The Insane Asylum
The insane asylum, once a toxic waste dumping station, holds many crazy people. Though the asylum has guards on the outside, no one is there to gaurd the outside. The asylum is also considered the "Low Security Crazy House". But the toxins have taken a great toll on the inhabitants. Many mutated into psychotic creatures, and murderous freaks. What God would allow this?

No. God isn't involved anymore. All that's left for these mutants is a meal, a rest, and your flesh and blood on their bodies. 1960 - 1989, this place was a nuclear power plant. All the waste left the workers dead or mutated. 1999 - Now, they made this place an asylum. Some of the workers still live here, feeling that they had to kill their boss and go 'home'.
