Introduction
Ten years have passed from when "Treapta Corporation" has fought against the Romanian Government and your local "hippies" to get their hands on a forest area near the ski resort, Carpathian Mountains .The place was loaded with the kind of people that had money to spend, no other shops were available around so a mall would have probably been a money-making machine. Grand plans were made from the beginning, this place would have all the modern devices and thousand of shops, fast food restaurants, a huge room full of fun stuff for kids and a super market were even the locals could shop since there was a small village not far from here. One of the most important architects in Romania was called in to work on the building plans , Răzvan Popescu , they employed men from the village to help with the construction.
In the end, they managed to get the approval and since everything was already in place, the forest was destroyed against the plea of the young people who would come every day at the site to stop them. They planned the opening soon after the New Year celebration, on the day of the sun eclipse adding little stands with special eye protection stuff. Since the roof was made out glass everyone could clearly see the way the sun would be covered by darkness. The building will have five levels, the last being a VIP zone with a 3D Cinema. A concert would be held in the main hall after the eclipse ended, invitations were sent to all the media people and they were hoping that some celebrities would join on that day.
Răzvan wanted that everyone who helped and the people from the village to be able to enjoy the opening as well , with a special discount since in a way or another they took by force the woodland that was originally theirs. Convincing the head of the corporation, he went to give out the invitations to everyone and to have a talk with the mayor. Surprisingly enough, none of them were interested and talked nonsense about a local myth Muma Pădurii. Not even the mayor wanted to come to the festivities; this was the difference between people raised in a town and those from the country. They still had belief in the old tales of the past, cave giants, strigoi you name it. There was a probability they still drove a wooden stake through the heart of a deceased who was born with hair on his head as a baby or would hang garlic near the windows and doors while the day of the Sânziene.

He got back in his car, and phoned the corporation to cancel the special invitations since they won't be joining. The car engine started with a loud noise, he was on his way back to the mall to check up on the last details. Everything had to be done by tomorrow when the place would be opened to the public, his wife got sick last week so she returned home in Bucharest. He would check on her everyday to make sure all was well, closing the radio he took his phone cell out of his pocket and dialed her number.
"Hey there sweaty , how are you feeling?" he smiled gently and nodded to what she was saying “I am happy to hear that , by the way you won't believe what happened today when I went to talk to the villagers. “He turned the wheel and stopped the car in the malls parking place.
"They don't want to have anything to do with the place," he lit a cigarette and opened the car door “said something about the Muma Pădurii , I mean that is the story my mom used to tell me so I would go to sleep early." he laughed while closing the car , his keys was now back in his pocket.
He walked slowly towards the huge building in front, all made out of steel and glass. He wasn't allowed to really go crazy with the design, the men from the corporation already had an image of what they wanted beforehand, and he was only there to make it happen.
"Yes , I remembered that little song too.." his cigarette was now in his hand , he cleared his voice and tried to remember all the words.
"Muma Pădurii was once a witch with husband and son,
You can escape from the boy by running towards the sunrise or hiding in the shadows,
He holds a big bag on his back made out of his mother’s hair, there is no way out if you get caught...
Muma Pădurii was once a witch with husband and son,
You can't hide from her but you can run towards the sunrise, never look back;
She holds a cauldron on her back, there is no way out if you get caught.
Muma Pădurii was once a witch with husband and son,
You can't hide or run from the husband, there is no escape
He holds a coffin on his back, there is no way out when you get caught."
The phone call abruptly ended, he didn't any more battery. Continued singing the morbid tune , inside the mall everything looked ready this would be quite great.
The action will start on the day of the opening; your characters can be either:
- Workers at the shops in the mall
- Tourists
- "Treapta Corporation" employers
-celebrities
-One of the guard dogs
((I will be controlling Muma and her son and husband))
When the eclipse starts, everything outside goes black , the doors can't be open anymore and the glass seems to be unbreakable .The local myth has become reality , you have to survive the chaos and team up to stay alive until the eclipse ends.
That could be several hours since this was one of the longest sun eclipses in the history of human kind.
