Bio: Katashi Matsumote is one of the Vanguards of the Black Lotus Syndicate. Operating on the Shintenchi, he over sees most operations done on the continent. He is in fact a native from Lósénji. Once apart of the Imperium as a Imperial Soldier. He grew tired of the soldier's life and desired more power and coin. He was soon disgraced by his long time rival, marking this his first dishonor. He would stab his greater in the back instead of facing him like a warrior. He would leave for the city Narita were he soon fell in ranks with the small but burgeoning Black Lotus Syndicate. After some odd jobs he would elevate into a position where Shin Khan himself saw potential. Katashi was soon awarded a strange Katana. One that glowed green. He was then given special armor to protect himself from the initial radiation the sword gave off. Though after controlled exposure, the blade enhanced all his traits as he learned to manipulate it's special radiation. Able to create devastating blasts from a swing of his sword, he soon became a Vanguard for the Syndicate's interests on Terra.
