Okay, Hey.
So basically, I wanted to create a good old fashioned "good guy/bad guy" style roleplay, with a few twists, so as to avoid it becoming a cliched mess.
So here is my current plan:

The plan:

We have 4 Heroes, and 3 Villains. Each one has a unique power. It's up to the player to decide how the power is obtained, be it through birth or discovery.
As the world begins to suffer, the villians become hungry for power, and each of them works alone. (they can become allies later, that's up to the players again.)
The 4 heroes will become a team, called "The Alliance". They will work to protect the world from danger from the villains. Members of the alliance can break off, become villains, whatever you like, it's all up to you.
One member of The Alliance will be the leader. I'll be playing that person first, But i'm willing to let someone else become the leader at some point during the roleplay, if they are dedicated enough.

So BASICALLY:
-4 Heroes. 3 Villains. And a few Civillians.
-The Villains work alone, the Heroes work together.
-Each of them have powers.
-The Civillians are just as important in this roleplay. We need people with no powers to be involved, to form relationships, to befriend heroes, or villains, to investigate and expose them, anything.
-The heroes may operate a hidden identity system. (Eg: can live normal human lives as well as their hero ones.) Same goes for villains, it's completely up to you.

1- No Godmodding. Battles and fights will occur, Play fair. If you start taking over other characters, and doing things like ignoring being hit, you will be asked to leave the Roleplay.
2- No perfect characters please. We all love having a strong character, but lets not have perfect, indestructible individuals please.
3- Romance is accepted, even encouraged. But anything sexual should be implied and no stated. This is a PG-13 place. If you feel you simply MUST have that sort of scene, do it through PM's please.
4- GM's word is final. I try hard to be a good GM and let the players take control rather than me, but if there ever is a time that I do step in to make a decision, please honour my request.
5- Violence and swearing. Try and be creative, and not swear too much. Although I do understand that sometimes a character is the cussing type. With violence, overtly gory posts are acceptable once or twice, but not all the time please, be creative.
6- if you have read the rules, write "Chocolate" at the end of your post.
7- Have fun, and enjoy yourself here! It should be fun. (:
