Personality
a bit of a wise ass at times. He is friendly to those that stick around long enough for him to get to know. He has a soft spot for cute and helpless things/people/animals. He respects only those that do whatever it takes to survive.
Equipment
Green messenger bag. Bobbie pins in his hair for picking locks. He keeps two pocket knives, one in his bag and one in his shoe and one Swiss army knife.
History
Bio: Todd was raised by a group of homeless men near The Lake in Central Park. They had found him, not more then a few hours old, abandoned on a park bench. He grew up learning how to pick pockets and steal things without getting caught??? most of the time.
Todd was separated from his adoptive family when the NYP raided there makeshift residence. Now he wanders New York making mischief and haven fun.
