- Coming Soon:
Cyern The Geek would step into the bar, in one of the red-headed European's hands was a small device. It beeped and booped loudly, his gloved fingers coming into contact with it every few moments. "Yes... I see... I understand." Cyern said, showing one of the reasons he creeps out the people he works with. "Yes. There it is." He said, "It's coming. We'll wait."
Cyern The Geek turned slowly on a heel, his gaze finding itself on Kara. "Yes, there it is." He said to himself, sliding over to the woman. He stood before her, green eyes running over her body and then resting on her face. "Are you who I felt?" He asked, as if Kara would know the answer to his question. "You are more beautiful than I thought you would be." He added, "Yes..."
Cyern The Geek outstretched a palm, what appeared to be a hologram would spring to life. It would show a group of people, male and female, though who they were could not be distinguished. "The ruins, they speak of several who are destined to..." Cyern would pause for a moment, "To... make or break this... universe, so to speak." The young man said, "I believe you to be one of them."
Cyern The Geek would close his hand, lowering it to his side. "Mistaken? I do not know, not yet. But... I feel I am right." Cyern said, slowly seating himself next to Kara. Obviously he was uncomfortable with the stool. "As I said, you may be among those that will make or break this place, this reality. For all we know, you may shape it as you see fit." He said, "Keep your eyes open to the possibility."
Cyern The Geek would sneak out of the bar, "Yes. She will do. I believe she is. I'll find the others." He said as he left the bar, seeming to disappear without a trace.
Cyern The Geek would slink into the bar, his green trench coat covering most of his skinny body today. The red-headed male held a small device in his hands. It was comparable to a compass. "Nai, paírno se aftó, Master Izumi." Cyern muttered, obviously he was speaking into a communication device somewhere on his person. Some nearby would probably here Izumi responding with, "Don't call me master!" The Geek hunched over as he moved through the crowd, his steps bringing him closer and closer to Koto. "Yes. She seems like she is one of us." He said, rather loudly near the woman at that.
Cyern The Geek blew some air through his nostrils and turned his gaze on Jane, "He should be searching for the artifacts with the seers... um... Custodis Veritas." Cyern told the female, "At The Palace." He added, slinking towards Jane rather quickly to get a better look at her. Maybe she was one of the few that the Veritas spoke off. "Why do you salute me?"
Cyern The Geek found himself quickly besides Tatsu and those he was with, "A Demon?" He asked no-one in particular, moving dangerously close to Tatsu and soon sniffing the male lightly. "Yes. It must be." He held the device up in front of him at the Goat-like being. "Tell me. What breed of demon or Human are you?"
Cyern The Geek raised an eyebrow casually stepping around Nadja to get a better look at Tatsu. "Monster?" He asked, "I know monsters, you are no monster. Not even close." The young genius said to Tatsu. "Is it because of your appearance? I know a man that has the head of a wolf and the body of a lizard."
Cyern The Geek wasted very little time in pushing Jane from his person and stepping away from her. "Do not... touch me." He said coldly, the first hint of any emotion in his voice. "Yes... a hybrid of some sort, I think..." The red-head told Jane, gesturing to Tatsu. "Who knows what his friends might be? Maybe Strigoi, Varcolac, or.... Sasquatch." He said, the last being a joke, but it was hard to tell with his tone of voice.
Cyern The Geek rubbed the bridge of his nose, looking Tatsu over even as he slept. He then found his gaze on Nadja, "Are you the mother of the boy?" He asked, for all he knew. Nadja was about a thousand years old. "I apologize for my manners. I am Cyern Mirolina, of the Clan Invictus."
Cyern The Geek stepped down the stairs into the bar, again, he held a device in a hands. He looked down at it, but even still he was able to maneuver around tables and people expertly. "Where is it...?" He asked aloud, though speaking to himself. "Maybe it is not here." He said. Many didn't know him, so his presence in the bar would seem like nothing special. But rarely did Cyern ever leave his lab within the Invictus headquarters, for anything. Recently he had made a discovery that prompted him to get and get some sun. "Hm... yes."
Cyern The Geek found himself practically on top of Desidra in only seconds after she turned to look at the rest of the bar. "A possible candidate." He said, slipping the small device he held into a pocket. "Tell me, what is your name, Ma'am?" The red-headed young adult asked, his brown eyes running over the woman. "Oh! I am Cyern Mirolina, known as The Geek. I am of the Clan Invictus."
Cyern The Geek stroked the little bit of fuzz on his chin for a moment, still looking Desidra over. Taking in every little detail about how she looked, carried herself, and spoke. Every little thing that happened to her voice when certain questions were asked. "You see..." He started, "I have come across some things while studying the Ruins. You know where those are, right? Just outside of the city." He informed Desidra, "Anyways... I think you are very important to the... how you say in English...? Fate of the universe? Kind of."
Cyern The Geek raised an eyebrow, he didn't understand. This was not the first time someone laughed at him when he gave them news like this. Maybe it was something only people outside of Europe did. Maybe he would ask if she was American or something. Nah. It didn't matter. "You do not believe that you may indeed be very special?" He asked, rubbing the back of his neck for a moment. "My calculations can be wrong, of course. But, I still think it's possible that what I say is quite... right."
Cyern The Geek stared at Desidra, "You imply that I have an interest in you that is more than what I say it is?" He asked, an eyebrow twitching with a little amusement. "You sadly have me mistaken, Ma'am." He informed the woman, "Chastity has been what keeps me on the righteous path to take my place amongst the Angels and Allah." He explained, "I have no time for... such things to pull me away from that and the vast knowledge the universe holds." The young adult added. "This is quite amusing. I have never gotten a response like this. I shall take note... the subject is conceited."
Cyern The Geek let out a quiet groan, "Lord?" He asked her, "You must have me mistaken, I am the son of a simple unwed peasant from Greece. I am no noble, nor do I aspire to be much. Too much work, and I can't research." He said to Desidra, "Miss Quicksilver. Please take my words seriously, maybe as a warning. For I have not stated that your part in whatever coming events is to live to see them through to the end." His tone was serious, he didn't want to continue joking with the woman. Well, she was joking. Technicalities.
Cyern The Geek let an eyebrow twitch in amusement. He couldn't take her seriously. Most people that spoke in such a way usually were just blowing hot air. Especially with people like Cyern, full of surprises, and the power of God on his side. Or so he thought God was on his side. "I shall not bother anyone, you will regret some of the choices you make." He told Desidra, "And I don't say this because I am some kind of seer, or to anger you, I have no reason to be cross with you. Ma'am. But... I know people." The Geek stood up straight, despite being big in stature, he was quite skinny. "People make bad choices, no matter what. Always the bad ones."
Cyern The Geek looked around, "My death has no consequence in your life. Except... if you were to slay me... He... would come looking for you. The Eyes." Cyern said, though as soon as he did he was slinking away to head back upstairs. Moving rather quickly, taking note of the other possible candidates that were within the bar. Yes, coming to Gambit's Bar to find the ones spoke of by the Seers was a great idea.
Cyern The Geek came to stop at the sight of Sophia, he thought about moving towards her. She was the current lover of The Eyes. Very few were worthy of such a title. Cyern did what his mind told him not to day. Stay within the oh-so-dangerous Gambit's bar for long. He would hurry over to stand near Sophia, offering her a small bow of his head. "Hello there... um... you. Sophia! I am sorry... you have only recently caught my interest."
