Numerous things helped me come up with this idea but, it is mostly based on a RP I was in once before but never had the chance to start, the movie, Like Crazy, and the things that had happened in my life when I has to go through a long distance relationship with my husband back when we were young and naive.
{Plot}
When someone discovers the love of their life, it's always thought that they will remain together...forever. All the memories you have will become a part of you. From the first day you met to the first time you held hands. All those laughs and tears, all those forgiving and forgetting, no matter the pain or the happiness they will all become a part of you. But, when you have to leave your love's side for one reason or another, will you find yourself questioning how long your love will last after they leave? Or how long before those beautiful memories you held so close finally chose to fade away? Or will you keep the promise that you'll wait, that you'll wait until the day they return back to your side and continue life as if you were never apart from one another During the days you wait, you hope your feelings will stay, but the constant distraction from people around you and the fading memories, will you find yourself stuck between a rock and a hard place? Will you let it drag you in between two choices? Will you find yourself asking; Is it right waiting for my love to return? Or is it right to move on and look towards the future and what it might hold? And more than anything, will you allow yourself to start questioning what you had in the past and start wondering about if they really are your future or will you go back to them and realize that they are your future after all? Well, there is no Cupid, there's no one to tell you which way your heart should go. Except for you. It's all up to you, young lover.

He's always been more free thinking, opinionated, passionate, and open to ideas while she was brought up much differently. She was taught to live in submission, to speak only when spoken to and to always think realistically. She has always closed herself off to everything; ideas, affection, and the sheer thought of even being with someone for the rest of her life. While they love each other they do find themselves arguing a lot more than they did during their first couple years of being together. She's always looking for a way to push him away but, seeing by the six years they've been together and the engagement ring on her finger, that plan doesn't seem to be working. Yet, when they are forced to put their wedding on hold when [Girl 1] was chosen for an internship in the beautiful city of Venice, Italy. Will the year apart make them realize the imperfections in their relationship and call it quits before getting hurt or will they return to each others' arms once those 365 days are up?

The power couple, they have known each other for years, at first they were competitors with one another. They truly despised the other, even though they never met in person. But, three years ago when there was a huge benefit at the plaza hotel in New York, they met one another face to face and found themseleves falling for the other. Ever since then, they have been under a microscope with the public, watching their every move. They are the couple everyone wishes they could be. They have everything a couple could want, a large house, two successful careers, and someone who has been by their side who has been there since the beginning of their joint company. But, things aren't always as perfect as they seem. Behind close doors they find themselves shouting at one another more than actually talking and when they're not arguing they aren't each other. They're somewhere else, jet setting around the world trying to build their company up. And when building an empire, it doesn't leave much time for the love the felt when they first started falling for the other. They've tried couples' therapy but, it only ended with more arguing as the accused the other that they don't care anymore. And, that alone is what has caused them to take a break just around the time [Guy 2] has been asked to go to France in order to seal a deal with yet another one of their soon to be business partners. With them being so far apart and not being able to open up to the other, will it turn their break into something much more permanent?

Her parents are in the military, meaning she has moved around a lot. But, they decided to settled down for the four years their daughter was in high school just so she could make some actual friends. There she met her soon to be best friend, [Boy 3]. He was always the one with a girl around his shoulder as was she. They loved letting loose and just being the young, stupid kids they were. And when they started college with one another, things took a giant turn. They started thinking that they felt something for each other but, since neither wanted relationships at the time, so they stayed as friends with benefits. That soon formed into the falling for each other during their sophomore year of college. Since then, they have broken up and gotten back together, broken up and gotten back together all because of the same reason, one of them weren't ready to commit so, they would cheat on the other before forgiving them and starting over. They since then have been together but have yet to move in with one another or even think of popping the question. They don't really think about the future but, one the rare occasion they do, they always feel like the other will be there. But, will that change when the girl gets the opportunity to go to England to study for the year, will that make the two finally fall apart?

The passionate couple, they are rarely apart from one another and when they are apart they most likely are thinking of the other. And they have been this way since meeting on as college road trip to Paris where they fell in love in the city of love. Since meeting almost three years ago, they have moved on much faster than other couples, they have moved in together, they have thought about getting married, and they have thought about the rest of their life together. That is until they got past their first year of being together, you see they have just on small problem. While they love one another more than anything and would anything for that person, they rarely trust each other alone around other people that they might see as a threat whether they see them as 'better' for the other person or just the sheer fact that that they might be more attractive and they're terrified that their love might leave them, which has lead to them arguing and even leaving rather large bruises on one another, busted lips, among many other things. Being so madly in love, they go back and apologize to their love not long after but, that is their downfall in life. Everyone they know and care for believe that the two of them are too dangerous and explosive together but, they can't bring themselves to leaving their other half. But, with [Guy 4] having to leave to take care of a super close dying family member, will the time apart be enough time for the pair to realize that they might possibly be better off apart?

2. Post on the OOC to reserve AND have the password. Do NOT private message, please. After you're reservation is made, you have two days to finish the character sheet or at least send a WIP my way. But, you must have something submitted to me within two days. If you're too busy to make a CS, then you're too busy to post; that's the rule I always abide by. And, you ARE allowed to compete for roles.
3. If you can't post for a while, please let me know! It'd be greatly appreciated. Activity is needed to keep any RP alive. Please don't let this die.
4. Yes, I have face claims, I noticed. Some people really despise them and I get that. I do but do not flood the OOC saying how much you dislike them. It's immature and rather uncalled for.
5. As for post length, no one liners. You must post at least 400-600 words MINIMUM. Sorry, if that seems a lot but, then maybe you shouldn't join.
6. This roleplay is for mature people only. If you can't accept violence, swearing, drinking, sexual content, and such, then don't join.
7. I want to see interaction with EVERYONE. Just because your character doesn't get along doesn't mean you have an excuse to not talk to someone. Make drama!
8. With number 7 said, make drama IN character not OUT OF character. If you have a problem let me know.
8.5. The first part of the password is your favorite love song/ballad, new, old, it doesn't matter. ^.^[/i]
9. I know a couple, if not a few people who join and then disappear. I've been easy going about it before but, not anymore. If you do not think//intend to not finish or start your character do not reserve the role. And if I feel like I need to, I do have the right to decline a reservation. {It will be done in PM}

I'm really in love with the song Saturn by Sleeping At Last! (I really recommend for you to listen to it and his lyrics are so peotic!!~) and as for movies, I'm also looking forward to the Fault in our stars, but since Maleficent comes this friday, I'd have to go for that one first. ^-^

Hey everyone! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I'm afraid I'll have to withdraw my reservation. I've been so focused on my own roleplay that I've completely lost my muse for this one. I don't want to submit a mediocre character when you deserve so much more. It's no ill will against anyone, I promise. I deeply apologize for having to resign. I love this! I wondered if I could take the girl that is staying in Charleston but change her FC? I want to use Christina Grimmie but if not that's fine. My favorite ballad has to be Scarborough Fair by Simon and Garfunkel if you consider that a ballad and I want to see the new X-men movie with Jenifer Lawrence in it.

Alright Jinny, I have to be honest. I wasn't going to join this at first. Romance roleplays aren't really my thing but I figured since I'm taking my summer semester off I'd give this a chance. Besides, your roleplays are always great. I'd like to reserve Face Claim: Jon Kortajarena.
He seems like a cutie-patootie I've never used before.
As far as love songs go I suppose Numbers by The Cab would be a safe bet. Mel introduced it to me recently for a Dasper AU we're doing and I'm hooked. But movies! Not that The Fault in our Stars wasn't a great book, but I'm much more looking forward to The Maze Runner and the next Hobbit movie.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like this, but I think I might be in love with the idea, because Blake Lively is screaming for me to make a character! I HAVE to reserve her!
