Introduction

Welcome to Gaiga, a once peaceful world that thrived on the resources of coal and gold, but as the mines dried up, hostilities increased between the worlds 3 sentient beings, the Elves, Humans, and Orcs. Tensions reached a boiling point, and war exploded into action. Trenches were dug, weapons of mass destruction were built, and forbidden magic were brought to the battlefields. But, as the war raged, a powerful presence beneath surface is ready to wreak havoc to any race that isn't there own, and they are not a race to be trifled with.

You are a soldier in the ranks of one of the 3 armies, chose a race and do missions to boaster your rank.

Humans
Humans are one of the most prominent races on Gaiga. They are one of the most adaptable and technologically advance races, and although not as strong as orc, or as fast as a elf, there technology helps them better themselves. They have built armor that is almost impervious to small arms fire, and even complex computer systems, and even robotic constructs that could help in wartime. Although humans arnt known for magic, they can learn one element of magic.

Orcs
Orcs are known for there courage, honor, and there combat skills. There intelligence is lower than the other races, and the only magic they can learn are healing spells, but the sear strength and brute force can bring anybody to there knees. There technology is under advance, still using medieval weapons and armor, but there special armor, called Goliath armor, puts fear in the hearts of both elves and humans alike. The armor weighs 2 tons, and is so strong, it can withstand a aircraft bombardment. The ones who wear the armor are the elite, they are the strongest, and usually carry a massive hammer and a 4 barreled musket with them.

Elves

Elves are known for there quickness, and of coarse, there magic. Elves can learn multiple elements of magic, and are some of the best spies on the planet, sometimes able to even go invisible. They have no technology, with there guns being over powered staffs. Elves live in nature, and with it being destroyed by both the humans and orcs, they are fighting for there land and for natures future.

Jeremy found himself in a position he had been in before a few times; stalking an orc camp far from the safeties of the human territories. Wasn't the first time he stalked this one either; he checked this place out every week, and never attacked it. Always he'd come here, thinking he'd be able to do the deed and raid the place, but his intuition always told him otherwise. After watching the orcs from a very safe distance for hours, he simply gave up and returned home.

Staff sergeant Cortez was making his rounds along the border of the human territory, Germania. As he walked, he saw a group of men wearing the new models of power armor, T-96b, and talking about the upcoming battle. There was 3 of them. "Over watch crew." the sergeant said to himself. They were to guard the trench diggers, and keep an eye out for orc infiltrators.....and maybe even elven spies. He looked up at the night sky.....no stars were out, but the moon shined brightly over the encampment. He looked back down, and saw Jeremy, the half breed, sneaking back in the camp. He walk straight up to Jeremy, and gave him a look of disappointment. "Airnt you suppose to be digging the trenches?" He said loudly, but wasn't yelling.

Jeremy wasn't in the best mood for talking to Cortez, so he decided to distract him from himself by saying the following: "I'm sorry, I was just scouting an orc camp. They're not doing much; in fact, they left their base for supplies before I left." He knew Cortez wasn't gonna give him credit for his find; he was one of them, the racists that picked on him. He saw that Cortez was impressed with his find, but said nothing as he pulled a phone and called troops in towards the camp Jeremy had found.

Jeremy went ahead and left to his "apartment", a little shack on the slums of the human city. He was depressed; he was a lot of the time. Deciding that he had done enough for the day, he drank himself to sleep with his finest elven wine.

It was morning, Soldiers were scrambling to the newly dug trenches. The battle was forming. In the distance, a legion of orcish warriors were getting prepared. The orcs were back. And they were pissed. Sargent Cortez was getting his power armor on. It was a lower model, but, It allowed for more manuability, but with the problem of less protection. He grabed his Bolt action rifle, and his Luger 76. Then he went to the quarter master. "I want all soldiers in this area. We have a potential goliath out there, so go door to door, and bring me all the men you can find, and evacuate Germania." The quarter master nodded, and off he went.
He found a small shack. It was a terrible neiborhood, filled with, Half breeds, and un desirables,But orders are order. He knocked on the wooden shack door.

Lukas heard the knock, for he had woken up a few minutes ago. He had a brutal hangover, and felt like absolute shit. He opened the door, and saw the quartermaster. Fuck. He slammed the door on him (oops) and ran down to his basement. He found a brew capable of sobering him on his alchemy table, and took it bottoms-up. Feeling much better, he knocked his door down in a run (oops), bow and blade in hands, and ran to the battlegrounds. For ethic reasons, he wasn't allowed to battle the elves; all the better to massacre orcs.

He went as quickly as he could to the fight. He saw what he expected; a goliath, a massive lumbering orc, getting shot by humankind at the border of the city. He was incredibly happy for this, for his bow was possibly the humans' best weapon against these meat tanks. He ran up to a rooftop, and turned a small knob on the bottom of his bow, and saw his bow's glyphs change from a bright yellow to a ghostly pale white. Perfect; even though Cortez hated him, he appreciated the craftsmanship of this multi-tool bow. Enchanted with powerful magic capable of changing frequency, he can make his bow shoot multiple projectiles, allow for rapid-fire, or (Jeremy's favorite) spectral projectiles, capable of piercing any inorganic material. He slowed his breathing, and pulled his bow, eyes set on the goliath's chest.

He fired once, and saw the orc take the hit with much satisfaction. The massive lumbering oaf flinched significantly, his entire body being pushed back a few inches as the ghostly bolt ignored his plates completely and hit him square in his vitals. Fueled by his hatred for orcs, he drew his bow again and shot again, this time leaving a spectral bolt lodged in the goliath's knee. He saw the monster fall over, the humans now advancing over him with more intensity. With one last arrow, he pulled and left a hole in the tank's skull.

He could tell the humans were surprised. The goliath crumpled over, and fell over with a disturbingly loud THUD. His work done, he left the rooftop and went back home for a celebratory drink.

As Jeremy went back to his house, Cortez looked around. All the soldiers were cheering and drinking contraband ale, but Cortez didn't care. As long as the Goliath was dead, he allowed for some partying. Cortez then looked at the now empty orcish camp. "Something's not right......were are all the infantry.....they usually send in the ax heads by now....." Cortez went to the armored Goliath. There was a letter inside the armor. The letter was in Common. It said "Keep the humans occupied, don't let them get to the coal mine. We found something of value, and put all of our troops there. This will be a suicide mission." Cortez looked at the letter. "Soo, they expected him to die.....and wats this about value? Hmmm....." Cortez looked at the Quarter master. "Assemble a team of Power troopers, also bring Jeremy with you, im sending a expedition to this coal mine." The Qaurter master Saluted, and went to Jeremy.

Jeremy found his drink interrupted by yet another mission; he was sent to some coal mine far from the human territories, with his short debriefing being: "The orcs are doing something weird there."

His bow was very drained from his most recent assault, so he recalibrated it to its most basic setting: silent shots. Not nearly as cool as piercing 2-feet thick plates, but effective. He was sent with a few other people, all human of course. He was the only half-blood in the human army; he wondered where other half-bloods ended up.

After a rather tiring walk on foot to the mine, they finally made it. Jeremy led the group, for he was instinctively stealthy and required this to get as close as possible to the mine without being spotted. At one point, he made the rest of the squad wait for him; he needed them to leave if he was going to achieve sneaking in undetected.

Slowly, but surely, he snuck through the orcs surrounding the mine. Clearly, they wanted to mine here, but why risk wasting their mammoth and leaving their base undefended for it? After hours of snooping, he realized why; iron, tons of iron were being dug out. This much iron could be enough to prepare a few goliaths for battle! He left without a trace, and decided to take his squad out for some fun.

They ran for the empty orc camp. They destroyed every tent, robbed them of their rations and weapons, and torched their little community. Jeremy enjoyed this, oh so very much; after the place was annihilated, he went back to the human city and let Cortez know of their actions and what they learned.

Cortez Was not impressed. They weren't suppose to torch the tents. He looked down at Jeremy. "We knew there was iron there, Jeremy. But there's something more to it than that. More....sinister. I reread the letter with a orcish translator. The orcs found a strange man in the mine, wearing strange armor, and was neither man, or elf. He had pointed ears like a elf, but too tall to be one. And his skin had a bluish tent to it." Cortez said. "You are not to be leading this mission. Jacob Liam is, he's one of the best power troopers we got."

Jacob Liam came into the room apon mentioning his name. He was wearing T-97c power armor. Standard. He also had a Mark 12 auto rifle, one of the few weapons with rapid fire shooting. He saluted to Cortez. He had a radioed voice so people can hear him from his helmet. "Its a honor to do this mission Cortez" Jacob said with honor. Cortez looked at Jeremy. "you listen to him when your in the mine, Any questions?"

This seems like it has potential kind of a neat idea. I had kind of an idea I wanted to run by you though. Instead of playing just one person would I be able to roleplay a whole squad?
