Friday
A foul mouthed starship engineer who despises bureaucrats only slightly less than she hates her parents for naming her Friday.

Friday saunters into the bar, her uniform liberally coated in oil. One of her lieutenants took her for a swim in the spare tank by mistake. Despite this, she seems in a good mood... til she spots Migel.
Friday dives at Migel, knocking him away from Iante and grabbing his arms. "What the hell are you doing, Migel?!"
Friday shakes him, since she daren't release a hand to slap him like he deserves. She snaps at him, a tone normally reserved for cutting arrogant ensigns down to size. "What the hell do you think you're playing at, lieutenant?"
Friday glares at Alyss. "Take your perceptiveness and shove it somewhere appropriately painful. I don't have time for your bullshit." Struggling to hold onto Mi, who is significantly stronger than her, she kicks his legs out from under him and pins him to the floor.
Friday frees one hand, slapping Mi sharply across the face, knowing from chats with Ira how it worked for them.
Friday glares down at him. "Now, you are gonna chill the fuck out, or I am tossing you straight in the brig and calling a medic to sedate you, got it?"
Friday "Don't fuck with me, Migel. I know which buttons to push to put you out."
Friday tightens her grip, keeping him pinned. "You're gonna regret this later, Migel, you know you will."
Friday looks over at Iante and Alyss. "Look, will you two take it elsewhere? He's not gonna chill out unless you stop bringing it up!"
Friday growls at her. "For fuck's sake, you complete twat! How the hell am I meant to leave if this guy'll pummel the shit out of your mate as soon as I move? Fuck off and stop making it worse!" She turns her glare on Migel. "Don't make me slap you again."
Friday "Then go be an interfering drittsek elsewhere! You're not helping!"
Friday curses. "Migel, calm down."
Friday shakes her head. "Nothing doing. You freak out like that and you think I'll just let you up?"
Friday "Migel, just calm down, ok?"
Friday keeping a firm grip on his arms, she finally lets him up and pulls him to his feet, never letting go once.
Friday "Hell no, Mi. We're going home, right now."
Friday "Clearly you weren't listening. The answer's still Hell No." She pulls him towards the door.
Friday growls at him, not letting go. "Last time you pulled a stunt like this, you broke Sam's arm. I'm not letting you do the same to that guy, no matter what you think he did."
Friday "Something tells me there's two sides to this story, Migel. There usually are."
Friday snaps right back. "Get over yourself, Migel. I didn't say you were to blame, I just choose to withhold judgement until I've heard both sides, not just yours."
