Description

Osvar Rowe has a long horse face with a square chin that is sagging a bit due to age, with high cheekbones and big full grey lips. He has visible lines underneath his small almond shaped eyes and across his forehead and cheeks. His hair and thin eyebrows are black with little grey streaks that shine in the sunlight, and cut short to avoid sweating too much. His skin is a dull pink with physical signs of aging.

He stands at 5'9'', with long legs and a short body which are both equally muscular. He has big strong hands and feet which obviously aid him in battle. He is extremely fit despite his age, this is due to years of training to improve himself.

His Rose tattoo is situated on his left biceps.

Personality

Osvar is the current head of The Roses and acts with a sense of strictness and duty. He makes sure that every knight takes a one hour run before duty to warm themselves up and kick up their alertness. Even though he may seem butch, he does have a softer side, which Claves sees most of the time. He likes to put his knights up to tests which they don't know about until afterwards to improve their performance, so he sometimes employs people from Borko to 'steal' something and run from the guards.

When it comes to fighting, he is as ruthless as Claves is. Wonder where she got it from? He himself is merciless and believes whoever committed a crime, should pay the price. He also has a hate for the 'rats' down in the aqueducts, and his opinion affected Claves' as well.

Equipment

His Rose Uniform - Black.

Judgement - His heavy silver mace that he carries around on his back. It has rubber grips on the handle and is encrusted with diamonds for extra damage.

Sin - His heavy silver shield that is equipped onto his left arm. It has been built up in three layers of silver so that it wouldn't break easily.
