Personality:
If people really understood Stormy, they’d see a broken heart thrown into a world she doesn’t understand. But people don’t understand her. They see her as a merciless villain who is satisfied with the pain of others. She doesn’t ever stand up for herself and doesn’t care what others think of her – or at least she pretends not to care. In reality, Stormy is very self-conscious. She has a tendency to cut herself when she realizes that she is getting caught up in the world around her. It is sort of a wake-up call for her.

Above anything else, she is a lover of animals, and they love her. They are perhaps her only weakness. She hates seeing them in pain or hurt and will do anything in her power to help them. Stormy, however, doesn’t have the same view on people. She feels as though, that because she has suffered, others deserve to suffer exactly like she has. She doesn’t see the wrong in this, but then again she was never taught what was right and what was wrong. She wants what she wants and she’ll do anything to get it.

Stormy is in for her own benefits. She works for herself, does things for herself, and puts herself before others. She believes that she is the only one who sees that the world is corrupt and it needs to punish it. She doesn’t regret what she does and doesn’t grieve for those who suffer at her hand; she is completely unmoved. Overall, emotions are a rare thing for her. She doesn’t want to feel them, so she doesn’t. That’s the jist of it.

Power:
Stormy’s ability is that of electricity. She can control it, create it, destroy it. Her ability can be used to shock items and, in some cases, people. Depending on the strength, she can kill or wound. She can use the ability down to a molecular level, effecting brain-cells and nerves in the bodies of others. This can, in some cases, appear to be mind-control, although it is simply sending electrical currents through the nerves to force the body to unintentionally jerk.

People really don’t tend to understand Stormy. She is seen as cruel and destructive, someone without a reason behind her violence. But she has plenty of reason, plenty of suffering under her belt. She feels as though, because she has suffered, everyone else must suffer as well. She really isn’t as evil as one would think.
