Once Upon A Time..
A God decided to invite all the animals to a banquet.
The Rat, who loved to play tricks on his neighbor the Cat, told the Cat that the banquet was the next day.
The Rat arrived at the Banquet first, by riding on the Ox, followed by the Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Boar.
The Animals that came became part of the Zodiac.
And all this time the poor Cat sat at home, dreaming of a Banquet he had missed.

The Sohma family is cursed with the spirits of the zodiac animals, plus the cat. Whenever they are hugged by a member of the opposite sex or are very sick they will transform into their zodiac animal. Fifty years ago, an outsider Tohru Honda was thought to have broken the curse.

They all thought wrong.

History seems to be repeating itself. Once again, the Sohma's are cursed with the zodiac. A Sohma child was embraced by their parents and with a poof of smoke, they were replaced with a baby animal. Yes, the curse was back. Again, they have a cruel Goddess and the cat is thought of as a reject in the family. However, she is not the only reject this time. Three new cursed members have arrived, the Panda, the Wolf and the Fox. It is also thought that the Goddess may even know of a way to break the curse.

To better protect the family, the Goddess of the zodiac decided to move the Sohma family that is outside of town and on the other side of a forest. They now live in a huge, beautiful mansion. There is one road leading towards it so that they can still commute to town and go to school. Occasionally, outsiders will follow this road to the house to try and learn something about the strange Sohma family. With new outsiders and a whole new set of zodiacs, will the curse finally be broken for good? That's up to you.

[1] As far as literacy goes, this is at least semi-literate. No chat speak, type out your actions, try using proper grammar and punctuation. Write at least a paragraph, though of course more is allowed. Just don't go writing a novel please.

[2]Keep everything PG-13 and follow the rules please. Romance is encouraged! Drama is encouraged! No cybering, if you really can't keep it in your pants, take it somewhere off in the PM's or something. In here though, do a time skip. Fighting is also encouraged! No auto hits or always blocking.
