Description

Eyes a tropical blue-green color contrasted beautifully against sun-kissed mocha skin in the rarest of ways. Full, pinkish-hued lips seemed forever sealed shut in a silent line under an ever-so-slightly widened nose, the bridge making a half-straightened crescent. Dark brown, braided hair that reached her waist was pulled back and out of her face and into a loose pony-tail, free to flow nearly haphazardly about. Attire was almost primitive, yet also colorful: a beige corset-like top with blue and green stitched designs over a baggy thin white silk shirt, and a long crimson red skirt slitted at both legs to form a loin-cloth like shape. A tall, nearly amazon-like build was jeweled with various bangles, bracelets, necklaces, and ornaments, all topped off with simple leather sandals at agile feet. Upon the high brow rested a braided silver metal with a jewel embedded into the center. Large hoop-like earrings dangled from the lopes of elongated and pointed ears, along with smaller ones along the edges.

Personality

Koi was not named after a fish for any other reason but her views on life. Adoring being anywhere near rivers or oceans or lakes, the nubile Elfess is demure and calm, like a gentle stream. She rarely finds herself disgruntled due to her love of life itself. However, if one were to ever insult her in any way, her wrath would be vindictive and harsh. She is most certainly not the bravest or wisest, strongest, most elegant or even the most beautiful, but she was a thinker-- never looking at anything for face-value, but a critical calculator with a broad imagination and mind-set.

Equipment

As many others of her kind, she carries a bag of arrows at her back and a slender silver bow on her shoulder, along with a leather belt designed to hold small amounts of herbs and such for any various reason.

History

A wild Elfess born into the realm of the forest, where resources are abundant and greenery has no boundaries. It was a naturalistic place-- almost even tribal. Surprisingly her kind had not come to fancy the living conditions of the other elves, preferring to rely on their instinct and adaptability to preserve their solitary existence. Named after the fish that splashed about in the nearby streams, Koi particularly enjoyed her dancing-- movements as smooth and fluid as the river itself as flutes and drums echoed through the trees. She wanders about almost aimlessly now in search of anything different that may catch her interest.
