Vector Change- Gives Noa the ability to change the speed and direction of any tangible/existing object.From air itself to the force to move his feet, if it exist and if he is/can touch it he can change it's initial and terminal points(For dummies,from point a to b).This ability is telekinetic and can render most projectile, force, and some melee related attacks ineffective against him when struck.This is the most noticeable and used ability in his arsenal.But bigger the magnitude of the vector change, the more energy Noa has to put in to shift/change it(Example:to build a strong gravity in one spot or direction,it takes time/energy to change or constant enough vector to do so)

QUESTIONS
Q:How powerful is this ability,can it manipulate time or things of such magnitude
A:Sir, we live within time, we are in contact with it but it can never be touched so it cannot be a vector, but it can reverse teleportation and a few magic related things, depends on what is being used as a vector.
