Appearance
"It's that way he looks, that way he stands and towers above all other leaders. He is a man of true mystery and unknown, just the power of his gaze sending people into a cowering fear. He is one mystery I never want to discover."

Scarcely reaching 6 feet this bald man is not excessively tall; the pasty quality of his flawless skin mirrors the light with faded perfection, which seems flawless under a distant scrutiny, except for a few markings that score his back. To the untrained eye this marks might bear a resemblance to injuries inflicted by a devious instrument of torture but no one is absolutely sure about their precedence, no matter how much a technocrat or anyone else has asked. The previous experience of his lifetime wretches his face and body, just his posture full of the wisdom of his time. His body is a thick hull on its own, mass beyond its years and power that could never truly be understood, without shattering the simpleton mind.

Personality
"I have never in the history of my long extensive life, seen such a twisted man.

Once a proud nobility with the utmost sense of duty, Creon wielded a magnificent soul. Yet since the Vanishing Dawn and with the passing of eons his eyes grew cold and his nobility only a habit. His pride had vanished with horrid memories and he was content with living as a shadow of society. Creon still holds to the idea of a gentleman, of honor and of truth. Though his eyes are desolate, one might make out a tiniest of glimmer of longing and of hope deep within. However within lurks a darkness beyond no other, a twisted corruption which leaves the mind perplexed in its origin and existence. Such swirling emotions and thoughts within the darkest reaches of his mind attempting to break free from its eternal struggle to break free from the bindings of his sanity. Only a clairvoyant reader could tell that forever building animosity which laments for eternity, hoping for a day in which it can free itself and shatter the world.

[9] Lombardi Mechanized Electronics Black-1280EX Vollstrecker: Component powered armor system. Vollstrecker ("Executor") is a high speed medium- and close-range armor that differs from most exoskeleton systems in that the various armor modules are not integrated into a single unit but can be independently detached and broken down. This allows the Vollstrecker's parts to be repaired or replaced quickly and easily, as well as removed without needing the operator to remove the armor entirely. The entire armor is run by an operator computer in the heavily armored chest module which relays pilot input to subordinate computers throughout the components. Appearance wise, the Vollstrecker resembles a sort of heavily armored samurai with extended plating on the legs resembling hakama. Its chest module protrudes forward to a point and the helmet includes full face protection and dual optical sockets. The armor is a lightweight but sturdy alloy of dueranium, aluminum and beryllium layered with a platinum-based metallic paint coating. The coating carries a light current when activated that greatly reduces atmospheric friction, allowing the Vollstrecker more rapid movement in concert with its thruster system.

Said thruster system is distributed in the legs, feet and back of the armor. The primary mechanism is a electric thrust engine that works by creating jet-action by accelerating ionized air through a magnetic manifold. The engines work in concert with a magnetic monopole field projected on the ground to create a levitation effect. The secondary mechanism is a conventional plasma thrust engine which can be used for after burn bursts but has limited fuel. These also assist the armor's movement in a vacuum where the electric thrusters are ineffective. In tandem with the frictionless coating, the Vollstrecker's thrusters allow for incredible battlefield mobility.

Naturally, this mobility renders the Vollstrecker difficult to operate for most pilots, so the armor's control computer is augmented with a DINAMO system integrated into the operator computer. DINAMO is an acronym for "Direct Interfaced Nerve Augmented Mobility Operation. DINAMO feeds sensor directly into the pilot's nervous system and interprets nerve output as control data. The sensor data is not delivered in whole, but rather as high speed nerve impulses to the motor cortex. The effect is what pilots have termed a “flash” of spatial awareness of incoming fire or targets. An experienced pilot can interpret hundreds of flashes every second, and in doing so acquires a sense of space and movement nearing precognition. Outgoing data from the pilot is fed into the armor's guidance systems and makes split second adjustments to maximize performance. For the Vollstrecker, the DINAMO is linked not only to the main sensor system but to a nanosensor network bonded to its armor that absorbs and processes even the most minute battlefield input for the pilot's access. By way of the DINAMO, the Vollstrecker's pilot can make full use of its mobility.

With the Vollstrecker's speed acting as its primary defense, its engineers opted for another unconventional modification. Along with the nanosensors used for the DINAMO system, additional nanomachines were bonded to the armor that act as electromagnetic projectors. When engaged, they can project up to four holographic images of the Vollstrecker. Due to the armor's already incredible power consumption these are imperfect holograms-- they exhibit visual artifacting and interference and cannot be projected far from the Vollstrecker itself-- but when moving at high speed these errors are unnoticable. The holograms create an electromagnetic interference field around the Vollstrecker that can disrupt EM based sensor or guidance systems, and of course the holograms provide effective visual interference.

These abilities in mind, the Vollstrecker is perfectly designed for close-range combat and its weapons are tailored to that purpose. These include:
  • Black-1280a "Urteil": Urteil (“Judgment”) is one of Vollstrecker's two main weapons, and easily its most fearsome. It is an eight-foot long aggressive blade, also known as a chainsword. Its dueranium-cobalt blade lacks an edge, and instead uses a linear track to run a circuit of one thousand one-inch phale-tipped blades at 3,200 RPM.

  • Black-1280b "Hollengreifer": Vollstrecker's other main weapon. Hollengreifer (“Hell Claw”) is a 21-foot lockardized tungsten carbide segmented heat rod with a three-inch diameter. The segments can either be let loose to act as a whip or locked in place, turning it into an exceptionally long blade or spear. The rod can reach temperatures upwards of 5,100 degrees. With both Urteil and Hollengreifer, their power needs are so great that they are hooked directly into the Vollstrecker's power source via phale-shielded umbilical cables.

  • High-Frequency Blades: Carbon-deuranium blades that vibrate at ultrasonic frequencies to increase cutting power. Vollstrecker possesses four: two as independent swords three feet in length stored in the leg armor, and two as eighteen inch blades that can be extended from the armor's wrists.

  • Magnetic Blades: Beams of plasma contained in magnetic fields to create a blade. Vollstrecker possess four adjustable length open blades, meaning the magnetic field is generated solely by the hilt. This design is commonly called a beam saber. The blades stored in the armor's back.

Usage of the blades is maximized through the armor's psuedomusculature and neuro-motor interface, which vastly increases the operator's physical strength.

For ranged combat, the Vollstrecker is considerably more limited, with only two weapons at its disposal. These, however, are considerably powerful.

  • Solid Ray: A Solid Ray is a devastating and horrible weapon, as well as one of the most unusual employed by the technocats. The Solid Ray is a five foot rifle-type gun that combines with the Urteil when neither are in use to be carried as a single unit. The Ray uses two separate forms of ammunition: weapon plasma, and liquidized magnetic nickel. The Ray fires a stream of nickel at high pressure, which alone is enough to cut clear through heavy armor, and uses the stream's magnetic field to attach a plasma field. The Ray's range is limited to only about 100 yards before the nickel stream loses its power, but within that range it will destroy anything in its way.

  • Aerocells: The Vollstrecker commands nine Aerocells that are stored and recharged in its shoulder modules. Aerocells, or Cells for short, are remote controlled weapons that move through the air via smaller versions of the Vollstrecker's own electric thrusters. Cells are lightweight but incredibly strong, built primarily from carbon nanostructures stronger than steel but barely heavier than air. Vollstrecker's Cells are shaped like gray teardrops with foot-long rail prongs at one end. Their interiors are primarily hollow, which allow them to be filled with charged particles fired through the rails in high energy beams. Three cells can also triangulate and create particle shields equivalent to a level 7 photon shield. Controlling the Cells is intuitive; it's patched directly into the armor's DINAMO, making their movements an extension of the operator's will. By means of the electric thrusters, the Cells can whizz around the battlefield within a thirty foot radius of the armor, peppering targets with particle fire or converging to protect their master unit.

As stated, all of these functions require a massive power source for the Vollstrecker; so massive, infact, that there is no known power plant capable of the needed output on the required scale. So instead, the engineers opted for a high-performance electric battery. The battery limits the Vollstrecker's operating time to one week, useless for a prolonged campaign but well suited for a strategic insertion. It can be quickly replaced and resists drainage through limiter fuses that that prevent the battery from releasing more current is required by the armor's operational maximum.

[8] Quantum Circuity Drive: Portal Drive. The standard device used across the Technocracy for transportation across universes. A Quantum Circuity Drive, or QCD as it is most commonly called, is a device that uses the element viniculum to create a portal in the quantum barrier between dimensions based on a series of 4-dimensional calculations. The QCD's microprocessor repeats these equations upwards of five thousand times within the space of a few seconds in order to create the most precise and powerful portal possible. As a result, the portals are typically microscopic, which both conserves fuel and prevents damage to the quantum barrier. The target is then compressed into a matter stream and passed through the pattern before being reassembled on the other side. A QCD can also be used to create larger portals, or to perform blink jumps, if the operator is knowledgeable enough. Personnel QCDs used by soldiers and agents are most commonly in the form of a gold pocketwatch, with the controls contained on the inside, though custom jobs are used by some. When using these small hand units, unless very precise coordinates are entered (usually around 50 characters long), the QCD will rely on guidance information provided by supplemental software or various Technocrat authorities. His personally is in the form of a golden pocket watch that he carries on his person at all times.

[8] Metagenic Enhancement: Lombardi Genomics top of the line Molecular-Cellular refinement process. Through Matter Editation, Nerve Calibration and Cybernetic implants, his combat efficiency has been ratcheted up to utterly superhuman levels. The carbon basis for his physical body now has the durability of graphite steel composite, while retaining the feel and sensitivity of normal skin. His bones are stronger than titanium, his organs sturdier and more efficient than ever before, and his nervous system has been enhanced to bullet dodging extent. This all is in addition to further improvements to his Nanoregenerative capabilities, which can heal even major, life threatening wounds before they even register. The scientists who installed the enhancement implied that, given a sufficient oxygen supply, like Asimov’s, his body can actually survive the vacuum of space indefinitely, since he can generate his own infrared heat. More importantly, his entire Muscular system has been improved to give him superior strength and even greater speed, allowing him to move as fast as he can think, which is now downright blinding.

[5]Omninet S1 Connection: The Omninet is the technocats' Commercial Computer Network, similar to the modern Internet, only much, much larger. An S1 connection uses small holographic projectors in the fingertips to create interface objects allowing access to the Net, and a neural connection allows for rapid and easy info gathering. An S1 connection is limited to viewing and transmiting, not downloading, to prevent the threat of neural hacking.

[6] LAC G-1182 Grey9: Contrasting with the simplicity of the Blacktail light handgun is the Lombardi Arms Corporation's "Gray9", a staggeringly powerful handgun developed for the technocrat .442 Heavy round. Its name comes from its nine round magazine and flat gray colorization. The Gray9 is less commonly used on the whole than the Blacktail, owing to its more complex design that makes it more prone to misfire. The gun is also very large, with a six inch barrel for a full length of ten inches and an unmodified weight of almost five pounds.

The Gray9 has a unique construction that borrows more from technocrat rifle design than that of other handguns. It uses what is called an impulse percussion driver, an electrical module that generates an explosive discharge, both to trigger the cartridge and to actuate the shell loading/ejection assembly. The module is charged by a tiny power cell built into the clip of the Gray9, thus recharging it with each loading. The use of the driver allows for the Gray9 to chamber much more powerful cartridges, including mercurium core penetrating rounds. The driver also gives the Gray9's firing a distinctive sound, which has been described as a "zap" accompanying the traditional detonation of the explosive powder.

[6] Silence: Silence is a weapon called a mag sword. Mag swords (or sabers or katanas, depending on the preference of the designer) construct a blade plasma contained and shamed by a magnetic field. Silence uses a dual projector design, with one magnetic generator at the base of the blade in the hilt, and a second projector at the end of a boom that extends the length of the blade. The has the advantage of creating a much stronger blade that can cut through solid dueranium without trouble, at the expense of shielding one edge of the blade with the extended boom, effectively making Silence a single edged sword. Silence remains a great improvement over its myraid of precessors though, sporting a sleeker design, higher output, and the replacement of the solid magnetic projector of the Silence with an open coil at the end of the boom, which allows the blade to travel through the secondary projector and end with a point, allowing Silence to be used with a stabbing attack instead of limiting it to slicing. The blade uses a standard thorium-hydrogen plasma, with a slight xenon impurity to give it a purple color.

[4] MSK Type 9 Swordbreaker: A swordbreaker is a type of modified combat knife designed to disarm other bladed weapons. Under many circumstances, this can be done with an HF knife by physically destroying it, but when encountering weapons immune to its enhanced cutting power (such as blessed or enchanted arms), a swordbreaker is an effective means of disabling the target.

The standard swordbreaker, such as the Type 9, is a double bladed weapon. The main element is a seven inch carbon-deuranium single edged blade with a two inch serrated section at its base. A second seven inch blade (called the high element) is attached to the backside of the main element by one inch extension, leaving a half-inch gap between the two elements. The edges of both blades face away from each other, making the swordbreaker a doubled edged weapon. The purpose of this design is so that the properly trained knife fighter can catch his opponent's blade within the gap between the swordbreaker's elements, and from there he can perform a disarming maneuver or attack with a second knife or close range firearm. The Type 9 increases the effectiveness of this design by adding magnetized rails running down the inside of the catcher, which are activated by a switch on the grip, to aid in the capture and elimination of blades constructed from magnetic materials. It also adds a hand guard to the grip to increase the swordbreaker's defensive length. In the Type 9, this grip is on the side of the high element, inclining the fighter to attack using the high element rather than the main element.

Use of the swordbreaker is included under training in Nahkampf Nr. Zwei

Skills, Powers, and Abilities
Note: this list is not, and probably never will be, totally 100% complete. Creon is constantly learning more skills and they will be added in as he discovers them.

[8] Schopenhaur System: But perhaps the most fearsome weapon in Creon’s arsenal is in fact a new development. It is the Schopenhaur System, an integrated bio-circuit built into the body of Creon, becoming a part of him. The circuit ties into Creon’s higher brain functions, and is charged by the soldier’s will to power. His ability to see the world as it is and his determination to survive. His drives of patriotism, passion, loyalty, compassion, the very qualities of humanism. It solidifies the space within Creon, preventing it from being affected by supernatural elements. It is a magical defense of extraordinary power. Of course, this only protects one from direct influence by magical/demonic/divine/psionic/etc forces. A fireball conjured through magic would have no power. But a rock picked up and thrown with magic would, and would have to be dealt with accordingly.

Because of the requirements of the Schopenhaur System, Creon follows the principle best outlined by Colonel Kurtz in Apocalypse Now:

Because they could stand that these were not monsters. These were men … trained cadres. These men who fought with their hearts, who had families, who had children, who were filled with love … but they had the strength … the strength … to do that. If I had ten divisions of those men, then our troubles here would be over very quickly. You have to have men who are moral … and at the same time who are able to utilize their primordial instincts to kill without feeling … without passion … without judgment … without judgment. Because it's judgment that defeats us.

Creon is not a monster or a killing machine (So they like to think). Creon is a man, a human being, a contradiction capable of holding a divided soul and heart, yet mixing the instinct to kill without judgment with the feelings and drives of a human.

[8] The Perfect Soldier: Through his years of military service, both in and out of combat, Creon has accumulated the skills and knowledge to craft the perfect soldier. Discipline and intuition, tactics and ferocity, all this and more. He’s a master with any weapon he can get his hands on, whether he’s used it before or not. Even unfamiliar weapons work on established well honed precedents. He’s rarely caught off guard on the field of battle, and is skilled in any number of different manners of warfare, from the bloody open battle field to the shadowy ways of assassination and special operations. Leadership comes naturally to a man such as Creon, and those serving under his command have a history of being just that much more effective on the battlefield, tactically and individually.

[8] Nahkampf Nr. Eins: Over thousands of years of conflict, the technocrat military has distilled the art of close quarters combat into a fine and precise science, and from that science they were able to create Nahkampf, the most widely used martial art in the corps. Nahkampf itself is three arts taught sequentially. Nahkampf Nr. Eins, or NN1, is unarmed, hand to hand combat. NN1 is largely a defensive skill, following the principle that unarmed combat should be a last resort after all other options are exhausted or disabled. Its philosophy is threat neutralization and rapid strikes from defensive positions, the aim being to disable so that the practitioner can escape and retaliate with minimal self-endangerment. Skilled NN1 users have their reaction times sharpened by 360 degree training exercises, and adept at weapon disarms followed by rapid crippling blows. The goal is economy of motion-- to move as quickly and efficiently as possible, which gives it defensive advantages over more elaborate martial arts.

[8] Nahkampf Nr. Zwei: NN2 uses NN1 as a foundation, but adds a crucial element: knife combat training. Virtually all technocrat soldiers carry knives or short swords in the event that their sidearms are removed from action. NN2 teaches the use of these weapons, especially in combating fencers wielding long swords. Since knife combat occurs in extremely close quarters, NN2 teaches the fighter evasive maneuvers to limit his body's physical profile in relation to that of his enemy. Again, disarming attacks are crucial, but with them also come parrying strikes along with the possibility for killing blows with the blade. Many skilled NN2 users also can throw their weapons with pinpoint accuracy.

[8] Nahkampf Nr. Drei: NN3 is again a variation on NN1, but where NN1 primarily concerns itself with disabling a single attacker, NN3 teaches combating multiple personnel simultaneously. NN3 is called by some "Surgical Combat", where the fighter is able to take in the battlefield as a whole and instinctively identify individual threats and the order in which they must be addressed. Once they have been identified, the threats are then neutralized one at a time, through disarming, disabling and repelling. As the fighter moves from one threat to the next in turn, his attacks become fluid and increasingly rapid, until an opening is presented where he can remove himself from the situation and regain a tactical advantage. NN3 is by far the more complex of the three forms, and often only individuals with abilities beyond those of normal humans can master it.
History

Personality

The Case
At times when Colonel Creon expects a combat situation to require weaponry outside of his standard equipment, he brings along with him his Extended Arsenal. His smaller arms are stored in a large case (dimensions: 6 feet x 2 feet x 1 foot) which he carries around his lower back. The case opens up in several compartments which store weapons on individual racks. Larger guns, armors, vehicles and whatnot are carried and delivered separately. Familiars are included in this category.

In the Case:

Lombardi Arms Corporation GP-595 Hawkeye: A weapon primarily used for sniper combat, the Hawkeye is more than capable of opperating at mid and even short ranges. It's a positron rifle, discharging a concentrated stream of antimatter particles which can cut through mountains and obliterate its target from miles away. The rifle comes with a Multiphase 1000x Scope with recording features, making the Hawkeye ideal for reconnaissance.

Lombardi Arms Corporation Templar XM-22: Devised as a magic suppression weapon instead of a magic extermination weapon, the Templar XM-22 is actually an air powered handgun that fires bullets constructed from magic channeling crystals, directed at the magical energy fields that surround spells and other forms of casting, be it runic, alchemic or wizardly. The crystalline structure of the bullets is actually something of a fractal singularity that channels magic into its structure. Not only does this effectively nullify the spell, but it actually drains the magical stamina of the caster at somewhere around 20x the natural rate for the spell, though multiple bullets can amplify this drain.

Lombardi Arms Corporation Sparrow-3 Artillery Pack: A backpack unit that contains a set of six missile tubes connected to a subspace gate to provide unlimited ammunition. The ordinance for these tubes are Sparrow-3 missiles, 10 inch guided projectiles with low yield warheads, each roughly equivalent of 7 sticks of dynamite. The purpose of the missiles, then, is not to cause concentrated, mass destruction, but rather to cause wide range damage and to disfigure the terrain, though a direct hit will effectively obliterate a non-protected target.

Lv. 2 Mauser C96 (x2, with stocks): Also known as the Broomhandle, owing to its rounded, rubber grip, and the Red9, for the Soviet Army's affinity for the gun (though it refers to the 9mm chambering in particular), the Mauser C96 is bulky, ugly, and brutally effective. The German made semi-automatic pistol is usually designed to handle nine millimeter rounds, but Creon's weapon designer, Lohengramm von Totenkompf, modifed them to fire his array of .45 caliber rounds.

The Red9 sports an unusual design, with a narrow, single barrel sitting atop a large square magazine half the barrel's length and half the grip’s height, with a cut away for the hand to fit in and the trigger to be pulled. This allows the gun to load in front of the grip, from the top, and it supports 10 rounds. The other unique aspect is that the Mauser C96 features an optional stock attachment, which detaches to be used as holsters for the gun. The stock turns the gun into a makeshift carbine, allowing superior control and accuracy, at the expense of compactness which is the advantage of most pistols.

"Gifts from the Fatherland!" -Lohengramm von Totenkompf

Lv. 4 Lombardi Arms Corporation SM-1000 Submachine Gun: Standard issue Submachine Gun modifed with replay guidance systems and subspace shell technology. The SM-1000 can fire up to 150 rounds before its heat absorption becomes dangerously high, at which point its user must replace its heat coils before firing can recommence, limiting its otherwise unlimited firing capacity.

The ammunition Creon prefers is the LAC Clyne Penetrator-S Cartridge, designed to maximize the penetrative power of the otherwise inferior 9mm rounds through the use of five small mercurium points that shoot out from the bullet upon impact, one straight, and the other four in opposing directions to penetrate and destroy the target. The replay guidance function mimizes the inaccuracy inherent in SM-1000's weapon class through a target acquisition trigger synchronized to microscopic magnetic generators inserted into the bullets, allowing each bullet assigned to the target to meet it, regardless from where it is fired from.

Lv. 3 Lombardi Arms Corporation R-13 Rifle: Sniper issue Bolt-Action Rifle. The R-13 is chambered for .45 caliber rounds, which is the reason Creon included the long range weapon, as it can use the same custom rounds that his Matebas use, minimizing his need for alternate ammunition classes. Its chamber is somewhat distended to accept the same 10 round clips that Creon's Mausers use, which is also a streamlining effort.

The R-13 is commonly called the Bonecrusher due to the immense recoil delivered when firing, making it less used overall than its cousins, the R-7 .223 bolt-action and the R-12 .223 semi-automatic. It serves Creon's purposes quite well, however. In design, it is not disimilar to the classic Springfield rifle, with its fine red mahogany stock and body with a deuranium barrel and firing assembly, but the its immense power comes from the magnetic coils lining the rifle barrel, giving the rifle the properties of a coil gun in addition to that of a chemical propulsion weapon.

Lv. 5 Masenkraft Type 50 Riot Gun: Masenkraft produces this high end tactical shotgun primarily for police action, and has virtually cornered the industry in that regard. Though its variation from the design of the Lombardi Arms Corporation CS-90 Shotgun is reletively minimal, the Type 50 dedication to simplicity and straightforwardness, as well as its factory standard variable fire mode has made it exceedingly popular, prompting Commander Luke Valdez of the technocrat Enforcers to declare that "The Type 50 is the probably the finest crowd control weapon ever constructed. We owe our asses to Masenkraft for that beauty."

With a fine silver finish and sturdy black rubber grips, the Type 50 is a no-frills shotgun with built in subspace repository technology. Variable fire allows it to switch easily between firing wide range scatter shot (in this case LAC Lystra Mammoth Impact shells) and solid slugs (MSK Striker Spent Uranium Expander shells). Though the gun requires no reloading, it does need to be cocked between rounds. The intermitable rythym of the Type 50's assault has been described as the "bass line from hell."

Lv. 8 Lombardi Arms Corporation GP-404 Geistwaffe: Nanomachine launcher designed by Lohengramm von Totenkopf. The name Geistwaffe, or Ghost Weapon, refers to the fact that the GP-404 seems to offer no visible discharge, though the after effects of its use are far from invisble. The gun resembles a double rifle, but the interior of the barrels are illuminated with glowing tracks of nanomachine activators which prime the nanite swarms for their singular duty. The ammunition, Lombardi Nanorobotics Exodus Express O-xc941 strand nanomachines, are contained in large, rectangular cartridges that interface with the gun from on top, below, and to the sides of the stock, one set for each barrel, allowing for a six shot firing cycle before reloading is needed (or 3 shots if the barrels are used in tandem).

Each firing launches a nanomachine swarm at 11% lightspeed. Once activated, the nanomachines penetrate the external structures of their targets, be they living or inanimate, and assemble themselves and local elements into ten kiloton explosives, which will detonate after a pre-programmed time limit. When both barrels are fired simultaneously, the explosive circuit is equivalent to 30 kilotons. Owing to the devious nature of the weapon, Creon hesitates to use the Geistwaffe against other humans, though he shows few qualms about using it to destroy fortifications.

Lv. 9 Lombardi Arms Corporation GP-202 Matador: Variable Grenade launcher designed by Lohengramm von Totenkopf. The GP-202 is a weapon designed less for anti-personel means and more for battlefield restructuring. Grenades are fed into the launcher by a large, cubic package, each containing sixty shells, twenty of each variety built for the Matador. The Matador's barrel is bored for 40mm specifications, allowing it to use, as its standard ammunition, LAC Sabertooth Rail Propelled Grenades, though von Totenkopf has provided the General with a more creative array of explosives. In addition to the Sabertooth rounds, von Totenkopf devised the LAC T-Krach Grenades, which generate temporary singularities fifteen feet in diameter, and the LAC T-Diffusion Grenades, which will project Type 12 Diffusion Fields over a spherical area of a 300 foot diameter, which will persist for several hours.

Within the Type 12 Field, the deep quantum state of a given universe is frozen to a degree only surpassed by the Type 13 Fields used in technocrat capital ships. By freezing the deep state, through the diffusion of Caizo bosons (C-particles) into the structure of the quantum barrier (thus reinforcing the bonds between individual dimensional strings), the Diffusion Field prevents any form of high level reality manipulation, such as spontaneous transmutation, teleportation and dimensional distortion (portal generation, for instance), as well as oppressing the effects of lower level manipulations, such as magic or psionics.

Lv. 6 Lombardi Arms Corporation GP-909 Backlash (x2): Modified heavy machine guns designed by Lohengramm von Totenkopf. According to his records, von Totenkopf built the Backlashes from Brounen Hassalar .464 caliber machine guns, weapons that have long been regarded as commercial failures, and in some circles, completely fiascos which may have contributed to Brounen's inability to break Masenkraft's grasp on the Extra-Corporate private arms market. The Hassalar was an ambitious automatic weapon, essentially double barrelled carbines with an unusual chambering and, as it turns out, terminally low velocity and penetrating power, to the extent that the Masenkraft Type 151 .223 caliber carbine carried more power, despite having less than half the bullet mass.

The twin barrel firing scheme also meant that the guns devoured even entire belts of ammunition (which defeated the purpose of the carbine), and a lack of inertial stabilizer technology (which was omitted to maximize the magazine) made the Hassalar difficult to use and wildly innacurate. Von Totenkopf's solution was essentially to split each weapon in half and add the subspace repository technology which was cut out from the original Hassalars to keep costs down. The gunsmith then attached the two assemblies back-together by a bridging grip with two triggers, but instead of having the ends facing the same direction, he reversed them, allowing the Backlashes to firing both infront and behind the General, simultaneously even. The inclusion of subspace technology allowed von Totenkopf to expand upon the other inner functions of the weapons, adding the inertial stabilizers and a more powerful firing mechanism. The end result is the GP-909 Backlash, a weapon that attacks from all sides.

The leviathan - though unarmored - presented itself at the doorway of the bar. Though titanic and fearsome in stature, he was not a man to be feared on that day. It just so happened that he was in need of a drink - and the best place that was known for its quality taste was Gambit's. The multiverse was home to alot of great places, but this by far was the greatest...in most's opinion. Mumbling a unpopular edict to himself, he lazily drug himself in. Taking a seat at one of the tables he awaited the bartenders attention.
