Introduction
Souls are trapped in this lake, said to feel nothing but pain. But is that really all they feel? Could there be something more in that lake? Something that you can't see when your just standing by it?
You have been put into the Lake of Souls and nothing seems like it is supposed to. You figured when you would die that you would feel pain and start to miss your old life, wishing you have lived it better seeing as your neither in heaven or hell. This seems more like an inbetween for people who weren't very bad or very good.
You can tell there are lots of people in there by how crowded it is, how your always bumping into another soul. You eventually, at your own time, give up on thinking about your old life, causing yourself pain, and let go of everything. Then in only a matter of time you are revealed the beauty of the Lake of Souls. It's everything that you couldn't imagine. Now you are able to see the other people and communicate with them. There are more than just humans. There are other creatures too. What will you be able to find in the Lake of Souls?

OOC Notes
Mika looked back on the memories that she still had of her old life and thought about how she wished she could go back and change everything. She might not have been the smartest girl in the world but she knew that if she hadn't made the choices that she did she would be here right now in this overcrowded place. Honestly, she still had no idea that she was only a soul. She didn't take the time to look around and see that everyone here was souls. She pictured her self as just a sunken body in an old dirty lake. She didn't care where she was right now as long as she could cherish her memories and not be disturbed. Even though the memories caused her a certain amount of pain she trying to remember ever sent, every feeling, and every sight.
But like everything else, this had to end. The last look on her life was when she was little and when her family had really been a family. With that she let her mind go blank with all thoughts. She willed herself to forget about her old life and focus on what was to come. She didn't really believe there was anything left for her after that but it was worth trying at least. It seemed like days she was like that, without a thought. The only thoughts that she thought now were about giving up. But in only a matter of time she would be standing in the middle of what seemed like a small town. She didn't know what to do or where to go. She looked around and saw people walking around, talking to one another. She could actually see them! She looked down at herself and saw she was wearing a tank top and a pair of shorts, what she had been wearing when she had died. There was a blood stain on it. She wondered if there was a place to get new clothes or something.
Then it clicked in her brain. She could walk, breath, see, and talk. She couldn't believe this was really happening. Was this her second chance? She looked up, hoping to see the sky but instead she simply saw the mass of floating souls, waiting to hopefully find there way here. Maybe this wasn't a second chance at life but it was sure something. She knew she was still in the lake but this was much better than being where she had been only moments before.
