History

Unlike His father he actually went to school. Well he didn't start school at age 10.

And he definitely is like his father, all he want is to make friends, but without causing disasters. One of his catch phrases are a quavering "Oooh...", usually uttered with his forefinger to his mouth as he stood amidst the chaos of some disaster he had just caused (and which he himself had invariably escaped unscathed). He would also sometimes complain about being "ha-RASSed!", or occasionally, "I've had a lot of ha-RASSments lately". And girls yes, he is trying to find that special girl. Unlike his father he went to school, he's a pretty smart young chap. He might seem silly at first, but he really is clever.

Frank would enter the Bar, it had been quite a while really. He would wear his usual clothes like always, his trench coat and beret. He would look around and do a goofy grin, then he would saunter over towards the Bar Counter. You might assume that Frank was a wimp, he was actually one that could create the worst disasters.. most had nervous break downs. The others would kill him... literally they would! They pretty much went insane because of this poor bugger... that seem to cause havoc everywhere he went. The he stood next to Alicia.
