Description

Riley stands at 5'7, and weighing about 120 pounds. His white skin is smooth and light, his delicious red, heart-shaped lips making a contrast with the skin. His hair is pure black, holding a bang over his right eye. A pink tone to his cheeks, and slanted eyes which hold long, beautiful lashes. His body is slender, having a very feminine appearance. His hips are small, but still big in comparison to his torso. He holds little to no muscle strength at all, having thin arms, and equally thin legs. Riley's anatomy is unique for a man, almost looking like it is for a female's. In fact, it'll take a few seconds until you finally see that Riley's actually a man, and not a woman. Other than that, you can say that Riley's complexion is perfect, making him even look more beautiful, with his shaved body making him look more smoother. Riley is of Asian descent.

Personality

Riley is known for his incredible charismatic ability. He can trick, and seduce a man into doing anything. This is what makes up for his weak physical powess, his silver tongue. He is the type of person that would trick a homeless man fight off a thief, and get away with it. He is the type of person who would convince an entire nation to fight for a stupid reason. He is the type of person that would make, and force a man through psychological torture, to kill a child. That is why he has gained an abundant amount of nick names, the one being the most famous is the "Little Goebbels," referring to Nazi Germany's Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels. This doesn't mean he can't just talk about normal things. With acute memory and extreme intelligence, Riley can make a simple conversation into one of the most complex that someone could ever have. There is simply nothing else that can describe him, except that he is quite possibly, the greatest liar there is.

Equipment

Riley wears formal clothing and dresses, even when not going to a special event. When asked about why he would do such a thing, he would simply reply with, "The more fancier, and richer you look, the more the reason to believe you." When in combat, which is incredibly rare, he wears extremely tight, red leather, using a whip as his weapon, claiming that whips would just increase the efficiency of psychological torture. Other than said clothing, there is nothing else that he wears. *If this character is in a +18 role play and is sleeping with someone else, he will wear very exposing lingerie, saying that, "Psychological torture isn't the only way to make a man tell you his secrets... There is also seduction."

History

At a young age, people have already seen that Riley's intelligence and charisma bested the other students in his school. When he attended college, he specifically wanted Psychology and Human Emotion classes, so that he could learn even more about the human mind. After he graduated, he signed up for a supposed, "Government Science Project". He soon disappeared after this event, never to be seen again. He then returned many years later, looking exactly the same like he did when he graduated college. Over the years, his age and appearance looked the same, and he never contracted any diseases. A miracle people called him, but the true reason is still unknown why he does not age. No one knows, except for Riley.
