Appearance: Masaru is a Japanese male of average height, while not extremely muscular his body is toned due his martial arts training and current occupation. He has slightly bronzed skin and keeps his black hair cut short. He also wears an eyepatch over his left eye.

Little is known of Masaru's tactics in battle and his spy career. An excellent sniper he is said to be able to kill and maim several soldiers in large groups before finally being spotted by his enemies.

Masaru's battle armor is made from an unknown alloy that has made it more than capable to withstand all types of damage, and his weapons are made of the same alloy, as are the bullets. Within the tips of the bullets is a lightly glowing highly acidic and highly toxic teal liquid. When the bullets come into contact with a person the tips of the bullets explode in a sense, sending the teal liquid out to burn the flesh and bone completely, also infecting the wound with it's toxic properties within minutes.

Abilities:

- Camouflage: Saito uses his stealth generator to make him practically invisible against any surface so long as he remains still. It allows his body and special bodysuits the ability to blend in with just about anything. Though he can be noticed if someone gets too close at times.

- Master Of Disguise: It's with the use of his stealth generator, makeup, wigs, and even uniforms that he can become just about anyone. Mimicking their looks and with enough practices their subtle mannerisms. Using a special device he can mimic a voice and with his own natural skills he can mimic an accent whenever needed.
