David grinned and looked at the number, he was definitely going to call that sometime soon. He looked over at Jake and kicked his leg, "Ouch! The hell David?", he held the number forward and flapped the paper a few times, "I got her number, I got her number", the teacher looked up from his papers, "Mr. Gurten, please stop chanting,maybe if you want to skip as well you can head over to the principals room, David looked down, "No thanks sir".

As soon as they were given an assignment, Eve put away the play lines and began to write, thoughtfully. Somehow, that script had sparked a little creativity in her, so she was furiously writing when Tansie asked her a question. "Hmm? Oh, lunch is after this class... And we have three more classes after that," She replied with a soft smile, though some kind of emotion still hung in her eyes. It was impossible to stop thinking about Kaine, at this point, and Tansie's little distraction from her work let her see that the story was actually about Kaine, not the play. Groaning, she crumpled up the page. It was good writing, but she could never turn in a story about something from real life. By the time class ended, she had written a page about some random kids going on an adventure... A basic children's tale. As soon as the bell rang, she had that story in her backpack and stood up, script in hand once again. She would definitely be auditioning... though it was impossible to tell why. It was lunchtime now, though, so she would be able to find some place to peacefully practice. After all, her appetite had long since left her.
Kaine heard the bell ring before he could get back to class, so he simply went to the cafeteria, his hands shoved deep in his pockets. However, he spotted Al sitting outside. Was she waiting for the buses? Hah. Well, it would be another two hours... Something in him told him to go tell her that, but he decided to just let her sit there as he turned and left, bored. She deserves it.
Kaine heard the bell ring before he could get back to class, so he simply went to the cafeteria, his hands shoved deep in his pockets. However, he spotted Al sitting outside. Tansie then left the class and went to go get the part. Well try. So she walked into the room where they had that. She had played a really good song. Then she came out smiling 5 minutes later. She had a chance thats what they all said. Then she walked to the cafeteria. She walked to the line got an apple and a sandwich and then sat at a table and took a bite out of her apple.

Jake got up and walked over to Eve, "Need any help to practice your lines?", he smiled, once again he was offering to help, but this time he knew who it was, hopefully there wouldnt be a fight to inturupt them this time. He looked over towards the lunch line and his stomach started to growl. He looked down and patted it, then he saw David quickly aproaching, "Hey Jake, when do you think I should call her? Now?", Jake laughed, "Dave, shes probably still waiting for a ride home or something, you could always go check outside". David smiled and turned, heading to the main doors, he opened them and saw Al sitting in the sidewalk, he walked over casually and sat down beside her, "What? Am I so bad you had to leave?", he asked softly, but cheery, he hoped she wouldnt take it seriously.

Eve looked up from the paper when she heard someone say her name. Jake... Of course he would offer to help her. A soft smile grew on her face, though again, that troubled look never left her eyes. Now she just had more of a reason to be troubled. "Actually, yes," She admitted, sheepishly. This acting stuff was difficult. "I've been saying it in my head for a while, now, but I don't know if it sounds right or not... And it's hard to imagine the other voice. I'm no good at this sort of thing, really..." When his stomach growled, she giggled a little, slinging her bag over her shoulder. "Alright, I guess it's time to get you to lunch," She said, taking his hand and pulling him down the hallway. Everything was bustling and noisy... This school was a lot different with so many kids.

Thinking about how she did and if the people she was against sounded any better she finished her apple. She didn't notice until she took a bite of the core and got some seeds in her mouth. She took a napkin and spat it out into the napkin and folded the napkin up. It was a more proper thing to do at this school. Then she looked at the sandwhich and realized it was her most hated kind. So she took her food to the trash and threw it in the trash. The trash was right near the line up for lunch. She was still hungry so she got back in line to get a cookie. While waiting she noticed Kaine in front of her. "Hey Kaine" She said knowing that it would be rude if they saw you too and you ignored them and never said hi. So to avoid that she had always said hi.

Hearing someone say his name, Kaine turned around to find Tansie standing there, addressing him. That was the last thing he had expected. "Hey..." He said, just watching her in surprise. "What, so you don't hate me, too?" He asked, glancing back at the line and moving up accordingly. "I had assumed you would have, after that display."

Tansie shrugged at what he said. "I don't hate you I mean we all have an outburst some just have different ways of displaying it." Then when he had said other stuff about that she looked at him. "I never have hated you, You can't expect that everyone hates you by just little thing that happened.." Then she walked up in the line a bit. "So, I guess it would be pretty hard for lots of people to hate you but just ignore them and they will go away" She said still waiting until she saw the cookies.

Kaine shrugged at her words, not really caring much. Actually, she was wrong... He had gotten used to people hating him. Why? "Everyone hates the prefects," He said. "That why all of my friends are on the council, too. Nobody enjoys following someone else's rules... especially aristocrats like some of the students here. It's only natural that they'd hate the ones who enforce those rules." As he came upon the lunch station, he grabbed a sandwich and a cup of pudding, not really in the mood for much else. When she tried to give him advice, he smirked, glancing back at her. "I already do," He informed her. "Al was breaking school rules, though, so it is against my code as a prefect to ignore her. It just ended up in a fight and I let my emotions get the better of me."

Tansie grabbed a cookie when she got to the lunch area. "Well that is true, I mean being one of them to me is nothing special you guys are just like anyother bunch of students, The only thing different is you guys actually think of what might be better for the school even though others don't quite think so, To me thats all you guys are I don't treat you guys any different then the other kids and same with Everwood kids I don't treat them any different." She said. Then she just looked around the lunch room. It was very loud mostly because there was more kids the usal now.

Jake smiled and followed her into the lunchroom, not with much choice, considering their hands were practically glued together from her firm grip, but he liked that, She was in control, not being a follower. "So, where do ya want to go to practice?", when they reached the front of the line Jake grabbed a turkey sandwich and a chocolate milk, likely to become his usually here.

Al jumps slightly when David sits down next to her.
"What? Am I so bad you had to leave?" he asks softly but cheerily. Al smiles a little at him.
"No, not you, but Kaine is," she mutters, rubbing her knuckles. "Sorry, but I really gotta go. There was a reason I skipped yesterday. I'm thinking of kipping tomorrow. Not that that would really help anything... But Kaine would get really frustrated at me not showing up for our assignment or whatever tomorrow morning and imagining him having that look on his face would make up for whatever consequences came after." She chuckles quietly and glances down the street.
"The bus is running late...." she says, still rubbing her sore knuckles, the middle knuckle starting to turn a dark purple color. "Stupid Kaine... Ugh I wanted to punch that boy..." She grins at David and kind of shows him her bruising knuckles. "I punched a locker instead. Maybe not the best choice. But better for Kaine and his pretty faces health. I left a dent in that locker. I hope it wasn't yours or anyone else's I know... Then I'd feel bad." She pauses and turns more towards David, tucking her goosebump covered legs under her skirt more, a light shiver running through her body.
"Why'd you come out here? I can take care of myself you know," she says with a slight laugh. "This isn't the first time I've ridden the city bus home ya know. Besides, isn't lunch happening right now? You wouldn't want to miss out would you?" She smiles again, a light blush spreading across her cheeks, when Al realizes she's actually flirting a little with a St. Joseph's kid. 'Oh well... He's cute, and nice, and he doesn't like Kaine either. Good enough for me,' she thinks. "Also, it's really cold out here. I'd think you rich kids wouldn't like cold weather." 'Eh... Crap... Going back to a cold and empty house... Didn't think about that...' Al thinks as she pulls her really worn jacket out of her backpack and puts it on.

David laughed and looked down at the snow, picking some up, "One, I play hockey, I like the cold, and two, since you seem so fine, why dont I throw some snow down your back?", he smoothed the snow into a ball and tossed it up and down a few times, "Or you could just crack and tell me when I should call the number you gave me", he looked at her and grinned, then saw a kid on the hockey team with him inside, and threw the snowball at his shoulder, then turned away and whisled innocently.

Al laughs and scoops up some snow also. "I'd rather you not shove any of that stuff down my shirt. I only have two uniforms. We couldn't get anymore than that. And you can call me anytime after I do this!" She drops the snowball on top of David's head and jumps up, dropping her backpack. She runs down the sidewalk away from him, laughing gaily. She scoops up some more snow and packs it into a ball, ready to throw it at David if he decides to retaliate.
OOC: I'm leaving tomorrow for a church camp in Florida and will be abck next Sunday. I won't have any computer access but I will have my phone so I'll be able to check in and post every now and then while I'm gone, time permitting of course.

David packs two snowballs and whips them both at the same time, "Gotta love being ambidextrous!" he shouted, preparing another snowball and moving to hide behind a bush, "See if you can hit me with that snowball you've got now!", he grinned and threw the next snowball, hitting her right in the butt.

You seem like a really cool person to hang around, and it'll be nice to get away from the council crowd for a while."

Then when she was looking around the lunch room she looked back at him. When he had said she was sweet she knew in all the most part was true. but just like everyone else she had a bad side. No one had ever seen it though. Then when he asked if she wanted to do something together with him she was thinking about it. Kaine didn't seem to bad he was just like anyother kid. Just a student who had a bit of an anger problem but she was use to people getting mad anyways. "Sure, We can hang together, I don't mind its winter and theres no soccer yet so I guess i need something to do" She said as she stood there.

When she mentioned there being no soccer, he nodded. Most of the athletes at this school were bored when it wasn't their season. She walked over to the table and sat down. When he was asking if today was okay she thought about it. Today she wasn't really doing anything after school. "Today would work nothings going on besides the usal constant chatter my dad says when he gets mad at everything" Then she was about to slap her self. No one knew how her dad got mad and now Kaine would know that he dad was normally mad. It was true though. When he said it was his job to entertain her she smiled. "The movies are fine, Entertain me at your own risk" She said smirking at the last part she said. Then she thought about what she had next for class whether it would be good to skip or not. "Whats your next class after lunch?" She asked.

Al squeals like an actual girl when David hits her on the butt with the snowball. She whips around and rubs towards him in the bush. She jumps onto his back and dumps an entire armful of snow onto his head and back, inadverdently dropping snow down her shirt as well. She laughs and shrieks again then locks her arms and legs around him, the branches of the bush dumping it's load of snow on the two of them. Al let's go with her legs but the immediately tangle up with David's causing the two of them to fall into the snow. Al blushes as she lays on top of him, shivering slightly. "I think I won," she says, trying to control her giggling. The sound of the city bus coming down the street causes Al to jump up. "Sounds like my ride is here," she says jokingly. "Need some help up?" She asks, offering her hand out to David.

"I was actually thinking of going to the mall. I don't have any classes I really need to stay for anyway. Study hour and Art. Neither very important. You should skip with me. The arcades a ton of fun whenever there's no one else there," Al says grabbing her backpack and putting it on. The bus pulls up and opens it's doors as Al pulls out a bus card. "Coming?"

Kaine was thrilled, but he tried not to show it so much. "Okay," He said. "I'll make sure you have the time of your life." Chuckling, he sat down and leaned against the table. "But movies are no fun when it's daytime. How about I pick you up at seven? But I'll need an address..." He rubbed the back of his head awkwardly, only just now realizing that he'd have nowhere to pick her up FROM. When she asked what classes he had after lunch, he took a bite of his sandwich. "Hmm... Study hour and math," He said, scrunching up his nose in distaste. "Fun, right? How about you?"

Tansie looked at him for a moment then smiled. "They never are good during the day" She said smiling. Then when he was talking about he would pick her up at seven that made her think even more. Did she want him to go by her house and hear her father yell at her? that was something she would have to risk. So she took a piece of paper from her pocket and a pen. She wrote down her address. Than gave it to him. "Thats my address" She was going to add something about her father yelling but she didn't. Then when he said he had study hall and math she smiled again. "I have study hour and science" She said and took a piece off her cookie and ate it. Then she lloked back up at him after she ate that piece of cookie. "Don't be surprised when you pick me up and you hear yelling, My father yells at me alot for every little thing I do, My mother said it was because I ended up being a girl and the fact that I refuse to play baseball like he wants me too" She said then looked down again. Kaine was the first person she told about her father. Other then him no one else knew now. He would of found out either way.
