Description

Solomon stands at around 6 foot. His dark skin reflects his Nigerian background, which is lumped with visible muscles and a few battle scars for good measure.

His dark green eyes sit below his thin eyebrows, which act as the only bits of hair on his head. He his been bald since he was only 12, which lead to many mixed reactions, sometimes silent questions, other times... Bullying and forced fighting.

He wears a black suit, with a white shirt beneath and a bright red tie. Along with this he likes to wear sunglasses.


Solomon is a master of focusing Qi [Pronounced 'Chi'] which is the very force of life itself. He can harness his own and use it to empower his attacks. He can draw in Qi from the earth, but usually can only do so in short amounts during a fight, as it requires him to be still and concentrate.

If he is pushed to extremes and can't regenerate enough Qi, it could kill him. The body cannot function without Qi, and will usually die. In rare cases, a person can come back from this death with the help of another who is perfectly in tune with the earth's own lifeforce; these people are called Soul Shamans. One such person brought Solomon back from the brink of death when he was 12 and it has left him changed -- split.

He is known as a 'dark heart.' This means his body is polluted with another type of Qi, the kind that is reserved only for the dead. Solomon can summon that Dark Qi for short periods of time, allowing him to harness powers not meant for the living. These powers often only last for a few minutes, but the speed, strength and other improvements that come with it, along with the dark abilities, allow those minutes to be used effectively.

Qi Abilities:

Solomon can create powerful attacks using Qi. This can make him fire out powerful bursts of energy, extend the reach and power of his punches, increase his fighting speed, among many other improvements like that. Typically, Qi allows a person to be a masterful combatant rather than a spell-caster, or Mage, but it is extremely powerful and limitless in its abilities.

Qi Techniques:

- Thousand God Fist:
This attack allows Solomon to punch at impossible speeds. The force of the Qi released makes his punches incredibly strong, and the power reaches an infinite distance, and only disappears when it hits something. This attack creates a flurry of high powered punching that can hit at a distance, and most effectively used as an aerial attack, but can be used from the ground, too, though that would be less accurate.

- Burning Wave
This attack concentrates the Qi in the air, and super-heats it. The energy fires downwards, in a bright beam that can burn through 90 feet of steel instantly. The Qi taken from the air is replaced with some from Solomon's body. The earth naturally takes what Solomon takes, so as to keep a balance.

- Drunken Boxer, the King of Qi.
This is more of a style and stance, rather than just one attack. The Qi concentrates inside Solomon's body, and puts him into a drunken-like state. His natural senses are replaced with the senses of a force of Qi around his body. The more Qi he uses, the larger this force is, and the further away he can sense. He becomes more flexible, and faster, allowing to perform far more liquid movements, and a wider range of evades.

- The Fist of Khan
This is a single, heavy-hitting punch that uses more Qi than most attacks. A huge force of Qi is released in a single punch, that would rival the strength of a hundred giants. The area is wide, and hard to dodge, but the Qi usage is enough to make Solomon unable to use other Qi based attacks for a while.

- The Kicking Scythe from the East
This attack is like the punches, in that it focuses Qi from a physical attack. Solomon uses a fast kick, that sends out a thin wave of Qi that is sharp enough to cut through almost anything. It doesn't use a lot of Qi, and can be used several times without having any effect on Solomon at all.

Dark Qi Abilities:
The Dark Qi is far more brutal than the normal Qi. It doesn't require payment of personal Qi, but for the life force of other beings. For this reason, it should be used to kill, rather than damage.

This Qi takes over either by Solomon summoning it, or by its own volition. Sensing a powerful entity that is bleeding heavily will cause it to force itself out.

Dark Qi Techniques:

- The Arm of the Devil
Solomon's arm is replaced with one of a demon. The skin turns as black as ash, and the fingers turn to claws. The skin cracks and reveals light, red veins of fire and lava. This arm becomes extremely strong, and opens up the following attacks:

-- Devil's Wrath
The arm slices the air quickly, and fires out heavy concentrations of Dark Qi that create lightening and sharp blasts that move as swords around the blast, making it an extremely dangerous attack to be hit by or even avoid. If a person were to dodge this attack, they would need to make good distance of around 3-5 meters, or they sharp Qi would cut through them.

-- Concentrated Pain
The arm is purposefully used to gather as much damage as possible, then it focuses that pain, and uses it as an attack. The veins on the arm glow dark purple when it is ready to attack. If the palm touches an enemy, then all of that collected pain would be transferred into the area the palm touched. No damage would occur, but this is meant to debilitate rather than harm.

- Frozen Lake of Dead Koi
This attack can only be used when the Arm of The Devil is not being used.
The ground that Solomon stands on instantly freezes with bright ice, and then shatters. The shards of ice become extremely durable and sharp, and as they break off, they bounce up like hungry piranhas. The attack isn't too strong, but enough lacerations could lead to a person bleeding to death within moments of the attack.

- Foul Mouthed
A small attack that allows Solomon to spit out a small cloud of poisonous gas, which dissipates in the air after after 20 seconds, but if inhaled would lead to paralysis, burning eyes, and necrosis. The attack can only work at very close range, and the Gas wont reach more than a couple of inches from Solomon's mouth.

- Blessed are the Living
The Dark Qi leaves the body, and lowers its own hold inside Solomon, allowing more Qi to be taken in, which it does quickly as well. This does nothing but "refuel" Solomon, and heal superficial wounds [small cuts and bruises.]

Personality

Solomon tries to be happy as much as possible, and finds joy in making friends in his travels across the world. Though, in contradiction to this personality, he can be found to be extremely depressed at times. This is most shown when he is alone, and without anyone to talk to.

He will always stand up for those who can't defend themselves, and is a loyal friend. He believes that a person should use what strength they have to help others and make the world a better place. Solomon endeavors to spread that message in his travels, along with defeating the wicked, and even making them see the error of their ways if he can...
