Personality
Politeness and decorum are two words not found in Portia's vocabulary. She knows two things: booze and violence and she's good at both.
Equipment
Her weapon of choise is a shotgun she keeps under the counter to "keep the peace".
History
Having grown up in a violent and cruel world, Portia learned to be both. She ownes a bar now that harbors crooks, thieves, and murders. Her only justification is that she doesn't fit in with any other crowd. The abnormal don't belong among the normal.
