Name: Zene Dovewater



Age: 16

Appearance: Zene stands at around 5'4" and is rather thin due to the little food she is given in District 11. Zene is also rather tanned, due to all the time she spends working on the fields. Her long,curly brown hair reaches her waist and is usually tied up in a braided bun.

Personality: Despite her gentle and weak appearances, Zene is actually rather tough and strong thanks to all the work she has done on the fields. Having been stung by trackerjackers and gotten into different kinds of accidents at work helped her to build up her resistance against pain. She peseveres right to the very end whenever she is determined to do something. She can be rather stubborn at times too. Zene is cheerful and bubbly most of the times, bringing encouragement to those around her during trying times. Having to face the strict rules and peacekeepers in district 11 also helped her to toughen up against threats.

District: 11

Weapon of Choice: Knives. Zene has a talent when it comes to working with knives. She can throw knives with good accuracy. She can fight with just a tiny knife. You name it, as long as it is a skill that involves a knife, she most probably can do it. However, if there is no knife at hand, she can do pretty well in hand-to-hand combat too.

Bio: Zene is the oldest of the four children in her family. She has two brothers, who are twins and a little sister. Her brothers are both eleven this year and her little sister is eight. Zene, together with her father, works in the fields to provide for the family of six whilst her mother takes care of the kids and accepts odd household jobs to help bring home extra income. Of course, this was not enough to provide for the big family, especially since her brothers were not old enough to work in the fields yet. Since her brothers were only a year away from being able to help bring home the bacon, Zene decided to take extra tesserae this year so that her family would be able to get through this year.
