Introduction

A war started in 2089 AD between America and China. Other countries were quick to join China's side. In 2104 America, with it's back against the wall and it's few standing allies sent but one nuke with the order of a nervous and unruly president. It set off a chain effect and led to a nuclear arms war. America got the worse of it and very few people were left to tell the tale..It's been 9 years and people are trying to get humanity back on it's feet. Many have taken up arms, some work to create a government and there are many speculations as to if the old government still remains.
