Rebekka Seibicke

One of Weratte's "Elite Ring" commanders, she takes combat seriously, and treats all orders from Weratte as if her life depended on her succeeding. She is a rare case in that she is one of three Humans to serve for the Attecian Continuum.

Description

Rebekka is a frail person thanks to her rare condition that leaves her with brittle and ready to snap bones, but she looks fit enough to be considered a military type. As her condition dictates, she stays to the commanding role, as opposed to fighting, and is a sound tactician and analyzer. With Rebekka's knowledge of the enemy forces she can dig up, Weratte's unorthodox planning actually works like advertised. As such, she is the only Human to ever be one of Weratte's right hand leaders.

For being 29, she's not terribly tall, but taller than Weratte, being 5'9. She also doesn't weigh quite so much either. She wears a very badge and medal decorated military uniform, a peaked hat with the Attecian Insignia emblazoned on it, and her glasses (as she is far-sighted and partially blind in one eye). She walks with a careful posture, and tries to avoid exaggerated motions when possible to prevent anything breaking.

Personality

Quiet and reserved, Rebekka's condition has left her with a stern personality. She doesn't speak too much unless she needs to, and displays authority through appearance and manners as opposed to speech and loudness. She doesn't tolerate slacking off, or disregarding of orders, and won't hesitate to put someone in their place.

Equipment

Hedonair Pistol
An Attecian Pistol designed specially for Weratte, but also carried by Rebekka because of her condition, it is a recoil-less Pistol that fires medium sized Octahedron-Shaped Crystals at targets. The Crystals are mined on the planet Cav'n'res, exclusively located there in a variety of colors, and shaped into the Octahedron the Pistol requires. A special electrical mechanism powered by a battery launches the Crystals. The Crystals skip Shields and some Lighter Armor, and embed themselves in the target, exploding into hundreds of shards shortly afterwards. Limit 6 Shots before Reload. Can use scopes of all kinds.

History

"Terran-Born and proud of it!" was how she was often described, and following this devotion, she joined the military as soon as she got the chance. Her fortune was immense as she performed better than most at every exam and exercise required, with the high scores getting her honors, and her skill showing in actual work by her rate of advancement. It was then that it fell apart, thanks to acquiring a rare condition that left her with bones constantly brittle and ready to break.

Her military career was effectively over at this point, and she was discharged shortly thereafter. While traveling the galaxy trying to find direction, she came across and met Weratte, a friendly nation leader who ruled her little empire as a Totalitarian Despot. Weratte had gotten info from places on Rebekka's skill, and immediately offered her a military spot. Seeing her chance, she took it, and Weratte, despite knowing of Rebekka's condition, immediately placed her in a decent command post.

Once again, Rebekka performed stellar, and she advanced in ranks quickly. Eventually, she was asked (more of a forced assignment) by Weratte to join the "Elite Ring" group of right hand leaders. Put in charge of military and heavy weapons, she accepted the job with full joy and made an oath on the spot to stay by Weratte's side in this position, with Weratte promising her complete support. She now serves proudly as one of three Humans in the Attecian military, and the only one to achieve any notable rank.

To this day, despite losing a bit of sight, she still does her best, and is perhaps more trusted by Weratte than anyone else.

Rebekka Seibicke's Story

Rebekka Seibicke slowly followed with the bodyguard troupe. Looking directly at Alexander, she shoved her glasses a bit further up, and made a statement that sounded more like a command thanks to her tone and accent.
Bist Du es, minderwertige organische! Ignorieren nicht die Frau Abgeordnete Weratte!

The German was harsh.

Rebekka Seibicke merely sighed.
Lady Weratte, please don't take anyone here too lightly. I've done the research, this place is notorious. Then again, knowing your luck...likely you'll escape the worst events unharmed.

Rebekka Seibicke and Weratte's bodyguards immediately took a more cautious stance towards the same Burly Man Who Was Intensely Unhappy About Having to Work After Last Night.
Lady Weratte, can you trust this man so easily?

Rebekka Seibicke quickly turned and pointed her special and unusually designed Pistol at Alexander.
You dare to mock... Crippled citizens...?

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-02 05:18:20, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke answered coldly.
Problems...? I'm immune...as are you...but immortals still feel pain...I might not be so forgiving next time...

She'd put the Pistol away and shove her glasses up her nose again.

Rebekka Seibicke asked a very serious question.
Do you want me to shoot you...?

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-02 05:23:53, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke remained dead silent and only turned to face Weratte.
Lady Weratte... You endorse this place as a potential location for your activities of importance...?

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-02 05:25:17, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke answered most loyally.
Nein-da, Lady Weratte. Forgive me for implying such a dear übertreten.

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-02 05:36:11, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke lowered her weapon in silence, with only a small glance at Weratte.
...

Rebekka Seibicke nodded as she watched the bodyguards accept the offer.
Pitiful...

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-02 05:43:08, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke sighed and answered the question more directly.
Officer, we are here on important business. A patrol of Scout Ships belonging to us was recently wiped out in this area. We're investigating.

That is the official story Weratte used to hide their true purpose...

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-02 05:46:22, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke seemed frustrated and pulled her Pistol once more, pointing it at Alexander.
Halt die klappe falsch kind...! You do not understand... So you should be quiet...

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-02 05:49:26, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke merely pushed her hair aside and fixed her glasses.
....all talk and no action...
was all she commented before putting her Pistol away.

Rebekka Seibicke answered.
Lust for power? When was this stated?

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-02 05:54:18, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke flinched momentarily as the liquid spilled on her boots.
Yes, because coming to someone's aid in a verbal manner makes you someone who lusts for power.

Rebekka Seibicke gave advice.
Lady Weratte, please exercise more caution in future...

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-03 03:45:33, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke only sighed.
Well, it is you... Only you can pull off what you managed to at that time... If we get into trouble here, we'll be fine... I worry more for others than us frankly...

Rebekka Seibicke entered shortly thereafter, apparently a subordinate of Weratte. She pushed her way through the extra soldiers belonging to Straken.
Excuse me. I must speak with Lady Weratte.
she told them coldly as she advanced.

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-20 15:32:13, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke finally got to Weratte and told her something quickly. Nodding afterwards, she drew a Pistol, rather bizarre in design. It seemed not of Terra, that's for sure. This Pistol was aimed squarely at Straken as several bodyguards surrounded Weratte and her, ready.

'Leutnant'! You speak too crass. You yourself should shut up.

# Gambit's Bar, 2011-07-20 15:41:07, as written by BBClock
Rebekka Seibicke kept her Pistol ready, but aimed it now at Cally.
Imbeciles should be removed. Permanently. They have no place. Especially ones like ze Leutnant over here.
