Introduction
A man, Simon is out of work and needs a job. He accidentaly finds a man who offers him 10 grand to kill the governor of the city, Lymon of Halfmen. He must kill the governor with some difficulty, then finds out that was a mission for the Chivari, and that he is now an agent for them. You must follow his path to becoming a General Spymaster of the Chivari, then have another character rise up to oppose him and the Chivari. The Chivari's main goal is to turn the world into a dictatorship ( Putting the Ruler of the Chivari Mann Hyme in charge) and destroy all free will. Halfmen is a medium sized city and the United Nations is strong there. The regular Gov there is weak.
