[[Just one note, I hope you guys know I won't put up with one sentence posts. XD Hate me for being a stickler.]]
Saeunn Kijara Revirn sits cross-legged in a corner of the dojo. Nothing could be seen beneath her cloak hood, save for brilliant emerald eyes and a pale set of pretty lips slightly upturned. The cloak did little to hide her, lean and muscular form beneath the protective black fabric, but it did hide whatever weapons she had. The only weapon she seemed to have was a three-break (three-section) staff, set upon her back with leather loops.
[[Sorry, my brain malfunctioned, and I took longer.]]
[[Ladies first, Shiney, so Pantil goes.]]
[[Shiney, which lady are you speaking to? The seemingly sullen one in the corner, or the one wandering around turning lights on? XD]]
[[Nevermind, I think I know what to do. XD]]
Saeunn Kijara Revirn watched the careful and thought-to-be-quiet movements of the girl only two years her minor. It did not particularly alarm her that someone would be coming to the dojo, since it was a public dojo. But what bothered her a bit was the fact that the girl acted like she owned the place. Still, nobody was bothering her in her meditation quite yet, until the startling appearance of the man. In an instant, she was on her feet, staff in hand, ready to fight or to bolt, green eyes flashing dangerously at the two who seemed to know each other.
Saeunn Kijara Revirn spun the staff uneasily in her left-hand, then her right. It was true, there had been a meeting between this two as was foretold by her deceased Master. One, or both of them were the ones who had slain her mentor, or at least know who did. Despite the eagerness barely contained in her slight form, she stood stock-still, ready for any sudden attack, yet not making any advances herself. She could have spoken, but let her body language convey the message.
Saeunn Kijara Revirn having heard this, she smiled darkly, tossing her hood back to let her long raven hair cascade down her back. No need to hinder her sight with the hood. Eying her opponents warily, she debated whether or not to remove her cloak entirely, for she would move much faster, but at the loss of all her protection. No, she'd keep her cloak on for now, and keep her enemies guessing at what she had underneath it. She let out a small, tinkling bell-like laugh, then said quietly, yet clearly enough for them to her: "I am driven by revenge, yes, but my Master taught me not to let the blind fury of revenge fog your mind. But I am also driven by something else..." Still smiling that pale, deadly smile, she waited, looking extremely casual in her stance against her staff.
SaeStill with the smile of death playing across her face, she waited. All these beings did was talk, all talk and show, but no power. Indeed, her mentor had kept them at bay for a good while, sick and crippled as he was. She and Asa had been taking their final physical tests up in the mountains, nearly forced to go by their Master, who had told them he would be fine if they proved that they were true warriors. She mentally shook herself, in an attempt to keep on appearances for them, too.
AsaCursing himself as he jogged towards the dojo in which Sae had spoken of in her vision of their Master, Asa knew he was a right fool. Why did he let his sister out on a wild-goose chase alone, in the state of mind that she was? But he had, and now he felt like it would be his last mistake. "Only two blocks, now," he thought, picking up the pace.
Sae Almost caught off guard by the hand speed of the girl, Sae nearly let the first blade hit. Instead, twisted and leaned back, using the staff for balance, and letting the blade skim off her cloak. The second dagger would certainly have struck home, if she didn't completely drop to the floor, breaking the staff and taking a defensive swing to force her attacker back somewhat and allow her to gain some breathing room.
Asa [i]Stopping suddenly upon seeing the odd man on the dojo steps, he growled under his breath and pulled his naginata from his back. "Where is Saeunn?" Asa shouted, trying to catch his breath from the extended run across town in his leather armor, spear, naginata, and hand-and-a-half sword. Not to mention several smaller martial weapons. His Master had certainly taught him endurance.
[[Damn it, I gotta go...]]
[[Can we stop here and pick up later?]]
[[Sorry, we actually had more than a fight going. XD]]
[[Perhaps tonight or tomorrow.]]
Saeunn Kijara Revirn drifts in through the door, smiling a cool, pale smile. Her pale lips and tell-tale shine of her emerald eyes were all that could be seen beneath her cloak hood. The cloak clung tightly to her thin, yet lean and muscular frame as she made her way carefully over to the bar and sat.
Saeunn Kijara Revirn sips at a whiskey, her shimmering green eyes flashing around the bar idly, yet with a determination and purpose.
Saeunn Kijara Revirn watches the slow-moving activity boredly, her hand moving to check the three-break staff on her back from time to time.
Saeunn Kijara Revirn reaches for her staff slowly, ready to defend or attack, watching the small altercation before her.
