Description
Cydrok
A spiky dark haired individual with a metal mask hiding his eyes and nose. His right arm is robotic, no doubt some fiendish apparatus he cooked up to cause chaos. He is often seen grinning and laughing maniacally, or standing in all too dramatic gestures.
Adam Noble
A man with wavy dark hair and green eyes, sporting an unusual park over his left eye; a scar, apparently caused by the same accident that claimed his right arm from the shoulder down. As such, he wears a prosthetic arm. He doesn't seem too bothered though, often smiling in a friendly manner and being helpful lots. He is of a normal height and medium build.
Personality
Cydrok
A dangerous and possibly unhinged individual who wishes to see nothing more than the entire world fall into ruin. He seems to take joy in the suffering of others, especially when its at his hand, and will often go out of his way to victimise the innocent when already committing crimes.
Adam Noble
A man who always looks like he's regretting something in his eyes, like he's terribly unsure and every step is one in the wrong direction. Very indecisive when it comes to making important or even small choices. Still a friendly individual, but often just seems troubled.
Equipment
Cydrok
Theme song
This usually plays from his arm everywhere he goes, to announce his presence and get attention.
Robot Arm
A powerful robotic arm capable of accomplishing feats normal men cannot. Additionally, the arm has a 'Kinetic Energy Cannon', which fires a beam that results in a solid impact of force. This is a non-fatal weapon, but if charged up it can break bones or even punch through solid metal. It's hooked up to the pack on his back as a source of energy.
Batpack
A large pack on his back that generates energy for the robot arm. Also acts as a jet pack.
Gadgets
Often Cydrok will invent things, sometimes highly impractical.
Adam Noble
Wallet
His wallet contains the usual. ID, money, photos of his sister...
History
Cydrok
From no where Cydrok seemed to come, with no purpose other than to cause trouble and wreak havoc on the world. His first act was to rob a bank, but was fortunately unable to secure any money before the police arrived and he left, thanks to the noble action of a brave citizen.
Adam Noble
Adam Noble grew up with a loving family and received a good education. Both he and his sister went on to work for the government, he in the field of science and his sister working much more humbly as a cleaner for chemical plants. Unfortunately, one fateful night, Adam was in a car crash with his family, both his parents being killed and losing his right arm as a result. He has a scar on his face as a constant reminder. Despite this, he remained positive and continued his work as a physicist, working on an important job. But as stress levels were high and the project was over budget and well overdue, tragedy struck. His sister came down with an illness which required him to take a lot of time from work, resulting in the project being closed down and him losing his job. Without work and having to pay to take care of his sister, Adam was tipped over the edge to doing something desperate.
People were screaming and running in fear from an explosion caused down at the local bank by a dangerous looking man clad in red and black. His right arm was robotic, a powerful laser cannon at the end, or at least powerful enough to blow a hole in the wall. The people were so shocked by the explosive entrance that they panicked, unable to draw their weapons as he ushered security guards to drop their weapons with a mere threat. Strode atop his face was a metal mask from the tip of his nose upwards allowing only two slanted holes for him to see through. Finally, upon his back was a large device, connected by thick cable to his robotic arm.
"Put the money into the bags!" he cried out, throwing two pillowcases on the floor, "And nobody gets hurt. But if anyone wishes to be a hero, they're welcome to try!" He laughed maniacally, firing at the ceiling and blasting the plaster above to pieces.
Cydrok turned around to point at Black Fox, eyes narrowing behind his mask. For a moment he wasn't sure what to think, and everyone froze to watch the scene unfold. There would be no money transportted while the hero was here. Finally the villain chose his words, aiming low. "Nice costume," he sneered, "Now back off before you get hurt!"
Cydrok cried out an elaborate "Ha!" in defence, "If only your feeble mind could understand the intense science that has gone into this devices creation! But as it cannot, explaining it would cause your brain to explode." He was clearly loose a screw or two. "I give you to the count of threeeeeee!"
"Thr-" Unfortuantely for Black Fox, the metal would prove to be harmless to the metal arm itself, though there was a loud clanging on metal on metal and it did cause Cydrok to stumble back. Unready for the second blade aimed at his stomach, he was hit, quite squarely in the gut, eyes widening behind his mask. Suddenly there came a charging up noise...
It was the arm.
"TWONE" shouted Cydrok, raising his arm to fire off a blast of kinetic energy. It was like getting hit with a jack hammer, in laser form. It wasn't a pleasant thing to get hit by, but fortunately as this was a robbery it was on its low setting, which would only throw people about, if it hit. But it was an incredibly obvious beam weapon.
Cydrok could hear the sirens too, and if that's what a thrown knife did... He muttered something unfriendly, the charging up noise being heard before he blasted a hole into the ceiling. "You haven't heard the last of me!" he shouted, activating his back pack, specifically the jetpack part of it. He launched upwards rapidly and flew off into the skies.
Outside was the sudden arrival of screams and shouts of surprise, then the noise of metal scraping on metal and finally an evil laughter piercing the air. A man, a rather eccentric looking individual, had climbed upon an armoured van transporting gold bars from one bank to another.
The man of the vehicles bonnet was a dangerous looking individual, clad in black and red. His right arm was entirely metal, robotic even, with a strange barrelled tip. A cable ran from the arm to a pack on the mans back, presumably the power supply, but secretly also a jetpack. Finally, on his face, was a metal mask, covering from the tip of his nose upwards. The man pointed his arm straight for the drivers seat. "Pull over," he uttered, before laughing once more.
In the time it took Magma Torch to ascend to the top floor, the car had pulled over and the man with the robot arm was throwing the driver into the street and stepping into the drivers seat himself. He revved the car and took off down the road with a screech of tires. Unfortunately, traffic conditions kept him only at a reasonably slow speed, but he would shunt other cars if it meant he could speed up.
The van suddenly jerked around as the tires melted and the car came to a complete halt, front scraping across the floor for a few steps before ending. "Eh?" came the voice of the man within, before the door was booted open and he stepped out with his arm ready. "Who dares interrupt my robbery?" he cried, sound of charging coming from his arm. "Show yourself!" His eyes glared rather angrily at Magma Torch.
Fortunately, or perhaps unfortunately, the arm was waterproof! But the jet of waterspray did deter the villain, forcing him towards the back of the van where he tore open the doors to hunt down the gold bricks. He could still secure a couple of them if he was fast.
With the door closed behind him, the man let out an angered cry. Quickly he stuffed two gold bars into his costume, then raised his arm. There would be a brief charging noise before the ceiling of the armoured car exploded outwards, and up rose the man, jetpack carrying him out onto the roof.
"Who dares interrupt Cydrok? Tell me your name so I might warn others with your death."
The punch sent the man thrown from the car roof all the way to the ground. After hitting the ground he let out a loud groan and a cough. "Oh geez..." He was clearly not the physical sort of individual, relying more on technology to take care of him.
Cydrok raised his head. No... More people to stop him? He stared, raising his arm. "Who are you?" he asked, then switched his arm to aim for Magma Torch. He knew that guy was a threat! Fire and punching like a brick house. For the time being though, he was feeling the need to retreat. Too too many people.
Cydrok shook his head. He doubted a deal here would be worth his time, or rather, worth the risk. These two looked worse than he was! For a start, they'd been to jail! In the scheme of things Cydrok was on the low end of chaos and villainy at this point. "Ha, like I'd share my glory with you! But mark my words, I will return!" And with that, he activated his jetpack, and flung himself through the glass door of the nearest building and then out the back exit.
