Description

Ikor wears a suit of black Nano-Armor, the entire thing being one single construct, though with different ‘parts’.

Nano-Suit: A special breed of Nano-Machines, cultivated for decades within the hidden laboratories of the VRS, the nanites comprising the make-up of the suit are built around and specifically for the user, in this case Ikor. The species is tied directly into his own mentality, becoming in essence an extension of his consciousness, sometimes able to act on its own in order for quick attacks of defense. When it is removed, the suit becomes nothing more than black, inky liquid.


Head:

The helm of his armor is comprised of one solid piece of the nano material, with four eyes in the place of the normal set of two, with other optical sensors spaced in such a manner that he is afforded a 360 degree view of his surroundings. The eyes glow a dark red when in use. Along the top of his head is a slight ridge which runs from the center of his forehead to the back of his neck, acting as a central system of transportation for information, but which looks like a dragon’s ridge. Where his ears would be is only a slight ridge with varies miniscule sensors along it, able to detect the lightest of sound waves. There is no mouth piece to speak of, only a slight indention where one would be.

Torso:

His chest piece molds to the actual contours of his body. The only distinguishing features of the chest is an unknown symbol in the center of his pectorals, appearing to be an odd type of claw holding a stone . His back is much the same, though an accented spinal column runs down it, coinciding with the ridge tracing along the center of his head and neck. Within the back of the suit are two inner-sheaths, holding twin Heat-Induced High-Frequency blades, twelve inches in length. Along his abdomen are six smaller knives, each crafted from pure silver, balanced for throwing.

Arms:

On each bicep is situated another sheath, each containing an additional HI-HF blade. At his elbows are retractable nano-blades, able to expand and retract when commanded. The same blades are crafted into the suit just above and behind his wrists, those blades able to expand for fifteen inches, and as they are created from the nano suit itself, are capable of exceeding that limit by up to twenty-four inches. His hands, and fingers, are normally in a state of an ordinary man, but have the capabilities of mutating into talons in case of damage to his other, more versatile blades.

Waist:

Within the nano-belt are several pieces of the Slayers’ arsenal. UV spheres, miniature grenades that emit highly concentrated UV beams, silver-nitrate orbs, which produce the same effect as the spheres, but in small spikes rather than beams. Scythe-Blades, at first only small disks, but when activated spring two silver-edged blades, blessed by clergymen of the Holy Church for added affect. When thrown, they can be controlled via the Nano Suit.

Thighs:

Fairly normal in appearance, their only true purpose is to house two of his main weapons, twin scimitars. The blades are black, to match his suit, and edged in pure silver. They are each two feet in length, and deceptively light. Like his other blades, these are capable of emitting High Frequency, causing their cutting power to be enhanced ten-fold.

Knees/Calves:

Two more daggers are tucked away along the length of his calves, as well as a Nano blade above each knee, able to be extended and retracted at will. Aside from that the suit serves to greatly enhance his ability to jump.

Boots:

Nano blades, retractable, appear from both the toe and heel of each boot, tipped in silver. Other than those weapons, the boots serve to grant the Slayer greatly empower speed and bursts.

Personality

Ikor was never a truly cruel person, and usually will go out of his way not to kill someone, or something. However, his sense of duty is such that once set upon a course of action, nothing short of death can sway him from it. It is this sense of honor that has guided him for most of his life.

Equipment

Powers/Skills:


Blade work: Ikor has trained his entire life to take up the mantle of Slayer, and as such is an expert in all things edged. Many of his kind switched to strictly guns, but not the blade master.

Strength: Through the enhancement of the suit, his strength can rival almost anything. His kPa, or pressure emitted, is enough to crack a rail car with little effort, if the right amount of concentration is applied.

Speed: As his other attributes, and since he deals mainly with the undead, his motor functions are off any scale created to calculate them. In ‘Bursts’, he can move at speeds upwards of two hundred miles per hour, but only for seconds at a time, and not for a great distance. His normal enhanced speed would be equal to that of a super-human, if not slightly above.

Sight: With the use of his many different optics, Ikor can see things others can not. Through this unique ability he can ‘see’ a vampire. By switching to other spectrums, he can sometimes witness things in ‘bullet-time’, meaning his mind can witness, then foresee and object as it would move through space.

Weaponry:

Miniature Sli-Gun: This rail gun is crafted from pure, dense silver, and normally carried on Ikor’s back, when carried at all. It fires miniscule rounds of silver slivers, each only an inch long and as thin as hair, yet stronger than steel. As such, the ammunition for the gun is carried within several chambers, the gun being able to house hundreds of thousands of the things.

Wire: On the bottom of Ikor’s wrists are small pores. From these pores come very thing wires, each equipped with a claw like apparatus on its end. The strands themselves emit a low-frequency UV signal. When used, he may wind them together to form whips, or separate the strands to cause chaos.

Kinetic Burst: As Ikor sometimes moves at incredibly high speeds, his body needs to release the energy built up. To do this, the Nano-Suit is crafted so that it will draw the potential kinetic force from his body, and leak it into his hands. Once there, he may use it either as a hand-to-hand attack, or force the energy around any weapon he is using at the time to greatly enhance its potency.

Defenses:

As the suit he wears was designed to protect his body against Vampires and their Guardians, it is almost impenetrable to sharp or edged objects, up to and including fangs. When struck, the nano’s within the armor will replicate themselves as parts of it are destroyed. Since some of the undead have adapted to magic, the suit is capable of withstanding temperatures up to five-thousand degrees and -200 degrees.

Living: As stated the suit is almost a living entity in itself, and thus is capable of acting of its own accord from time to time. An example of this would be that if struck, the suit could possible wrap around the offending object, trapping it.

Dinner: Any type of material introduced to the suit, will almost instantly begin to be broken down and ‘eaten’ by the nanites.

History

Ikor’s history is a mystery to all but perhaps two people in the Multiverse; his sister, and the head of the VRS. As such, for the past ten years he has worn one form or another of the Nano-Suit, and any name or identity before that time is kept hidden.
