Sasyra Moradin
The female fire Na'vin, fiery and hot headed. She often disagrees with her father, the clan leader, and has caused something of a split within the clan between those who like her decisive methods, and those who prefer her father's traditionalist views.

Description
Name:
Sasyra ‘Firecrown’ Moradin
Age:
29
Appearance:
As the female Na’vin of the Fire Clan, Sasyra’s hair was turned from a dark brown to its radiant orange colour at the age of seven, when Sashyn’s eyes fell upon her and raised her to his champion. Her hair is of medium length, and usually appears unkempt (because who uses combs at this point in time, really?) Her skin is light, as common between the Fire Clan, spending so much time beneath the surface in their volcano, and crisscrossed with scars from many battles, including a particularly bad one on her chest that she wears with pride, though it occasionally causes her great pain
Across one eye she has a silvery tattoo (the reason behind this is unknown, as most Fire Na’vin have crimson or orange tattoos, and in much greater quantity – but shall be revealed later in the story), that only serves to emphasise her bright orange irises. She wears the traditional garb for a warrior of Fire, with the addition of Underdrake bones to identify her as one of the Na’vin. Her mount is the greatest of the Underdrakes that could be acquired in the bowels of the Volcano, larger than any of the other fire warriors’ – though consequently much more clumsy in flight it gives him a large advantage on foot.
Role:
Fire Na’vin
Personality:
Sasyra is a fiery and short tempered individual, as Fire Na’vin normally are, who disagrees constantly with the decisions of the clan leader, and often refuses direct orders – resulting in swift punishment (and often the injury of other clan members in the process). She became more agreeable as she grew older, but remains on a short fuse and has no qualms about opposing the clan leaders – often with a lot of support from the people.
Brief History:
Sasyra was the daughter of the Clan Leader, his second child, his first being a son, who raised her in the way of Sashyn, going through the various rituals of childhood that were required, including a baptism in flame (where a mark is burned onto the child’s stomach). This was no different to any other child, as the second child of the leader there was no reason for her to have any preferential treatment, as her brother was the one who would eventually rise to leadership.
At the age of nine, the markings of the Na’vin began to show themselves, her eyes became fiery orange and her hair began to lighten from its brown colour to the orange it is today. Her tattoos however, did not appear at first, much to the confusion of the elders and mystics of the Fire Clan. Later on, when she reached eighteen, her first (and only) tattoo appeared upon her. By this point she was already a masterful warrior and wielder of the elements, having received training from the Na’vin already in existence as well as from elders of the clan who knew the ins and outs of it from interacting with the precious Na’vin, if not from personal experience. This tattoo puzzled them all even more, as it bore no resemblance to those they had expected, and experienced in the past. However, over time its oddity has faded into the background, due to the inability to find anything significant about it, and it is largely ignored.
Sasyra is a disobedient and very outspoken warrior, and often uses her Na’vin status to challenge her father on decisions she believes are foolish or idiotic. Often these decisions relate to the war with the Nai and Aiedan Clans, and she has led more than one unsanctioned war party against them, usually to victory and glory, casting doubts over the competence of her father when he decreed those missions too risky or unviable. She continues to challenge her father at every turn today, and is the cause of a large divide in the Fire Clan, with half of the clan following her radical ways and the other half aligned with the leader.
