Each child who is born from a dragon mother or farther contains the soul of a dragon when this child is born the dragon parent leaves the child and the other parent to go and live the rest of their lives before they die as when the dragon child becomes the age of 10 their powers of being a dragon begin to awaken.
Plot-
You have recently turned thirteen and your mother or farther has told you about your other parent and you get told who you really are. You go to a club at your school which meets on the roof that turns out to be someone just like you a teenager who holds a dragon soul in the body. They explain that they have to stay hidden and can only practice there powers and dragon forms when everyone has left the school as if someone finds out the CIA/FBI will be on to you. But then an accident happens a student who left school late caught you practicing and phoned the police who are no after you to begin testing on you. Some of the teenagers have been caught and have been brainwashed to fight againts the good guys so they have no choice but to flee the city and run for there lives.

Summary- OK so bassically we are going to start off from where they have arrived in there new house after being found out that they contain dragon souls in each of them so yea and we will see how it goes from there XD.
