn't always the case. You are put on a train that moves fast. You speak with your mentor about how to survive, and you eat the best food you've ever had (or have you?). You wake up shortly after and meet up with your prep team. They remove grime and hairs, and make you stunning. You are put in an outfit that symbolizes your district. The Capitol cheers. You go to the Training Center, where you learn handy skills. You get your Training Score. You are interveiwed by a man with a strange colored wig. You say goodbye to the Capitol, and are put on the hovercar. You climb on your platform and you rise to the Hunger Games...
