Name: Singar

Height: 6'1"
Weight: 175lbs
Age: Older than man, younger than God.
Eye-Color: A very dark indigo that consumes the entire eye.
Sign: Aquarius
Character Tier: High
Character Type: Critical
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Description: Despite his tall height, well-placed jaw, and features that clearly mark him out as a fully grown man, there has always been something about Singar that marks him out as child-like or metro in his mannerisms, as well as the way he walks. His skin is incredibly pale, bordering on white if not for the very slight tint of brown that hints at his former life amongst the stars, and other feathery companions. While his eyes are normally a dark indigo, they have been known to turn burgandy, or maroon should someone manage to get a rise out of him, and summon his normally dormant emotions. His hair is short, black, and has a barely noticeable sheen of purple to it, typically going unnoticed by those he interacts with.
Singar's fingers are rough, though not nearly as sharp as some of his other cohorts, he prefers to keep himself finely groomed, and well-dressed, for he views himself in the highest regards. A narcissist in his own right, Singar is often seen dressed in the attire of Venetian Royalty, which isn't surprising, considering his facial structure seems to hint at Italian origins as is. The clothing he wears is very light, black plated armor, with a seies of yellow lines resembling u-handled canes that seem to spiral up at the tops, before becoming straight again, and racing up the rest of his suit. Horizontal green lines streak across the chestplates, and run up the shoulders, meet at the collarbone, and terminate at his neck wear a neatly folded leather neck-piece drapes mere centermeters over, and onto his sternum.
Personality: Singar is arguably, one of the most unpleasant people you will ever have the misfortune of running into, if not simply for the way he walks, talks, and acts, even when it's not to you. He moves with an air of cockiness, speaks with a brash tongue, acts like a holier-than-thou narcissist, and has an annoying habit of taking interest only in the people who are able to get a rise out of him, provoking his emotions.
His philosophy has always been, that if first you get caught off guard, catch it, dissect it, and keep it in your backyard for future use. It's precisely that cruel, uninhibited pragmatism with a pinch of sadism that keeps Singar a step above the rest, for he is willing to go to any extreme to get what he wants -- which includes -- but, is not limited to: torture, betrayal, sleeping with the enemy to get information, using people for experiments, occasionally doing it on himself though usually stopping after a while to avoid damaging his beautiful face.
Items, and Weapons
Knight's Sword: A golden hilted knight's sword with an array of rubies, and emeralds embedded along the length of the silver scabbard that the blade is sheathed in. The guard is u-shaped, and the sword is about four feet long, holding the ability summon all manner of beasts from the pit of Hell, by drawing a pentagram on any given surface. Should he draw the symbol on something organic like a tree, or in the dirt, even in the water, then the elements themselves will begin to take on a life of their own, and start fighting.
The blade is also capable of slicing clean through most barriers with the greatest of ease, be they magic, psychic or natural barriers generated by machines.
The scabbard itself is capable creating a vacuum (that can devour or expel) leading into a void that Singar uses as a means of storing captured energy, potential test subjects, and enemies that he may kill instantly (after they become trapped inside) simply by resheathing the sword, upon which gallons of blood will begin spilling out from the scabbard. The blood that gushes out can then be used to reinforce the power of his summonings, which are at first limited to rushing their enemies with sheer brute force. (8)
Hellacious Powers
Spellcaster: Singar is very well acquainted in the world of magic pertaining to runemaking, conjuration, abjuration, summonings, seals. Rarely does he require an incantation in order to cast a spell unless it were to significantly effect the environment around him or drastically alter an attack that an enemy may use against him.
The Midnight Fog: An eerie fog that seems to come from out of nowhere, blankets whole battlefields in its dark, damp embrace, giving those trapped within a feeling of complete and utter helplessness. If given enough time it can spill over onto other dimensions, destroying any hopes of finding refuge or sanctity. Anything that involves energy (anything that physically manifests itself, electricity, chi, ki, reiatsu ((including his own )) ) -- be it man-made or otherwise seems to go completely dead in this supernatural stasis field.
Time is not halted, but, the way one might perceive time is greatly skewed; people seem to move in slow motion, energy just sits there floating around not doing much of anything. The area is so totally inactive that one could see a lightning bolt frozen in place, walk up to it, touch it, and be completely unharmed by its effects, only to find themselves with severe burns, and shaking uncontrollably upon exiting the fog. Should one happen to be conscious while inside the fog, they are subject to complete, and utter silence, broken only by the sounds of voices that reach barely above a whisper. Some of these voices may even seem recognizable, and have been known to manifest themselves in the form of blurred illusions of men, women, children, and animals running around inside.
Singar's normally cocky demeanor seems to go unusually calm while using this ability; it is as if he knows what dwells within the fog, and as such is highly cautious when stepping into it. The only reason he is able to go into the fog without dying is due to the scabbard at his hip sucking up the fog around him, lowering its effects down to little more than a feeling of being watched. This is due to the fact, that the vacuum is stored within the scabbard, and does not require a stimulant (by definition) to begin moving again(?). It also helps to know that The Midnight Fog requires time first, before it can begin to manifest itself in other dimensions, which is what gives Singar his brief window of opportunity to move around, before being overtaken.
However, should he stay in the fog for too long, he will begin to experience the same effects as those he has afflicted with it, and as such, he has been known to emerge with bites, scratches, and even scars.
The Midnight Fog is not something to be trifled with. (8)
Runic Strings: The Runic Strings appear in the form of a crimson red text stemming from his fingers, and do require a limited amount of focus to control. They are used for probing into The Midnight Fog, and extracting any vacant energy left in a state of stasis, as well as other forms of energy that may be radiating from whatever source. By themselves, the strings are fully capable of wrapping around people, and objects, searing their text into whatever they should touch, allowing Singar to construct immense, nigh impenetrable barriers.
What makes this ability so frightening is that should anyone happen to bump into these barriers, their imprint on the barrier will stay there, mirroring whatever they do from there on out. The true effect comes in the form of causing sickness, and fatigue that slowly, but surely eat away at the victim's health. It may start with an itch, or a cough, something hardly noticeable until the symptoms start to strengthen in their effects -- eventually leading to things such as vomiting up blood, followed by their own decomposing flesh.
Though the effects vary from person to person, in upwards of a few minutes to a regular mortal to forty minutes for a much stonger being such as a wizard, and up to hours for someone like a sorcerer. The symptoms are gradual, meaning they slowly begin to become afflicted from the very second that they are cursed. (8)
Psychic Talents
Psychometry: Singar's naturally curious, and investigative personality have lead him to develop an ability called psychometry, allowing him to discern the locations of people, or things that have happened in an area just by being there, and touching an object that has something to do with a significant event that may have transpired there. (8)
Psychokinesis: In order to expand his combat ability without veering off into more complex arts, Singar began practicing psychokinesis: the art of using ones very own mental power to produce all manner of elemental attacks, related to electro, pyhro, hydro, terra, and telekinesis. Generally he doesn't even bother to dive into these abilities, and only uses telekinesis, unless he is severely overpowered by an adversary. (8)
Psychic Combat: In order to bolster his defenses from the effects of The Midnight Fog, Singar began to practice in strengthening his mental fortitude. He still experiences the reduced effects of the fog because of this, and is capable of launching assaults on the fog itself, should it try to overtake him. He can also use this as a way of attacking other people through psychic bombardment, as well as shield himself from others. (8)
The Collector: During his time in Heaven, Singar would secretly conduct cruel experiments on angels he had managed to capture after becoming aware of their defection. Through those terrible procedures he was able to utilize his aerokinesis in conjunction with The Midnight Fog; focusing it around his hand wherein he was able to safely penetrate their physical bodies without disturbing anything overly vitaland grasp their souls. At worst they are left with a desire to fill in that empty space, forcing them to see things from a more 'normal', 'mundane' perspective or, to put it in a more simple perspective --as mortals. With the energy that, the souls emitted held in a state of stasis, he could pluck parts of it that he found useful, while leaving the rest in-tact, 'less he risk it self-destructing right in his face.
He has been known to do this casually to ordrinary people who owe him something but, refuse to pay up, as well as to small, insignificant creatures whose spiritual populations are plentiful enough to take without drastically altering the world around them. This is because, while he is a pragmatist at his heart, in his mind he is very aware of the consequences of playing around with something too much while not paying attention to the importance of its existence.
What he does with those slivers of a person's essence is limited to crafting small artifacts which help to passively reinforce his will-power in places he would otherwise, not even consider going near in addition to letting him brace the effects of harmful auras that others may use against him. It also serves as a rudimentary form of healing or empowering others by taking those fragments he has collected and implanting it within them. (8)
The Corruptor: Everyone has thoughts; some negative others positive -- though with Singar, he is far more focused on the negative side of things. It may take a little a while to find those deep, dark thoughts, but, he will, and when he does, all unholy Hell breaks loose in the mind of his victim. They will begin to act out their malicious desires in whatever way they see fit, devoid of the ability to reason, their rationality, and intelligence seem to double. Singar takes explicit pleasure in watching this happen, and will often times assist by controlling them with his mind, speaking to them from afar and telling them what to do. (8)
Physical Power
Broken Through Heaven, Strengthened Through Hell: In order to avoid being slaughtered by the creatures that roam the pit, Singar, and those who were with him had to work together to fight off all the damned souls, as well as the abominations that lurked in the shadows. It is precisely because of this that Singar has cannot only heal himself from fatal injuries, but, utilize the very same superhuman strength he once had before falling from Heaven, and into Hell. (8)
Flight: He's a Fallen Angel, in addition to possessing telekinetic powers, therefore allowing him to fly. (8)
History Singar was born as an Angel of Creation: ones concerned with the functions of life, energy, and all things that existed, though never in the way that life went about thinking. Those were for the Angels of Knowledge such as Ario... the annoying pest. Singar, being concerned with figuring out how God's creations actually worked was more focused with figuring out what made them work rather than paying attention to their well-being. He saw little point trying to make sure they were safe; God had given them Free Will, and intelligence for a reason, right? Let them take care of themselves.
Eventually, Singar made it a habit of his to visit capture, and experiment on any angels, that he suspected of siding with Lucifer, provoking the wrath of God in the process. The Lord may not have liked what they were doing with the Morningstar, but, he was also equally unfond of Singar taking it under his own discretion to act out on these activities without His permission, and as such, was quickly grouped in with the Dark Lord when the day of judgment had come along. One could only imagine the amount of hurt, pain, and betrayal Singar must've been going through. First, he tried to help his Father by ridding Him of the ones who wished to desecrate His Kingdom, and then He had the nerve -- no the audacity to punish him for it, after already rejecting all of his angelic offspring in favor of his tiny, insignificant, test tube pieces of SHIT?!
What Kind of Father creates offspring, gives them sentient thought, and then rejects them the second something more interesting comes along?! God. What kind of homocidal maniac punishes His own children for trying to help rid Him of evil?! GOD.
