Description

Rachel Anona blinked, looking thoroughly confused as the steel came to her throat but didn't struggle. She just looked very, very upset and confused. She knew blades could hurt really really bad...
Rachel Anona was now frightened. Her mums had said that it was her uncle's job to protect her but she was four after all. "You... don't mean that, do you Uncle Ssassin?" she mumbled, staring upwards into the darkness fearfully.
Rachel Anona is very confused.
Rachel Anona gives the Assassin a giant big hug and sticks out her tongue at Baron Goldheart. "Meanie!"
Rachel Anona ran back to Erin now, letting her uncle do his fighty thing.
Rachel Anona was nearly lost in the hug before nodding very very quickly, clambering upon her uncle's back with little to no reserve for his comfort. “Yes! I'd love to help!” She looked positively enthused by a ride around, but her attention span was shorter than normal. Nevertheless, she held onto him tightly.
Rachel Anona bounced through the bar's outer entrance, thoroughly enthused to be out of the country home... whereas the tall woman accompanying her didn't look entirely at ease but with Steph and Blade plotting elsewhere, it had fallen to Hope's sister to watch over her niece whilst she explored outside of their home.
The little girl was already running for the bar counter, though halted in her little steps at the expulsion of holy light from Whisper, unaware that Snow was standing right behind her. “That's bright!” she commented obviously, arms up around her face.
Rachel Anona looked up at the familiar voice, beaming although she still couldn't see him on account of her eyes readjusting. “Uncle Ssassin!” she called out, moving towards him with her arms coming forward, eyes still closed.
Snow raised an eyebrow at him. Hadn't he at least seen her once before, when he had apparently apologised to Kendra? “Her aunt, to be precise,” she replied, nodding at his question as she followed after the young child.
Rachel Anona felt herself collided with a form, hesitating as she peeking through her half-lidded eyes to see her uncle, clasping her little arms about him tightly, not saying anything for the moment, distracted by the fluctuations of holy light coming from Whisper. Pretty lights and all that.
Then... “Uncle Ssassin, you haven't come to see me for ages!” Her blue eyes were on him and she was pouting as only a four year old can.
“That's what Uncle Blade and Steph say too,” she pouted but accepted it. They would come and play with her soon, or she'd tell her mummies.
Then, as Norrington exchanged a few words with a... ghost, she attempted to release him to hold her arms out to the thing that wanted a hug. “I'll give you a hug!” she cried out with a big smile, heart big enough to share with all.
Rachel Anona cried out in upset as she was caught, wriggling in a rather adorable manner to get free. “I'm not gonna get posseseded! I'm going to give it a hug!”
“But... but!” Rachel protested, wriggling a little harder in Norrington's no doubt secure grasp. If it was only for a little bit, surely that'd be okay right? Aunt Snow wouldn't mind...
Then he said the golden word impossibly fast, her mind was gone from the ghost and hugging, eyes shining with excitement as her hair bobbed up and down as Rachel nodded frantically. “Okay!”
Rachel Anona squealed with delight, though at which proclaimation it was unsure. “Yes please uncle!” she replied, wriggling from his grasp so that he could prepare himself properly. She loved riding on his back!
Rachel Anona clambered quickly onto Norrington's back, oblivious to what was going on around her, grunting a little as she finally hoisted herself up securely whilst Snow looked on.
Then, she squealed aloud, pointing at the door. “Mummy!” she bounced, which could surely do nothing good for Norrington, attempting to slide off a little too quickly.
Thankfully, Norrington's manevouring meant that he caught the little girl as she fell as well, though it wouldn't have been a fun landing for him. She, of course, squealed before wriggling off him to dash towards her mother, Snow already stepping forward to take the bags from Kendra.
“Mummy!” She dove unceremoniously into open arms, thinking she had her mother's undivided attention.
Rachel Anona looked between her uncle and mother and decided that she didn't like the word 'goodbye'. Luckily, she was distracted by her uncle's praise, beaming as she looked towards her aunt, who had managed to put on a remarkably bright smile for her niece.
“Okay!”
Quickly, the little girl ran from her uncle's arms with a little wave towards him before being scooped up by her aunt, who nodded towards them both before carrying the little child away. Kendra would be safe enough with the cat person.
“I won't forget you and not because I want the presents,” Rachel murmured in response, though her guilty expression said a slightly different story. “Okay, but only if you say hi to your family for me, seeing as I can't come!”
Still, she dove into his arms obligingly, hugging him as tightly as she could, tucking her little head against his chest. “See you soon, okay Uncle Ssassin?”
Rachel Anona beamed at that. She liked it when her relatives gave her permission to bug her mothers. Even if they weren't real relatives. “I will! They'll want to write to you too!”
Of course, being a four year old, she didn't think to ask for an address as she pulled away, smiling at him. “Don't get hurt by the bad men!”
Rachel Anona 's expression showed that she agreed quite firmly, but attention reverted back to her mother, who was now quite composed. “I guess so. Leave an address for the children to write to, if you can,” she suggested, taking a step towards the little pair.
Snow was lingering in the background.
