He has tough scaly forest-green skin. His face is human looking for the most part, two eyes (slits instead of round pupils), a nose, two ears, and one long antennea. His teeth are pointed and large, but not dangerously razor sharp. His flowing purple hair is about four inches long. Bodywise, his build is extremely strong and stalky, he can bench-press 2.4 tons (he holds the record on his home planet). You will often find him wearing his IPU (interplanet unity) pilot's uniform, wich is decorated with many badges and patches.
Personality
Typicaly, he is happy and somewhat cocky(with good reason). The usual way to anger him is to insult his family, race, or quality of leadership (as he is a proud and decorated captain and a leader among his people), and If you do anger him, you be prepared to get the beating of a lifetime. He is very ambitious and if a goal is set, he would risk his trying to accomplish it, especially if it is personal to him. Though cocky and arrogant, he is never mean or rude. If there is someone of authoraty above hime, he respects them automaticly.
Be good to him and he'll be the best friend you could ever have, anger him and your best bet is to kill yourself before he kills you.
Equipment
He carries a standard issue IPU laser rifle that can be dangerous in the right hands (however, it's not the most dangerous weapon out there). He also carries his "good luck" Bowie knife that he picked up in earlier travels to earth. The gauntlet/gloves that are a standard part of his uniform are made of solid diamond-infused titanium alloy and, when coupled with his shear incredible strength, can pack an incredible punch. His Pilot helmet provides slight protection itself, but can generate a skin-tight energy shield that is good against any bullet-using gun and most mellee weapons.
The commuticator wristwatch that he has on his person at all times is also an extremely intellegent and sophisticated computer.
History
The Deltoan family is extremely rich, powerful, well known, and sophisticated. Along with his already snooty backround, his father, grandfather, great grandfather, and uncle were all decorated pilots and captains. He knows little family hardship, but he does know the cruelty of war and violence.
Prexi Deltoan The bar patrons would hear the sound of pulsing engines as Prexi's landing pod landed outside the bar. He was here on no mission, only to order a drink. With great prestige he entered the bar and walked over to the counter to order a drink.
Chuckled a bit at the "real money" part. "I assure you, sir, i have a wealth of American Dollars, Chineses Yen, IPU Credits, You name it." He held out his
Prexi Deltoan VersiPay card. "just swipe this" he laughed heartily. "i'll have your pick, Bartender." he pushed the card across the counter.
Prexi Deltoan Takes the glass and lifts it up, swirling the mixture inside with a finger, "Looks good enough." without a second thought he opened wide and down the entire glass in a second. It burned his throat slightly and he coughed lightly. "Something a bit stronger please" he asked and chuckled a bit, having noticed several patrons waiting for a different reaction.
Prexi Deltoan Smiles a cocky smile at Xian, "thank you for the consideration, i would very much like my Creditcard back please." he lightly chuckled, "and a glass of red wine, something expensive, maybe." He twisted around in his chair to look out at the rest of the bar. 'i should come here more often, neat folks' he thought to himself.
Prexi Deltoan Only chuckled as his ears picked up LIGHTZ threats. "sounds like a sweet girl" he muttered quietly to himself.
Prexi Deltoan Hears Xian and spins around, "Bartender, i believe i have only ordered a drink for myself. I would appreciate it if i was the only one who controlled my money, thank you" he turned to LIGHTZ, "sorry for the confusion ma'm, but i guess this one's on me." he turned to face the rest of the bar again.
Prexi Deltoan Aknowledges XAIN's conffession with only a role of the eyes, "well you DO make a pretty nice drink." he chuckled and sipped at his wine.
Prexi Deltoan Sighs loudly and rebuttons a bright red star with an eagle in full flight across it to the other side of his armored Pilots uniform. he finishes off his wine and sets the empty glass on the counter.
Prexi Deltoan Pulls out his iPod Nano he had got on previous adventures to Earth and puts the earbuds into his ears, finding the song "Ain't no Sunshine" by Bill Withers. He smiled as he looked down at the old and obsolete machine sending music to his head. He turned it over and around in his hands and slipped it into his jacket pocket still allowing Bill Withers to sing into his ears.
Prexi Deltoan Notices Jimmies panicking and decides to mostly ignore it, whatever it was, he wasnt involved. He smiled as the song switched over to White Shadows by Coldplay.
Prexi Deltoan The space captain got a call on his communicaton watch and decided to ignore it. the bar was too pleasant. Unplugges his earbuds from his ears and tucked them into his pocket with the ipod itself. He let out a long comfortable sigh.

Prexi Deltoan Casted a confused glance over as JIMMY CARTER ran out of the bar. He rolled his eyes then let them wonder throughout the bar. Seeing ZENITH adjust his sword made him a bit uneasy, he let his hand rest on his holstered laser rifle.
Prexi Deltoan laughs with a pit of pitty as he sees LIGHTZ have two guys walking out on her mid-conversation. "thant's too bad" he says quietly to himself, KNowing that if that happened to him he would kill whoever left out of pride. he shrugged and returned his gaze to ZENITH.
Prexi Deltoan Looked back at LIGHTZ, "I was simply acnowledging that you are a far cooler person than i, if two people left me like that, i would be dragging them by their ears behind my spaceship." he returned his gaze to Zenith, watching his movements.
Prexi Deltoan Was utterly confused at LIGHTZ reaction. He shrugged it off, resisting the Urge to unholster his laser rifle and fire straight for the back her head. He instead examined the bar for something of interest.
Prexi Deltoan Looked towards WindX's extravagent entrance and laughed lightly. "that was interesting", he said aloud and continued to watch the strange woman with extreme attentice interest.
Prexi Deltoan Entered the bar with his same slightly arrogant air. Abruptly he stopped for a moment to adjust his captain's helmet, then he continued towards the bar. He chose a stool where he could be seen by most and sat comfortably on it. Smiling, he turned to face the rest of the bar.
Prexi Deltoan Could not help but notice Windx's blue blood and found himself staring at it. "looks like im not the only outsider in here." he said to himself. Soon he began to let his eyes wonder around out of boredom.
