Introduction
They live within a massive manor. To a normal person, it is large. To the tiny ones, it is a whole world. Rooms are like subdivisions, and outside the manor, there lies wilderness stretching forever. You are born, suddenly awoken in a moving tube. The tube deposits you onto a lab table, along with a scroll with your personal information. At first you don't like that someone else has made up your personality, you realize, it fits you perfectly.
There are three doors in the lab, one-way doors. One leads to the bathroom, one to the kitchen and one to the basement. Each has its own tribe.
The bathroom has the Tile Tribe. They feed on the fungus that grows all over the bathroom, and since the bathroom leads into a series of pipes, they control them, and can travel to any room with pipes. The Tile Tribe is very peaceful, but the fungus is not always enough to feed them all. Bugs and other prey rarely enter the bathroom, so foraging parties are common. The Tile Tribe consists of many families, and thier tribe colour is blue. All the Tile Tribers have webbed feet, and fight with spears made of toothpicks and floss nets.
The second tribe, in the kitchen is called the Chew Tribe. The kitchen is full of food, both still fresh and decaying. Tiny People can eat both, and use the decaying food to grow fungus farms. They rarely go hungry, but the food attracts dangerous predators. This forces them to protect themselves at all times. Unfortunatly, this leads to a high rate of young deaths, and the tribe suffers from this. Their colour is green. The Chews all have antennae, and fight with fork tines.
Finally, in the basement lies the Dark Tribe. Since the basement is so dark, they have night vision, but newcomers must adapt. The young born in the basement are born with it. Fungus and bugs are in no shortage, but large predators roam the basements. Rubble occasionally falls, and other hazards occur, so this is a very hardy tribe. Their colour is white, easier to see in the dark. They fight hand to hand, as most have claws and teeth. They also construct things from animals bones and the like.
All the tribes distrust eachothee, and are constantly battling one another for supremacy. There are also branching tribes that have seperated from the main three, and some that have left the manor, for the wilderness beyond.
What will you do?
For now, we will have three in each tribe, and three extra spots that can be anything they want. You can move to whichever you want once we are full, and more spots may open.

OOC Notes
As doors opened, and people began their duties, Syrinx watched. Reports came and went, and preparations for breakfast began. Last night, the village had been attacked by a large group of rats. The attack was easily fended back, and they came away from the conflict with valuable resources such as fur, hide, bones and meat. This was the usual routine for them. Mind the fungus fields, hunt for mice and bugs, and occasionally.. fight.
Such a fight was in the works now, inside Syrinx's head. The Tile Tribe was weak, and they had just uncovered a pipe that they had been using to spy with. In a couple days, they would march up the pipes to the bathrooms and take their land...

No problems though man, first time. You don't have to worry about grammar in the OOC, but its nice to have in the actual activities. One or two typos is okay, but it starts getting grating. Don't feel too bad when someone corrects a mistake that pops up over and over. Also, I probably shouldn't have posted yet either, since we need more peeps, but I thought it would be useful to show the feel of it.

One question mark is enough. We get that he's surprised.
The end mark - no matter what it is - stays inside the quotation marks. "This is correct," while "this is not".
Italizing rather than SHOUTING LIKE THIS gets your point across a lot better.
Also, you cannot have OWN a run. Thus, there should not be a " ' " in runs. It is not possessive. It is not showing ownership nor a contraction.
And just as a rule of thumb, it's generally disrespectful to post before the God Mod says you can. Just because he has posted doesn't mean you can.
