Description
Lantara is 5'4, and wears a black combat suit, which hides a number of powerful weapons. She has dark black hair with a touch of purple highlights which complement her dark blue eyes. Her body is slim and attractive, which gives her an advantage during most fights, as her looks help to soften her opponents.
Personality
Despite looking attractive, Lantara is as ruthless as the most cunning criminal. She doesn't see shapeshifters as people, but as things to be utilized as servants, as in her eyes, they have no rights. She doesn't bode well with sympathizers of shapeshifters, but seems to be able to befriend those who think similarly to herself, even if only to manipulate them.
Equipment
Lantara's equipment is designed specifically for capturing or disposing of shapeshifters.
She carries a small staff on her back, which produces an electric current to supress shapeshifters ability to hold a form. If used on anyone else, a single jolt from it could be potentially lethat.
She also carries 6, small, SCUs (Shapeshifter Containment Units) which resemble a water bottle. These however are used as her main form of imprisonment. Once she has a jump on a shifter, she would retrieve one from her belt, and push the open end against the person, who would then be forcibly pulled inside. (Note that 2 of the 6 have shapeshifter slaves inside)
She also carries a weapon which fires a hose out and into a shapeshifter's main body. The reason for this is both defensive, and last ditch offensive. Since most shapeshifters see forming organs as a waste of energy, they fill themselves with air to hold their shape. This weapon can remove all the air from a shapeshifter, deflating them enough to be handled manually. Iit can be used to inflate a shifter with a special gas which would cause them to float. Or, similarily, inflate a small balloon inside of one until they explode, killing them instantly.
She also carries a laser pistol which has the power to rip through the thickest metal walls if charged up enough.
Lantara Kadari walked in slowly as her head looked around the room for any possible recruits. She wanted her servant back, but as of late, has been unable to find him, quietly she sat down next to Jacy Dizzario as she ordered a glass of scotch.
Lantara Kadari chuckled as she claimed her glass, taking a good swig of it as she chuckled. "Lantara. It's a pleasure." She said, holding out her gloved hand. While the glove itself had the same sheen of rubber it felt soft as if made of fur. "I used to come around a few months ago. My servant ran away and I've been looking to reaquire him." She said with a smile.
Lantara Kadari chuckled. "Thanks. Their from the planet I come from. I've got tons at home." She said, taking them off and extending them towards Jacey. "Here, take 'em." She said with a smile.
Lantara Kadari chuckled. "We call it alpha centuri. Though since it's a different galxay, I'd be surprised if you've ever been there. And as far as servents go...well, they aren't willing. Most of them." She said with a sigh.
Lantara Kadari scratched her head. "It calls itself Lee Hitsugaya. Usually walks around in a male form." She said as she crossed her arms.
Lantara Kadari sighed. "His entire people are enslaved. They were once a peaceful people. Then we made contact with them. Suddenly we noticed a spike in military production by them. They were mounting up for an invasion. We made a blockade, to stop them from gaining anymore firepower but it was too late. They had what they needed and they decimated our blockade. Our ships were outmatched. It was a 10 year war. When we began to win their leader made a deal with ours. If they became our slaves, they would be spared. Most people followed, a few people, like Lee, did not. They killed their masters and ran. I'm lucky to be alive. Before he got off-world he bombed one of our schools. Do you have any idea how many children died in that?" She asked, before taking another glass of scotch.
Lantara Kadari nodded. "Yes, children. 851 to to be exact. Most were at recess. They were the lucky ones. When the bomb went of they were decintegrated in an instant. Those indoors however burned alive. Along with my son. I just want to take Lee back to get justice." She said, finishing her third drink.
Lantara Kadari nodded. "It's fine. I understand your reluctance. I hope if you see him you'll call me?" She asked, holding out her card. "And if you want to help bring him in I could deliver some weapons." She said, leaning back.
Lantara Kadari sighed. "He was six." She said as she stood up solemnly. "If you'll excuse me. I must take my leave of you. And the weapons wouldn't be payment, they would be for defense."
Lantara Kadari turned and ran out the door after answering a phone call.
