Name: Sebastian Black
Birth Date: 21st March 1992
Age: 19
Description: Sebastian is rather tall, well filled and muscled but no one who stands out in a crowd. In the eyes of most he is just like most students, albeit one of the fitter ones. His hair is shabby black hair that is getting slight long. He is reasonably light skinned with a smattering of freckles over his face and arms. A light stubble is growing across his sharp chin and strongly set jaw. His cheeks and brows lend themselves a slight elegance. His stunning yellow eyes peer out attentively next to his straight nose. He common wears rather relaxed clothes, loose shirts and jeans displaying rather student-like style and brands.

Power: Electrostatic Charging
Sebastian can build up an electrostatic charge within and around his body. This charge is apparently limitless however it takes time to gather, which increases as more and more is gathered. As he gathers the charge contact will provide anyone else a small shock no matter how charged he is. Physically small arcs and sparks may manifest, predominantly on his bare skin and extremities. He can also absorb charge and so immune to electrical current.

He can disperse the charge as both electrical energy and a physical force by touch or within a small area around him. Although currently his ability to do so is poor, still learning to grasp his power.

Personality

Personality: Down to earth, Sebastian is opportunistic and practical. Generally he keeps to himself with a few close sincere friendships. He is not afraid of befriending others for his own personal gain. He is in no way sadistic of cruel, merely selfish. He often structures his life, find set times where his actions would suit most practically. He has times set for studying his economics course, socialising and other activities. He is slightly sporting, involved in a student basketball team. He also enjoys hiking and outdoor pursuits.

He is afraid of his power, only having known about a short time. He knows that if people knew of him he would be dragging into the controversy surrounding the 'specials'. It interests him and he wants to know more about his ability, its limits and strengths. He struggles to balance practicing and hiding. He loses control if stressed or loosing his moderate temper.
