Standing at 6‘1“ Kevin has a thin, muscular build. He has shoulder length, unkempt dark grey hair, silver eyes, and his teeth are kind of sharp. He is covered in scars from tests, experiments, and training. The most prominent scars are three running down the left side of his face and a rather large one running from his right shoulder to his left side where his kidney is.
For an outfit, Kevin typically wears a black short sleeved shirt, baggy, camo colored cargo pants, at hat with his favorite video game logo on it, and a Jolly Rodger ring on the middle finger of his left hand. He doesn‘t like wearing shoes, they are uncomfortable to him and he much prefers going barefoot.

Personality:
Kevin is kind of a strange person, being calm yet extremely violent. He is usually calm and a bit rude, not liking to interact nicely with people, but can be nice when he wants to be. He can have a bit of a temper but does his best to keep it in check. He seems to run more off gut feelings, whims, and instinct, rather than thinking and making decisions most of the time. He prefers to stay in the form of an animal usually, having an affinity for carnivorous dinosaurs.

Powers:
Kevin can change his body on a molecular scale, allowing him to transform into any living creature that has been on this planet. This also allows him to change his appearance, human or creature, how he sees fit, like giving himself more muscle, a tail, the heat sensing pits of a pit viper, enhanced senses of a wolf, and changing his hair and skin color, for some examples. The only thing is, if it cant be done normally evolved animals, he can’t do it, like if he were to give himself the ability to fire bolts of electricity, he would have to use the Electric Eels natural ability to do so. He can hold forms that stand six feet tall or less for days if he feels like it. He also heals somewhat faster then an average human. This power effectively makes him the ultimate predatory animal, but everything has it’s weaknesses.

Weaknesses:
Kevin has a few weaknesses, first of which is that he cannot hold large forms, such as a Tyrannosaurus, for more than twenty minutes, and anything larger for even less time. Second he has a “sweet spot” that when hit, causes his power to falter and weaken immensely. This “sweet spot” seems to change all the time and could be anything from a joint to an internal organ. Finally, the more angry he gets when in the form of a creature, more he will go into a bloodlust. This causes him to burn through his energy faster and pass out do to exhaustion.

Kevin was created in a secret government facility to be a weapon of destruction. He was intended to be crowd control for those with super powers that were corrupt and as a secret weapon against enemy forces incase another country were to do the same thing. The experiment was designated ‘Project XENO’. He was created to help protect people. He had been created through various experiments with genetics. The scientists working on the project had tried many times but, fail until they created Kevin. He was the most perfect specimen they had created and exactly what they wanted.

As he grew up, Kevin lived on the base and allowed to anywhere else, confined to the military facility where he was born. He didn’t mind. He go could go almost anywhere on base, scientists helped him to hone and control his power, everyone knew him. They were family. The scientist Margret Thatch, who was assigned to take care of him as he grew, adopted him as her child when he was two years old. Kevin was content with his life. He had movies, books, video games, friends, family, everything a person could have asked for. He put his life in the military’s hands.

At the age of twelve, superior military officials in charge of Project XENO felt that Kevin‘s power development had not progressed very well. An order was issued to put him through various enhancement procedures. Margret and various other scientists and military officers argued that going through that at such a young age could have very severe adverse effects on Kevin‘s mentality. These arguments were taken into consideration and the orders were carried out. When the fist of the tests and experiments showed itself to be too intense, Margret and some other scientists shut it down by force. Due to this, they were removed from Project XENO ordered off base.

This scarred Kevin more than anticipated, but none the less, the tests, experiments, intense training to enhance his power continued for years. They proved too taxing on Kevin‘s mind. He was no longer allowed to wander the base, confined to his room and only allowed to leave for testing or training. He came to hate those who turned him captive and most other people.. This cold burning hate grew for years as the experiments enhanced his capabilities. Then one day they said the experimentation was done, that he would continue full time training. The instant he was out side he attacked everyone and everything in sight. Kevin destroyed portions of the facility and left before reinforcements could arrive. He stopped off at the bank along the way and took enough money to be set for a good long time, changing his appearance when he was hundreds of miles away from the facility so he wouldn’t be found. Eventually making his way to Skyline City, California, he became a nightmare upon the city.
