Description

A slender, slightly effeminate man, appearing around the age of 23. His eyes are golden, and his complexion is tawny. His hair is a iridescent blue-green colour, with two crest plumes coming from his forehead like antennae. They curve back over his head, narrow at first, then broadening out into the classic plumes of a peacock, complete with a eye at the tip. His fingers are tipped with long, curving claws, and his feet are almost reptile like, with four toes, and a small 'thumb' at the back. There are two lines of short, stiff feathers from the ankles halfway to the knee. The feathers on the inside of the legs are shorter than the outer ones. His toe claws are long and curved, and his weight is mostly distributed on the heel, and the tip of the claws. He also has a long tail of feathers like a peacock, that act in much the same way.

History

Fionan is a courtesan that resides in the Seelie Court of the Fae. He is one of the Seelie Queens many lovers, but he also has other matrons/patrons. There are many at Court that seek his services.
