He is in his late twenties and has a smooth featureless face. His blond hair is usally slicked back. He wears a three peice suit and slim sun glasses.

Personality

Often times he only talks with a one-liner, but he can be a smooth talker if he wants.

Equipment

Agent Jacobs always carries his attache case at his side. He actually has many (though he doesn't have them on his person all time), all aluminum sided. Each one is a different size, and each has to carry a different thing. It could have anything from guns, ammo, explosives, or business papers.
