Unpredictable and altogether undependable, the man once known as Killian, now only known as Kingfisher, is a wild card known to complicate any situation. How he lives, or where, is entirely unknown, but it is rumored that he takes 'odd jobs' due to the crashed economy.

History

Once a speakeasy owner and Irish vendor, complications with owed money resulted in the fiery loss of Killian "Kingfisher" Butler's only true possession.
