In the year 1936 of a parallel world, there is war between the nations of Slavia and Teuton. The dwarf nation of Estia and its neighbors are caught right in between and are in danger. Take up arms and fight the invaders.

Introduction

The tiny nation of Estia is known for its idyllic villages, its expertise in custom weaponscrafting, being a refuge of scientists fleeing from dictatorships. But recently war has broken out between two large nations: Slavia and Teuton. The problem is: Estia and other tiny nations are right in between Slavia and Teuton. Now Estia has to round up its tiny military to fight against the invaders. Luckily they have lots of firepower. Many refugees from neighboring dwarf nations are willing to fight. Though not all want to fight for a good cause.
Estias fighting force is composed of the regular military and a special unit. The members of the special unit are very experienced and each get custom weapons that the regular army doesnt get. Depending on the availability of elite soldiers, the special unit can consist of up to fifty soldiers and five medics. It is time to take a stand against the invaders.

Uniforms: There is no strict code about uniforms in the Estian military but blue is supposed to be worn to tell the difference between friends and foes (Teuton soldiers have gray uniforms/coats, Slavia soldiers have brown uniforms/coats.

Tech: Weapons are at the point of the 1940s while Estian weapons have more precision and firepower than the times average weapons.

Classes:

Assault - Assault troops are mainly equipped with a pistol as a secondary weapon and their primary is either a smg or a multi-shot carbine. They are mainly units for closer combat and advancing the line of battle.

Anti-Tank - Anti-Tank troops belong the the more heavy weaponry with a pistol and a rocket launcher or anti-tank rifle. They are important to take out tanks.

Sniper - They basically only have a pistol and a sniper rifle. Snipers need to avoid being noticed and are important for tactical purposes.

Recon - Recon soldiers are light infantry normally carrying a pistol and a communications device on their back. Because of only having a pistol, they are trained to be able to use a pistol like a sniper uses his sniper and their pistols normally are somewhat powerful.

Medic - Other than a pistol, the medic doesnt have any weapons. Therefore a unit cant be without a medic. He/She carries a kit full of what he/she needs such as a syringe or morphine.

Support/Machinegunner - Normally a team of two. One person fires the machine gun, the other makes sure that it doesnt run out of ammo.

Tank - Tanks are important for clearing objects or taking out other tanks. Estian tanks are small and normally only need one or two people but therefore they have very good armor and powerful weaponry.

Transport - The transport makes sure soldiers cover large distances in little time. He only has a knife, a pistol and his truck.

Scout - The scout is equipped with a rifle, a pistol, binoculars and something to write with/on. He goes through the area and checks enemy positions, making an ambush possible.

I answered your questions by editing the rp description a bit. But dual specialization isnt possible since an anti-tank machinegunner will have too many problems. And anti-tank pistols is first off way too overpowered and the recoil would not just break or shatter a persons arm, it would pulverize it.

So I gots a few questions if they count. this a parallel universe what kind tech/weapons can we have? example like laser guns? or anti-tank pistols or something? and uh...... could someone be a dual specialization like recon-assaulter? that is all :3


EDIT: I just thought of something, could you give us a short description of the specializations please?

Yes. Just one tiny difference. Imagine that most of Estias tanks are tiny like the tankette but very durable and made with a powerful gun.

And to everyone wanting to play. Use the damn character sheet I wrote for you. I even wrote it in the rules and it still happened! Poorly written applications and applications in the wrong form will not be accepted.

and a question...even though this is a parallel world, is the weapon tech similar? As in bolt action sniper rifles, first generation sub machine guns?
