Personality

Perceived as dry and straight to the point, she does have a soft side that can be seen as almost fully human, and because of her programming and her extreme processing capabilities, advances at a radical pace, both intriguing and putting excessive fear into people. (They have watched to be many science fiction "Robots kill humanity" movies).

She has an attachment to Mini/Gatling/Chain Guns, often going every where with a specially modified one strapped to the strorage latch on the back of her torso armor, as well as the ammo boxes stored in her leg armor "pockets"

Equipment

Armoraude Weapon Division Special 7.62x52mm Caseless-HyperVelocity Triple-Mini 9-barreled MiniGun. 5 300rnd Ammo Boxes. This weapon has 3 separate MiniGuns on it's frame, each capable of dishing out 1850 rounds per minute for a combined total of 5550 rounds per minute. Each ammo box supplies 100 rounds per Sub-Minigun. The Caseless rounds are easy to produce, and there's no requiring policing of an area to recover the brass from the bullets. The Specialized detonation system stored with the bullets allow them to exit the minigun barrels at an excess of 4450 feet per second, constituting the "High Velocity," with specialized firing mechanizms and fortified barrels to handle the pressure built up from the expanding gases. The barrels, in the last 3 inches, have specialized vent holes to vent the gases and reduce the weapons report when fired (This is the "Bang" heard when a gun is fired).

Her forearms are equipped with 4 high-yield pulse guns (2 each), which produce excessive heat when fired, but the devastation they can produce is undeniable. Milicona has reduced these to being needed in emergencies, primarily when her favorite weapon is out of ammunition, or something the minigun can't defeat is in her path.

Her armor is a specialized Ceramite Titanium mixed with some Depleted Uranium to increase it's overall strength, making her armored parts impervious to small arms fire, capable to taking .50 calibur armor piercing rounds at a minimum of 25 yards. The Flexible armor that covers her from the neck down between her hard armor, is a flex-ceramic weave with Kevlar-like material. Certain weapons can get through this armor, but not many.

She has "Knight Flails" attached to her belt, these flails are like a "sub-robe" showing her position as Command Unit. From a distance, it looks like she is wearing a dress.

History

In 2359, she was sent offline pending an investigation where her entire military force, as well as 2 Brigades of the Kinzlar Military, were obliterated by orbital nuclear strikes. Of the entire force, she is was the only "survivor." Under the premise of the investigation, it was assumed she knew the enemy, the Controlist Movement (223,000 members strong), had nuclear capability. Investigation of her expansive memory proved otherwise. She cost the Country of Kinzlar the war with the Movement, of which they gained control of the entire countries governments and executed. With the Freedomists removed to a small political party, they saved face with their remaining members and kept her offline, as keeping her online would have only served to breed hate between the Controllists and the Freedomists in the country.

500 years later, however, she would be reactivated accidently by a 20-year-old woman, Alina Lisala, who made a living by selling scraps of military machines, no matter how old. I happens that Milicona was just left in an abandoned military base. Milicona, with no sub-units to control, slaved her excess processing power to her higher brain functions, which put her to the point of being indistinguishable from a human as far as mental capabilities went, something unachieved earlier in her "life." Despite being 500 years old (550, if you get technical, as she was online for 50 years before her deactivation during the investigation), she is siginificantly superior to the technology of her new age, with the most sophisticated computer of the day barely reaching 1/10 her processing power. It turns out, some companies know this, and wish to "study" her, which leads to be constant fight for her life, and those of those you can consider her loved ones, which in include Alina, her mentally handicapped 18-year-old brother, Ferrendes, and youngest of the 3, 12-year-old girl, Alirasia.
