The quiet instigator of chaos pretty much says it all. She's manipulative, patient, and willing to lunge like a snake from the grass, simply to see a reaction. Often, psychological officials have classified her as "attention-seeking", and perhaps there is a little of that on her mind. But her primary focus is simply to unnerve and bewilder without directly being implicated.
