Subaru is one of the many Combat Cyborgs made in the old Terran war, yet unlike the more harsh, metalic frames of yore, her frame is intended to emulate, or at least appear to be reasonably human, having been grown rather than created in a lab outright. She nearly always wears her standard blue mess uniform, the semi formal outfit meant to be a combination of formal and business attire.

History
One of the many agents for Wing City's Police Department, Subaru is a specialist in both mechanical and magical related incidents, officially known as a "Mage Detective." Working to deal with the more unusual elements, she was first assigned to Wing City after working with the mercenary force known as "The Time Space Administration Bureau" to find the origins of some of the more exotic tools of the criminal trade. Recently, she has been assigned to locate and investigate the existence of several newcomers to the city, and to attempt to stop some of the crimes at Gambit's Bar.
Subaru's Story
Subaru walks into the bar, this time ready to deal with customers, "How are you all!" she said pleasntly, "Anyone here hungry?"
Subaru then nods, as she comes back quickly, with the cup, a small Japanese style tea, as well as a pita, still steaming, on a tray, "Would you like anything else sir," she said to the man
Subaru then walks up to Raiden, asking the man, "Are you ok sir," the blood a shock to her
Subaru would then nod, as she returned quickly with Gary's check, smiling, "Anything else sir?"
Subaru would walk up to the General, asking him, "Can I heal you now?"
Subaru then nods, as she pulls out a green crystal, before focusing her power on the man's injuries... "Life is tempoary, but healing wil be forever.." she would attempt to hold Gary's hand, to tap into his power to help heal the General.
Subaru nods, "With the power of the blue sky, let your power be restored!"
Subaru nods, slightly flushed, "Your power is still.." she said, bowing, "Your power is pretty amazing, sir," she said, bowing to him again, "I'm Subaru.."
Subaru nods, as she said "Ok Gary, but can I ask you.." she said, "What kind of magic do.." she would look around for customers before turning back to the man, "Do you use?"
Subaru nods, pointing to the back, as she flexes her body the whine of gears loud, "Ah," she said, before walking up to Marlene, bringing the woman ambrosia, "You do know its not good to be biased. On my homeworld there was a man who said we should judge all by their character..."
Subaru blinks, wondering if time and space had been distorted. "Ah, Motoko-sama must have bought this!" she said
Subaru turns to Cryo, "Cryoface-sama," she said, "I think Motoko must have done it, it just changed, and so it is..." she said, smiling.
Subaru shakes her head, "It can't be helped.. did I introduce myself Cryoface-sama?"
Subaru shakes her head, "Motoko-sama didn't say that, she likes money," she said, before turning to Marlene, "But if you don't embrace diffrences, you stagnate, and you become like my creator," she said.
Subaru takes the money, asking Mrlene, "IF you need help against robots.." she said, her hand seeming to spin up, "I could defeat them for you.."
Subaru turns to Deus, asking the man, "May I take your order?"
Subaru would bring over the finest beer from Germany, handing it to Deus, "Here you go sir.."
Subaru nods as she gets Marlene a drink, before nodding, "Why are you putting binders on her?"
Subaru reads the message, looking at the bills, curious...
Subaru happened to hear the sounds of a large Mobile Carrier, while she was working... "Strange..."
