"I don't understand how you find her fit to be around but not vampires." The comment made Luca tense slightly, his back erecting and his hands would have clenched if he didn't have the girl in his arms. A quiet form of a growl rumbled in his throat, while his nostrils flared and he tried to remain calm. Flipping his shit wouldn't get them anywhere. He stayed quiet for a long moment as he started down the road of the Underworld towards one of the many exits that lead up to the busy streets of Vegas.
"You have your prejudices and I have mine." He stated plainly. He kept walking for a moment or two without saying anything. He then cleared his throat to add,
"I don't like necromancers... And I don't particularly like Gorgons either."Luca really didn't care if his honesty bothered the girl. She made a statement that he felt necessary to explain.
"In all honesty I don't like 90% people in general regardless of their species. I just hate people." He chuckled as he continued to walk, checking every street and alley before crossing them or turning down them.
"But considering Werewolves are kin to shifters it's natural for us to be involved in that centuries old feud. I've never once encountered a vampire with particularly redeeming qualities. And the few I've crossed paths with... Well I killed them." He was silent for a long moment before adding quietly,
"They told the hunters about my siblings' location in exchange for their own lives... And it got my brother killed." He also just found it rather disgusting having to consume blood to survive, made his skin crawl.
Luca caught himself glancing back over his shoulder towards the blonde Necromancer that followed behind them. His voice lowered so that only the Gorgon in his arms could hear him.
"But as for her," He nodded his head in Luna's direction,
"That girl right there... Wouldn't hurt a fly." He stopped himself after saying that,
"Well ok she'd hurt a hunter but that doesn't count. Either way she would not harm another super unless they posed a threat on her own life.... She also happens to be one of the few people that actually enjoys my company." He raised a brow suggestively,
"We don't get to choose what we are. So I hate to break it to you sweetie but you are no better than she is." He adjusted the female in his arms, moving his gaze from her to the road before them.
"I'm the monster here... not her." He concluded while glancing over his shoulder towards Luna once again. He didn't know why he was defending her so much but he didn't like someone talking bad about her... It made him angry.
The rest of the walk Luca stayed fairly quiet, keeping his ears alert and eyes peeled for any lingering hunters that made a stupid decision to wait around the Underworld. His strength wasn't completely back but if they had an encounter he'd be the one who'd need to protect both of the women in his company. He sighed a breath of relief when they were only a block away from the entrance to the main streets of Vegas. Luca set Delia down gently in an alley way. He glanced between both of the girls holding up his index finger in warning,
"Behave... Or I'll leave you both here." He nodded his head when he heard no objections,
"We need new threads. Can't walk around in bloody torn clothing." With that he vanished into the streets of the Underworld. Not more than 5 minutes later he returned in clean clothes, still wearing his leather jacket he managed to clean. In his hands he had a dress that he then held out towards Delia,
"Luna wasn't injured," He diverted his eyes slightly, not going to admit how.
"So she doesn't need to change... But you do." He then took Luna by the hand and lead her around the corner to give the Gorgon some privacy.

Georgy felt uncomfortable as Alex's eyes seemed to caress her every curve as moved around. For a moment she couldn't tell if the hunter wanted to kill her or fuck her.
"Settle down, princess..." The pet name made her sneer distastefully.
Why in the hell would I settle down? You fucking grabbed me when I was minding my own business... Then threatened to kill me to get to Declan. She wanted to say it out loud but instead she stayed silent.
"You're exactly my type." Before Georgy had the chance to retaliate with a snide comment, the woman's head moved backwards only to thrust forward in a powerful head butt. She wasn't stupid, she could tell this hunter was taunting her and going to take every move she made and throw it back in her face ten fold.
The blunt force made her stumble backwards, looking up just in time to see Alex begin to come at her with a knife. Georgy was just barely able to back step and avoid the blade from slashing into one arm but she wasn't so fast with the other. The Dark Metal making her skin give off a slight sizzle, burning her skin and drawing blood. The pain distracted her so she didn't see the hunter's fist that came flying into her gut. The hit took her breath away, causing her to clutch at her stomach and gasp for air.
"So did Declan ever tell you about the time he brought me back to life?" The comment made Georgy forget any pain she felt in her as she stood up right, cocking her head to the side slightly.
Was this bitch for real? She knew Alex wasn't there when she was talking to Declan not 30 minutes ago, but the comment made her feel like she was. How did this chick know it'd strike a nerve? Then interrupting her thoughts and her stance, the hunter slammed her foot into the side of Georgy's leg causing her leg to buckle and send her to her knees with a thud.
"That has to be the reason why you're out here dressed like an escort instead of by his side like a loyal shapeshifter puppy." She couldn't help but roll her eyes at the comment about the dress. Of
course that would be mentioned when she felt completely uncomfortable dressed... feminine.
"Well you would know all about dressing like an escort." Georgy smirked up at Alex as she stepped towards her, replying to the statement with a swift thrust of her knee into her face, causing her to stumble sideways, catching herself with her hands.
"I'm also guessing he didn't give someone you care about a second chance. Instead he chose his enemy, a hunter." Georgy pushed herself back onto her knees, resting her bottom back against her feet as she places her hands on her thighs sighing heavily. She closed her eyes trying so hard to keep from crying. She would
NOT look weak if this was her last day alive... She wouldn't. Alex circled her while laughing,
"Maybe it's because he's in love with me and only sees you as a simple distraction for his... 'Needs'" "...He's in love with me?" That rang on repeat over and over in her mind. The thought made her blood curdle and her jaw to clench. If it was or wasn't the truth, Georgy didn't care. She was furious. She didn't hesitate to move to her feet. She licked her lips tasting the blood that began to plague her mouth before spitting it at the hunter's feet. She grinned menacingly as her hand shifted into a large claw with razor sharp talons. And without a moments hesitation, she thrusted her hand into Alex's abdomen. Her gripped tightened in the woman's stomach and tugged her close enough so she could feel her breath on her face, practically brushing noses.
"If he loved you... Then why did he only save your life? Why didn't he almost die for you? Take a bullet for you?" She tilted her head to the side before whispering,
"Because he'd have to be fucking crazy to sacrifice himself for a worthless waste of mass like you."Georgy's brows furrowed as Alex laughed. The sinister chuckle distracting her as the woman plunged a dagger into her stomach. The instant pain caused her to flinch, her hands quickly raising to put pressure to the gushing wound. Her eyes followed as Alex took the blade and raised it to her mouth, licking some of the blood off with a smirk.
"Mmm... Tastes like pathetic shapeshifter." "Gross... that's like... unsanitary. I could have AIDs" That was probably the only time in her life that she wished she had AIDs... At least then she could have some humor in death knowing she gave it to this bitchy hunter. She wouldn't allow herself to come off weak. She wouldn't. As much as it would be easy to fall to the ground... to give, she stood her ground. The brunette made her way to her gun.
This is it. Georgy told herself. She wasn't strong enough to stop her from getting the weapon, and she knew it.
"Did I ever tell you about the time I killed my ex boyfriend? I fired three shots at him after he turned into a vampire and killed me the first time. Of course, I was merciful with him compared to the one's after him... I could've been the same with you if you just stayed down. Instead, I'm going to kill you the same way I kill every vampire. Why don't I tell you how?" Alex said, while glancing at her gun an smirking. Georgy couldn't help but laugh at the irony. Luca would flip his shit the second he found out his sister was killed the same way most vampires are. It'd definitely give him even more incentive to kick this hunter's ass.
"It's three shots. The first goes in the leg..." Fuck! was all she could think before a bullet lodged itself into her upper thigh. The flaring pain causing her to falter onto her good leg, crying out in pain.
"I let them bleed out for a bit and try to fight back. That's the only way to make the game more fun." The entire time Georgy's gaze stayed locked with Alex's as her breathing became heavier and strained. She would not falter. She was going to die going out brave and strong!
"The second shot, goes right into the left shoulder perfectly aimed to go right in the socket." She aimed her gun again as spoke, before letting off another shot that slammed into her shoulder.
"This one's much more painful since it just stays lodged in there instead of exited like the first..." The force causing her to nearly fall over, catching herself with her hands on the ground. Georgy took a deep breath before pushing off the ground and stumbling to her feet. It took so much energy to get to her feet, but she did, carrying her weight on her good leg.
"I fire the last one moments after right in the center of the diaphragm. The chest would kill you much faster but it's more fun watching you all beg for mercy and bleed out." And there it was... The final blow. A bullet flying forward into her diaphragm. A hit she couldn't stand tall with, a hit that sent her falling back onto the cold concrete ground.
Georgy felt like she fell over in slow motion until the collision with the ground shook her back to reality. She felt her heart working overtime to pump blood throughout her body that only came oozing out of her wounds. She coughed up a puddle of blood that bubbled in her throat and ran down her cheek. Her eyes never left Alex's though. She watched the hunter kneel beside her. And when she went to stroke her hair, Georgy took what energy she had left to smack her hand away.
"It's the same three shots that landed on, Daniel... Bam! Bam! Bam!" And as if it wasn't enough, Alex drew a knife and slammed it right through Georgy's hand. She whimpered for only a moment before quickly regaining what little composure she had.
"You're dead." With that comment a devious grin slowly grew on her blood covered mouth as she began to laugh menacingly.
Not as dead as you will be when Luca and Declan find you. She thought to herself. This made her happy. Happy knowing the torture this woman would endure. She continued to laugh until the blood rising in her throat caused her to cough up a crimson fountain. Georgy was certain she wouldn't survive but she wasn't going to die, drowning in her own blood. From what little medical knowledge she had, she painfully rolled onto her side so she wouldn't asphyxiate.
Her eyes were becoming heavy as she laid there on the ground. She was fighting as hard as she could. Georgy didn't realize another visitor until she heard Alex comment,
"It's about time you showed up." It took more strength than it should have to open her eyes. When she did she saw Declan run towards her and kneel beside her. She bit on her bottom lip, grunting as he pulled the knife from her hand. Georgy couldn't fight the tears that began to build in her eyes as he pulled her close. She attempted multiple times to talk unsuccessfully interrupted by painful, blood filled coughs before she spoke weakly and almost inaudibly,
"Dec.... Declan... Go... Save yourself, please." She pleaded with what ounce of energy she had left in her. She didn't want him dying just to be with her in her final moments.
"I don't want you to see me die." Her voice cracked as the tears rolled down her cheeks. Her right hand shakily raised to cup his cheek, her gaze locking with his,
" Just know... I.... I love-" Then her eyes rolled back, her hand falling from his face as she became weak in his arms. Unconscious she laid unmoving, not dead but barely alive.
