OOC Notes
Parson stepped into the building and made a face. The boy stopped for a moment and stared around him. "I hate this!" The boy declared and made his way to reception to check in. He was short, stunted in growth before he had ever even been turned, and the turning hadn't helped it. Still, he could see over the edge enough that he could grab his paperwork.
Stupid paperwork, stupid having to puzzle it out. Bit by bit he had it filled out and turned in, then took a seat to wait being called.

OOC Notes
The receptionist just shrugged and took the paperwork from Parson. Shoving it into a carrier, and after that a tube shaped slot into her desk, she sent it on her way. There were no obvious pneumatic tubes apparent, so it obviously worked by interdimensional manipulation of some sort. "Parson Lessard?" A young man said as a door opened about ten minutes later. If he had had his way he'd have made the miniature vampire sit and stew as long as possible, but the Councilor had recommended against it.
OOC Notes
The boy hoped up and smiled winningly, a 'juice' box in hand, filled with blood. It kept the cravings brought on by being surrounded by beating hearts down. "Hello!" He said happily, in an excellent mood today, and dress in the same style as his favorite cop, a tranchcoat and a cowboy hat. It looked utterly ridiculous on him, but he hardly cared.
OOC Notes
The man just shook his head and ushered the boy down the long hallway towards an elevator that led to a conference room on the third floor. This was the council's business, and he would be glad when the woman was gone, an the director could stop whatever strangeness that being in a semi close proximity to a council member brought on. "This way Parson." The man said flicking back through the file he held.
OOC Notes
"Kay." He said happily and followed the man along. "Whatcha looking at? I've been good since the last visit, you know." He promised. Well, at least he hadn't been caught. That was close enough. The young boy smiled and looked pleased as could be possible. He bounced up and down on the elevator, enjoying it happily.
OOC Notes
The man looked at Parson for a moment trying to discern wether or not the boy was lying about having been good. "Nothing you need to be concerned with Parson." He couldn't believe someone had put the boy on probation, he needed to be locked up with the key thrown away. The elevator soon stopped on third floor, and the conference room was only a couple of doors down past the rest room.
OOC Notes
When the doors opened onto the third floor, waiting for them or rather the elevator was the director herself. Catherine couldn't say she was happy to have to cross paths with Parson, but if she had to do something to the brat, at least here she might be justified. "Director Dumitrescu! I.. I was just taking Parson here to his probationary hearing." The officer escorting the boy said. Most of the younger members of that particular branch of the MCU seemed a bit nervous around Catherine. "I can see that. I just finished speaking with Councilor Blackwelder. She'll be handling his case today." She replied keeping for the most part to the social niceties. Having been up for at least twenty-four hours straight within the past week, Catherine was far from in a good mood. Especially when it came to dealing with maladaptive miscreants like Parson Lessard and Karato Bronson.
OOC Notes
The boys nose wrinkled and he looked to Catherine curiously. "You smell like the Aschen do." He informed her simply. "Are you Aschen?" Aschen should all die, in his opinion, but he knew better than to say it. Despite his opinion on the issue, he wasn't willing to get in more trouble.
Well, more trouble than usual. "You should watch out. You shouldn't trust them." He advised, quit seriously.
Well, more trouble than usual. "You should watch out. You shouldn't trust them." He advised, quit seriously.
OOC Notes
"Most members of the homo sapien family carry a similar but different scent. It really just depends on the genetics Parson.. you should know this." Catherine sighed with irritation. At least he wasn't trying to go down the vampire route again, that one was a little too close to home for comfort. "I'm not even going to bother with you today-- O'Neil, your late. Get moving." She said jerking a thumb with a blackberry polished nail towards the conference room. "Stop standing there and move. Your ass is mine if your any later." Catherine added glaring at the young man through her glasses. These perceived threats may have been the reason for the rookie's fear.
"Leave the Director alone and lets get you into your hearing Parson." The man now identified as O'Neil now said to the 'boy' at his side.

OOC Notes
"I'm eleven. I don't know anything about genetics." He complained. "I don't exactly attend public school, you know." He said. "I have a tutor!" Who had a middle school education himself. Parson's education was debatable at best. Still he, walked on to the conference room, waiting until he was a bit away before sticking his tongue out at the woman. He didn't much like it.
OOC Notes
Now of course June had heard quite a bit of this little triad between the current director and the parolee she was supposed to be interviewing. "Have a seat Mr. Lessard." She said smiling as he walked into the conference room. She had seen his file and was completely confused as to why someone might put a boy this dangerous on parol. Child vampires were notorious for being petulant, maladaptive, and a risk to both societies; Seen and Unseen. "It has come to light that the Aschen have released you for parol, and handed your case over to us." She spoke clearly, concisely and without so much of a hint of the bitterness that Catherine could convey at times.
OOC Notes
"Uh huh. They had to poke me with needles first, and watch me shadow walk. Then they said they would have me on parole." He said and smiled at June. "You can just call me Parson, Miss." He said, trying to charm him. "I've been really good you know. So I'm okay." He said simply. "I haven't even killed anything! Lately."
OOC Notes
June Blackwelder nodded slightly as she wrote a few things down onto a yellow legal pad on the table in front of her. "The Aschen have an unhealthy interest in the supernatural. We prefer not to work with them as much as possible." She commented smiling slightly. Of course June knew that Parson didn't exactly fly under the radar as most members of the Unseen did, hence his getting caught. "What would you define as lately Parson? You know that we have methods of making the dead speak, so don't lie to us."
Of course this was technically breaking one of their own laws, but many times victims of murder and death by torturous means were all to willing to speak from the beyond. June was one of these people intimately familiar with how to get in touch with such... things. It didn't mean she liked it, or that she wanted to make use of these so called 'gifts'. But the Council found her valuable, and rarely did she have to make use of the ability. Such cases were few and far between.

OOC Notes
"You know. Lately. Recently. Not since probation started." A lie, but what was she gonna do? The Aschen were going to keep him out, for some odd reason, and he wasn't going to fight that. After all, they kept him out. "I've even been getting my blood from certified places, and donors. And some of that fake blood too."
Well, at least once a week he had the fake blood, or blood from donors. He had just gotten much more subtle about hunting. He hadn't attacked any children lately, but the women were easy, feeling sympathy for a poor lost boy.

OOC Notes
June made a slight 'Mhm' noise as she listened to Parson lie through his teeth. To be honest all she could do was place him on an even stricter probation. He'd not been breaking any rules lately that she was made aware of, although she suspected there were some holes in the information she'd been provided. "Well it seems you're on the right track.." She said slowly as she glanced through her notes on the boy.
"As a condition of your probation, I want you to start seeking more if not all of your supply from donors. The synthetic substance may not meet your needs nutritionally." June said after a moment. She could see that he was trying to lie to her about his activities. "I also want you to avoid any necromantic practices. Your a child, and are not that much of a risk to us persay, nor are you terribly smart. What you are is sneaky, conniving, and underhanded about your activities. For lying to me about them I could if I desired place a binding of a sorts on you, but it's rarely done to children, if at all."

OOC Notes
"What about Babbit!" The boy protested, eyes wide. He used his power to see that Babbit, who hardly need a feed like the boy gave, stayed in good condition. "I don't want to lay Babbit to rest, he's my friend!" And familiar. The boy had left the animal outside in the shade, tucked out of the way. If need be, he maybe could call the animal and reach through the shadows for his familiar, but still.
Still, the words as a whole stung. Not a risk, or very smart. He would ignore the first, as he was still a fledgling really, but the second stung hard. "And I'm still learning, so I don't have to be that smart." He wasn't worried about the binding. He'd never not be a child, as much as that stung, so he'd never have to worry about any binding.

OOC Notes
June Blackwelder thought for a moment. That was a bit of a sticking point, what was she supposed to do with the boy's so called familiar. A child like this wasn't likely to have a pet, not in the least. "Babbit will have to either become seized by the MCU and Council or you will have to find a way to remedy that problem. If your still learning, then take the time to learn how not to break a significant law." She answered tucking her notes away in his file and closing the folder. "Don't try to communicate by psychic means. The building has fuzzers." June added seeing just where the child's thoughts might go. A typical, desperate move; one she'd seen at least once before.
What was it about this particular corner of the country that seemed to aid in idiocy with the Unseen?

OOC Notes
Parson eyes went wide. "But he's Babbit! Please don't seize him, he can't hurt anything. He's not even a predator, or mean at all, he's my capybara!" Stolen by his mother from the local zoo specifically for Parson's use. 'Please? If you meet him you'll know! I can bring him here, so you can see him." Babbit couldn't be taken away. The creature was Parson's favorite being out there, aside from his baby sister, and carried him plces like he was a horse and everything.
OOC Notes
"Your hearing is over Mr. Lessard." June replied ignoring the boy as she scooped up the folder and readied herself to leave. "One of our agents will escort you out." She added motioning to a female agent who had been standing close by during the hearing. No way would they leave a council member alone with someone for a probationary hearing.
OOC Notes
Damaris, Prior of the Ori Suddenly appears.
OOC Notes
Parson dropped the body he had been feeding from to the ground and frowned down at it. Dead. He had been hungry though. It did break his probation however, and making a face, the boy sent the body through the shadows to one of his labs. He patted Babbit on the head and sighed as he stood up.
"They want to take you away from me Babbit." He told the zombie capybara. "They want me to get rid of you, but that's not right. You're my familiar." He said, and made a face. "I don't like MCU. The police were easier to deal with, and didn't much care too much."

OOC Notes
Damaris, Prior of the Ori had been slowly pacing his way through what looked like the dumpy, run down portions of the city, with the cacophony of the Aschen invasion going on all around him, this area was relatively quiet and untouched. The man was pallid, with his aged features playing harshly on what little light was flickering in the city. As he approached, he saw what looked like a boy, a child, this resulted in a slight tilt in the Prior's head, though, to the boy, the Prior likely looked like little more than a strange robed figure with a staff, unless he was familiar with the Ori Priors, and the power they could unlock.
OOC Notes
The boy glanced at the man in the robe and frowned, pressing himself against the creature. Had he seen anything? No. No he couldn't have, he'd be doing more than coming closer. Parson stared at the Prior and kept his eyed on him. A mage? Must be a mage. He was in a robe and a staff, which made him a mage.
That was what they wore, after all. "Who're you?"
That was what they wore, after all. "Who're you?"
OOC Notes
Damaris, Prior of the Ori continued to approach, his voice convicted and calm. "I am a Prior of the Ori." He said, approaching even more as he kept his eyes on Parson. "And what are you?" He said, sensing something off about the child, and as he stepped into the light, his features were revealed, and the book in his hand.
"Believe in the truth of all things and you too may find the path to enlightenment."
"Believe in the truth of all things and you too may find the path to enlightenment."
OOC Notes
The boy buried a hand in his capybara's course fur. "I'm a vampire, but you shouldn't kill me. Who's the Ori? What's a Prior?" Truth, enlightenment? The boy didn't understand. Maybe it was some kind of monk? Monk wore robes too, after all. The boy didn't know, but hoped to find out soon enough.

Abandoned Multiverse Characters Restored
Hey guys,
Just letting everyone know that I've gone through and found as many abandoned characters as I could and placed them back into their original creator's list of characters. There were several thousand characters who I could not determine the owner for, and as such I've placed those in the orphanage.
You're free to abandon them again if you wish!
Sincerely,
Your Friendly Multiversal GM

Re: The Multiverse: The Official OOC (uber)Thread
Hello folks!
There's been a lot of talk lately (mostly unpleasant and misunderstanding) about the invasion and occupation of Terra plot that Barney and I have been working on for over a month and which was recently unveiled publicly (apparently?) in the Multiverse. The idea behind most roleplay usually termed "nation roleplay" or "NRP" is not to overtake or dominate a large-scale roleplay, but to enrich and provide sociological, economic, and political background to such a setting. "Nation roleplay," or roleplaying that involves nation states, de facto state entities, or state-like factions, is intended to be a breeding ground for character development, provide a backdrop for character interactions, and create multiple avenues for diverse and engaging plotlines to develop at both micro and macro levels.
In my own writing, I focus predominantly on the development of individual characters and the dynamics of interactions among those characters. I find overarching, meta-plotlines like this invasion plotline to be an excellent impetus for engendering and fostering more vibrant and compelling character interactions and new plot ideas by creating multiple sources of tension. Characters need not have any high rank or formal affiliation with a faction in order to be impacted by larger events (think of what happens to average citizens when any country goes to war), nor will they necessarily be directly affected in any significant way (think about the everyday lives of most Americans during the Iraq war.) But you, the writers and roleplayers, will have a myriad of opportunities to create, develop, and form deeper and more interesting plots to feature your character(s), given a new set of macro-circumstances.
Both Barney and I welcome and encourage anyone who is interested in active involvement in the invasion plot at any level (very active to vaguely active) in any way whatsoever to talk to either or both of us about your ideas, character(s), and plans. A large number of people have already done so, including the following people:
- krumbla -- I can't remember his idea (I'm sorry, krumbla; talk to me when I'm not sick as a dog?)
- Mr. Crow -- News media company to be formed before the invasion and to provide support to the resistance or rebels following the occupation
- curtsive -- Vigilante anti-terrorist organization to conduct terrorist operations against the occupation
- Alasund De'astio -- plays the Democratic Coalition, allies of the current (canonical to Ylanne) Terran government
- Nemo -- typically handles the military side of the Terran government, as well as Randin Kaye from the Wing City Police Department
- DemiKara -- whose character Aerilyn recently joined the Terran Intelligence Bureau
- Konstantein -- plays a daywalking vampire who will act against the occupation
- AzricanRepublic -- plays the UCON, which has a military presence near Terra and supports the TNG
- Marcus -- plays the Council, which has a vested interest in defending Terran sovereignty
- Tearen Wover -- plays VARIAtech corporation, which is offering military assets to the Terrans
And I'm certain I've forgotten someone (in which case, if that's you, I do sincerely apologize. It's one a.m. and I'm still sick.)
Barney and I have sketched out an overview of how we expect the plot to run from beginning to middle to end; however, despite the fact that both of us obviously plan on the plot following that sequence, it can change its course at any point depending on the ideas and in-character actions of any other folks who decide to get involved.
Some of the plots to occur during the invasion and occupation, both planned and still in discussion, already discussed include the following:
- Arianne Drulovic subjected to an order of indefinite detention
- Democratic Coalition rescuing Drulovic from Aschen custody
- Terran resistance kidnapping self-proclaimed God-Emperor Raphael McGregor
- Drulovic psychologically "breaking" McGregor with his estranged wife Cally
- Hataf attack against Aschen Empire holdings
- Guerrilla warfare between Democratic Coalition, UCON, and Terran forces against Aschen forces
- Taiyou attack on Aschen-controlled Terra
- Terran Independent underground dissident publication
- Jelisaveta Drulovic and family taking Natalija Drulovic's children off-world
- Rubano Malijin assuming power as regional Governor of Terra
- Public executions of political dissidents
- Internal rebellion against Aschen government by dissident Aschen leaders
I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to seek me out to talk plot, character, and ideas. Both existing and newly created characters can be involved with any plot, either existing or newly proposed by you. If you feel that this planned plotline (invasion and occupation) will unnecessarily or unfairly interrupt or alter your own plans for character or plot development, and you passionately want to retain your own plans as much as possible, please talk to me. I am very obsessive and have high levels of anxiety about maintaining the integrity and substance of my plans, so I know how you feel, and am more than happy to collaborate with you to work out something that satisfies you and makes logical sense.
If I'm not in the chat at any given time, I can be reached via private message, or by email at trealistorm (at) yahoo.com. Messages to that email address are delivered directly to my smartphone, which I check obsessively all day long, and will be read and replied to as soon as possible. (Usually within twelve hours, and sometimes within as little as ten minutes.) I want to hear your ideas and opinions (but please be polite to me; I do have feelings and am a real person over here), and I want to make sure that you don't feel like I am trampling over you or your character(s) or your plot(s).

- Drulovic psychologically "breaking" McGregor with his estranged wife Cally
- Hataf attack against Aschen Empire holdings
- Guerrilla warfare between Democratic Coalition, UCON, and Terran forces against Aschen forces
- Taiyou attack on Aschen-controlled Terra
- Terran Independent underground dissident publication

[OOC] Taylor's Bar (Multiverse Location)
This is the official OOC thread for Taylor's Bar. I'll post staff, recent events, and other information about Taylor's here.
Taylor's Bar is a location owned by my character, Gabriel Taylor. The Bar/Hotel/Casino is extremely fortified and secured. Each entrance has a metal detector and the place is usually fully staffed with employes. Taylor handles all of his business in house and law enforcement is nearly never called. Various precautions have been set around the bar to account for the magical inhabitants of Terra and keep it's inhabitants safe.

Taylor’s Casino and Hotel Grand Opening!
Gabriel Taylor, multimillionaire and owner of Taylor’s Bar, a successful nightclub and hang out for the rich and wealthy, has moved onto his next venture; A casino and hotel. Patrons of Taylor’s bar may have noticed construction going on around back as well as various signs and posters apologizing for the inconvenience; The large tower coming up behind the bar would be rather noticeable to say the least. Last month we got a word with Gabriel Taylor’s manager and he’s said that he has big plans for this place.
“Terra’s never had a place quite like this; Gabriel’s casino will be the first. The casino is the largest in the world and it’s also the most secure. Not only won’t we be hit, but we can’t be hit. We’ve brought in security experts from around the world to devise the most advanced security system Terra has seen. We invite anyone who believes they have what it takes to try and rob us, but I won’t be responsible for your injuries or the blow to your self-esteem. Try to teleport through our walls? Have fun getting stuck inside of them. We’ve worked with various experts in the field of magic and technology to create a sort of ‘teleportation displacer’ as well as armed our guards with anti-magic grenades. Although obviously not 100 percent effective, it gets the job done.
The hotel is large and extravagant. It has everything you’d ever need, ranging from a five star restaurant to indoor pools, and a top of the line spa. Our 2nd floor hosts a large assortment of stores holding anything you can think of including the finest clothing and the newest technology. “
The casino and hotel’s grand opening is April 9th at 7 pm. The party at Taylor’s bar goes from 7 pm to 2 am, but good luck getting in. The guest list is packed and with the security at Taylor’s it’s going to be difficult sneaking in.

Re: [OOC] The Gaia Stones [IC Fantasy Event]
We have a an Official Group now. Whoohoo. I will edit some more details later on in the day due to my exhaustion.
[OOC] The Gaia Stones [IC Fantasy Event]

The Gaia Stones is a plot that I am currently GMing within The Multiverse on a planet deep within the Milky Way system where technology is not allowed and will not be able to function. The world is ruled completely by magic and magic law. The story consists of people being summoned to the planet Gaia (if they did not spawn on the planet themselves) and were brought to The Ruby Flask. They were given a task to follow a powerful mage named Ry'nn Traeger to collect stones which would unseal powerful weapons that had once been used to forge the kingdom. The purpose behind the quest beyond that remains to yet be seen.

THE WEAPONS
Skuldgrim the Slayer of Undead
Skuld was the first sword forged on the world of Gaia in the Xanaldra Forge. It is a legendary blade that has not been seen for a hundred generations. It once served Gaia when the undead were a threat to all living beings on the Mother’s soil and vanquished The Risen Horde during the age of Those Who No Longer Roam sent by Eras.
The blade of the sword is long and elegant with a pointed edge that is perfect for piercing into armor. Down its length is the engraving of Sagittae—a beautiful woman—in finely etched lines on one side and the other is the engraved representation of Atargatis—a strong and lithe man. The edges are blunt and glow with a strange red flame from enchantment. The blade and hilt are made from a very light weight and mysterious metal.
The pommel of the sword is marked with an engraving which represents the goddess Sagittae; one of the stars of Gaia and the Mother’s protector from the evil god Eras. The sheath is blood red. It is unbreakable and will never shatter.
It is a sword meant to battle the undead which roam mindlessly on Gaia; skeletons, reanimated corpses, and shades. But with all swords of power, there is a weakness. It cannot kill any living soul and may only be used on the undead.
Artrea the Healing Gauntlets
Artrea were gauntlets worn by a legendary man named Lysander Enlight. The gauntlets were hidden beneath the soil of The Exalted Mountains and were used to light the world when Eras had almost consumed his siblings. For seven turnings of Gaia had Artrea served to the be sole beacon on hope for all living things on the world.
The gauntlets are made from a mysterious metal which is completely white in color, almost as if they were made of our pearl. But they are as harder than any metal known to the current world as the knowledge died with Those Who No Longer Roam. They will light the path when light is needed most.
Glittering feathers protrude backwards and out from the wrist. The fingers are sharpened like ten deadly claws that can grip any surface short of diamonds. It is easy to scale a wall with the gauntlets. But that is not what make the weapons deadly. So sharp in fact are they, that they can pierce through most armor and can slice through human flesh like a razor through parchment. But their greatest power is the ability to touch others and heal their mortal wounds through the use of Will.
There is always a weakness that comes with weapons of great power. Those who adorn the gauntlets and use its abilities will soon find their eyesight failing on them over a long period of time. All those that have ever used them—even once—have gone blind with age. And when they are used to heal, the adorner will find themselves very drained as if their own life-force had been passed into the other in order to save their life.
Questions, suggestions, and comments should be directed here, especially when chat is busy or when I am not online or active in the chat.
Re: The Multiverse: The Official OOC (uber)Thread
Actually if you want it as a news report, at least offically so, there is a News Thread for the Multiverse as a whole
Re: The Multiverse: The Official OOC (uber)Thread
Sangrei's only statement was this. "Hey, I was hungover, and I got an iced tea with honey. How was I supposed to know that the bear thing was gonna come over and wreck the bar looking for goddamn honey?"
Re: The Multiverse: The Official OOC (uber)Thread
Gambit's Bar was drained of all its honey by a mysterious yellow bear!

Unfortunately, Wing City police did not know this and were left in confusion to find only a yellow teddy bear with a red shirt at the scene of the crime.
The only customer under record who had ordered a glass of honey that day was a Sangrei Friedn. Responsibility for the bill and possibly the stolen stock of honey have yet to be decided. Police still find Friedn a suspect.

HAHAHAHAHA. The conclusion isn't coming til closer to the summer. Frequency of activity and times when the folks who are involved currently has dropped quite a bit for a variety of reasons, and I don't anticipate the conclusion to Family Pictures for a bit. That said, for those who pay attention to the faction-side of things, the announcement that elections have taken place for the Terran National Government will be posted soonish (i.e. within the next two weeks insh'Allah.)
Those who might be expecting me for roleplay, I will have no internet access this Thursday through Sunday this week except from my phone or if I can access someone else's computer with internet access. You will only be able to reliably reach me via email, which goes to my phone. If you don't have mine, any staff member does, as would anyone who regularly roleplays with me. Thanks!
Re: The Multiverse: The Official OOC (uber)Thread
There's no real procedure to get "started" in the Multiverse. The hub of activity is generally Gambit's Bar, but you can grab a roleplay partner and head anywhere. The sky's the limit!
Re: The Multiverse: The Official OOC (uber)Thread
I'm new here, and I just made my first character. How do I get started in the multiverse? I'd like to stick mostly to Terra to keep as close to my character's home as possible, but if I have to move, I will.
If you want to check out my character, go to roleplay/the-multiverse/characters/lorenzo-caracciolo
By the way, that is not near my real name, so don't worry.

You can create and play anything that you like in the Multiverse. There is no acceptance or review of characters, just create the character and start RPing!

Re: The Multiverse: The Official OOC (uber)Thread
Hello folks! I'm currently maybe two-thirds of the way through the planned Family Pictures sequence, which can be read here, and am posting one last announcement looking for folks who might still want to become part of that. There are opportunities! They abound, in fact! (Yes, I was looking for an excuse to use the word "abound" in an internet forum post. I successfully created one.) Re: The Multiverse: Where Do We Go?
Um. Okay. Bear with me. I read through what posts I saw, and took note on things that were said to the best of my ability. Here's where I stand on the Multiverse, where the Multiverse is to me, and yeah. I guess.
I agree that there needs to be a set baseline. For instance, the name of the bar. The name of the world that the bar is on. The name of cities, nearby things like that. There can be a set system of government, the Wing City Police Department, but their "jurisdiction" only stretches so far. Some of the most interesting roleplay I've seen/participated in has involved characters coming from other worlds and having to either deal with, work around, or confront the system of government set in the Multiverse.
Alternately, some of the worst and most frustrating MV roleplaying I've seen has been .. involving characters coming from other worlds and having to deal with, work around, or confront the system of government set in the Multiverse.
I've always seen the MV as a hallways connecting various rooms. The rooms are your own story, your own ideas, your own canon, your own characters; it's where your friends gather and you control things. When you're out in that hall, however, all bets are off. That isn't to say you can pull things out of your ass, but you accept and understand a certain amount of handicap.
For instance, my character Liesha Kennicot is a Special Agent in the United States government, from her Earth. She's aware that there are other Earths, and that she doesn't had any control when in the MV. That's fine. However, when someone else walks up to her and starts trying to give her orders claiming that their faction has taken over mine without a single bit of IC content, that's when things start to go awry.
Reading back over the original post, it seems that the Multiverse has as much substance as you give it. It's a sandbox location where you can freely interact with new characters that you might not get a chance to. For a while, I used the MV as a way to try and test out ideas with people before making a roleplay out of it. You get your circles of friends (as Patch mentioned, his crew of eight) and you go at it. Sometimes you meet in the middle, and sometimes you don't.
And at the risk of ranting, that is all I have to say about that.
